На першому поверсі поганий вид з вікна, о 12 закривається бар і напої в барі не дуже смачні. На ресепціі чоловік при чекіні не розказав нічого про готель.

emmacummings (10/5): Family night away - This was a last minute booking for one night for myself, husband and daughter. Check In was great, Petra who checked us in was lovely and an asset to your hotel. The underground carpark is next to the hotel shared with ibis. Our room was a great size, a big bed and a sofa bed. There was a fridge in the room and all the amenities you need. There’s lots of little corner shops nearby. The location is great, walking distance to the shops. We got a taxi to the castle which worked out around 10 euros. There’s a rooftop space with a great view of the castle. Breakfast was a bit chaotic as it was very busy. The selection of food was great with an egg station, hot options, fruit, cheeses and my daughter loved the waffle bit. The gym was ok and the pool was nice. Thanks for a great night

Markus (9/5): - Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Trinkwasserspender (gratis!) in jeder Etage des Hotels! Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Gleich in der Nähe ist eine Metro- und Tramway Station. Eine Tiefgarage ist verfügbar. (kostenpflichtig) Es war genug Platz vorhanden.

This is the first hotel, let alone 4 star hotel, I have stayed in where I was unable to control the temperature of the room. It is ridiculous that I could not turn the air conditioning on during my stay, the room was uncomfortably hot which negated any of the other benefits the hotel offered.

Der Wellness-Bereich ist zwar nicht groß, aber völlig ausreichend für eine gute Erholung nach einem Tag voller Sightseeing und sauber. Das Konzept zur Nachhaltigkeit fanden wir toll.
Krzysztof (10/5): Polecamy, dobry hotel w dobrym miejscu wypadowym do zwiedzania Pragi. - Lokalizacja, blisko Muzeum Narodowego i placu Wacława, kilkaset metrów od Tańczącego Domu i 25 min spacerem od Mostu Karola. Stacja Metra 50 m. Czyste, nowoczesne, komfortowe pokoje, bogate smaczne śniadania. Kosmetyki Rituals w łazience. Trochę mały basen, szwankowały niektóre programy TV szczególnie polskie, po kilku minutach program zanikał i pojawiał się po kilku kolejnych.

Ismail (4/5): Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaregulierung und der defekten Lüftung war der Aufenthalt leider deutlich unter den Erwartunge - Die Lage des Hotels ist gut und das Personal war freundlich und bemüht, insbesondere im Umgang mit der Problematik. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer konnte nicht reguliert werden und die Temperatur lag konstant bei etwa 24–25 Grad, was besonders bei sommerlichen Außentemperaturen sehr unangenehm war. Zusätzlich funktionierte die Lüftung im Bad nicht, sodass keine ausreichende Luftzirkulation vorhanden war. Die Folge war, dass beide Nächte sehr unruhig waren und erholsamer Schlaf kaum möglich war. Das Hotel hat die Probleme zwar schriftlich bestätigt, jedoch entspricht dies insgesamt nicht dem Standard, den man bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und diesem Preis erwarten kann.

The breakfast is very good and offers a large choice of products. The swimming pool facilities are very modern and clean. Very helpsful staff I recommend this hotel The standard rooms are a bit small to accomodate a family of 4 but we could live with it and the sofa seemed to be comfortable for our children (the bed is very comfortable)

Torsten (9/5): - Sehr gut ausgestattetes Hotel mit Schwimmbad, Sauna, Whirlpool und Fitnessstudio. Das Hotel liegt zentral und der Wenzelsplatz ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und für Jeden etwas dabei. Ich kann das Hotel für einen Kurztrip nach Prag nur empfehlen.

