- Gerald (4/5): - Helpful staff. The elevators were terrible, we were on the top floor and sometimes waited 15 minutes. The rooms were tiny, no place to put down more than one suitcase except the floor. No room for toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast was not very good.

Von 3 Fahrstühlen sind nur 2 gefahren, dadurch früh Fahrstuhlrundfahrten, zweimal sind die eingegeben Etagen einfach verloren gegangen und der Fahrstuhl hat wieder im 33 Stock angefangen abwärts zu fahren.

- JENG-HAU (7/5): Overall, it was a good-value stay with a convenient location and friendly staff - The front desk and concierge staff were very nice and attentive. One of the lift was under maintenance, which caused some congestion during check-in and check-out in the high season. However, the hotel staff proactively assisted us by directing us to use the staff lift. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience while having breakfast in the hotel restaurant. We asked for a cup of ice and were told by two different staff members that ice cubes were not available. However, we noticed there was plenty of ice in both the water jug and the orange juice jug, t appeared that ice was available, as it was present in the beverage jugs, which made the refusal confusing. the protein choices of breakfast is not enough, only bacon, sausage and boiled egg was available

- Roderick (8/5): - This hotel is in the final stages of being renovated so it looks good with only the third lift still to do. Located about 7mins walk from MTR and since most of the sites we visited are on the island, I will consider it again. Room was sufficiently spacious for 2 people for a week, considering it is Hong Kong. Plenty of restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes walk, with Victoria Park just opposite. There was water placed in the room every morning,and the airconditioning worked well. For us, we missed fried or scrambled eggs in the morning breakfast. But this is a minor complaint , because the filter coffee and hot milk was excellent.

- cheng (8/5): - 早餐普通，地點很棒，清潔程度尚可，熱水夠熱，電梯數量夠，所以不會等太久，附近吃的喝的逛的都一應具全，距離銅鑼灣地鐵站和天后地鐵站都不遠，走路應該都10分鐘出頭可到，床很大，26樓KingSize的房間。 疫情後沒有機場的接駁車了，有點可惜，附近街道比較複雜，內部陳設稍微舊了些，但整體其實還可接受。

Close to restaurants, park, busses, etc The room was very small, difficult for two people to have places to sit. Check in provided minimal information about amenities, and there were no instructions on how to use the TV. Therefore we could not use it. The wifi was very weak, there was buffering all the time.

In a austainability measure Hong Kong has outlawed disposable toiletries in hotel rooms but they are available for purchase at a reasonable price. Shower gel and shampoo is supplied.

Gym very poor - machinery broken and no mats for core work. A lot to be desired. Very dark and dull hotel... Further makes for gloom of the place. Complaining on these issues as we paid a lot of money for breakfast and to have a gym.