Lindsay (8/5): Ideal hotel for short family trip, very child friendly - The hotel was very family friendly, comfortable and in a good location / walkable to the sights and restaurants. The pool was great and the breakfast had something for everyone, with staff always working very hard to replenish everything even at peak times. The room was ideal for a family of 4 with sofa bed for the kids. We arrived late on the first night and decided to eat at the hotel. The food was good but the service was slow and we had an issue with the restaurant staff being quite rude and unhelpful. The restaurant manager resolved the issue promptly and all other staff throughout our stay were very professional and welcoming.
Anja (9/5): Super Hotel. Jederzeit wieder. - Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war außerordentlich gut - eine riesige Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Auch Milchalternativen und eine kleine Auswahl an glutenfreien Speisen. Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut. Wir haben den Poolbereich ausgiebig genutzt und die Kids hatten dort viel Spaß. Wir konnten die Temperatur im Zimmer leider nicht regeln und es war viel zu warm. Auch der Besuch vom Techniker konnte das leider nicht lösen.
Dorota (10/5): Zdecydowanie polecam na wyjazd rodzinny kilkudniowy. - Wszystko! Super obsługa! Czysto! Pokoje przestronne, łóżka wygodne. Nawet kanapa w pokoju rodzinnym. Cisza, spokój. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Do wszystkich atrakcji turystycznych można dojść na piechotę, a jeśli nie będzie się miało już sił to komunikacja typu metro, tramwaj znajdują się kilka kroków od hotelu. Bardzo dobry dojazd do zoo. Wszystkie fajniejsze knajpki w okolicy.
Gülda (8/5): Fiyat performans oteli - Tesisin bilindiği yer çok iyi, dans eden binaya 300 m uzaklığında. Kahvaltısı harikaydı kesinlikle her millete hitap ediyor aç kalmazsınız :) Genel olarak beğendim ama resepsiyondaki gözlüklü siyah saçlı bayan çok kabaydı odamizin kartları üç defa çalışması veher gittiğimizde asıl suratla işini yaptı.

sindlerova (9/5): - Boli sme veľmi spokojní. Vzhľadom k Veľkonočným sviatkom bola cena privysoká. Taktiež parkovanie cena 650 czk na noc, ale hotel má podzemné parkovisko. Raňajky velmi bohaté. Urobia Vam aj čerstvú omeletu, volské oká, možnosť pripraviť si wafle alebo lievance počas raňajok. Izba bola čistá, výhľad do vnútrobloku, takže nič moc. Izba klimatizovaná V kúpeľni a na WC nie je odvetrávanie

Alexandra (8/5): - Veľmi pekný moderný interiér, pohodlné postele, dobrá lokalita blízko od centra a metra S bazénom a saunou sme neboli spokojní, studená voda... a do sauny chodili ľudia v plavkách a nemali tam k dispozicii ani plachty, tak sme tam radsej ani nešli....

Mariusz (7/5): Za te cenę są inne hotele z lepszymi udogodnieniami. Ale Novotel też jest dobrym hotelem. - Obsługa zgodziła się na wcześniejsze zakwaterowanie ( dużo wczesnej ). Udało się także przedłużyć o godzinkę check out. Świetna lokalizacja. Blisko Dworca Głównego Kolejowego a także 20 minut do Starego Miasta a po drodze dużo ciekawych miejsc Faktyczny plus nie naciągany to profesjonalna i miła obsługa w recepcji oraz w restauracji. Gra dziecięca w hotelu - dzieci zdobyły darmowe lody. Śniadanie przyzwoite. Więc dużo plusów ale najważniejsza rzecz to pokoje a tutaj trochę brakowało komfortu. Z kolei jeżeli chodzi o pokój to już słabiej. Brak jakiejkolwiek półki czy szafki. Nie ma gdzie schować czegokolwiek. Mały metraż na dwa łóżka dla 4 osób. Ogólnie inne hotele dają znacznie lepsze rozwiązania z pokojami dla 4 osobowej rodziny , takiej jak nasza , w tej samej cenie. Duże łóżko bardzo wygodne. Dywan - chyba były plamy ? Nie dało się spać w czworo gdyż kanapa rozkładana miała podgłówek tylko pod jedną osobę. Telewizor nie był smart i w efekcie jest tylko dla Czechów. Ktoś z zagranicy , tak jak my , nie mieliśmy co oglądać. Gdyby był smart , moglibyśmy sobie podłączyć w aplikacjach nasze programy Żeby dojść na basen , trzeba wyjść na zewnątrz co przy niepogodzie jest problematyczne.
