• Fiona (8/5): Great location - Early check-in was a bonus. Easy walk from the domestic airport. Close proximity to Mascot meant i could buy last minute items and get the mani pedi i desperately needed. Couch was uncomfortable.

• Helen (2/5): Convenient but basic. - We liked the convenience and 24 hour check in. We were so shocked with the charge that was thrown at us when we mentioned we had a dog. Nowhere on the site did it mention $80 and we felt completely blindsided - it was too late to change and find another hotel. That fee is ridiculous for a small little dog. It made the very basic, cheap hotel very expensive. We would have stayed somewhere nicer had we known. The room was extremely basic. The bathroom terrible and we just didn't enjoy the stay. So disappointed.

• Pauline (5/5): Disappointed due to cramped room, and a hotel unsupported by an efficient restaurant. - Location to airport Room very cramped. Restaurant very poor. The lady taking our meal order misheard me despite me repeating my order. I ordered a side dish of chips ($10) and instead received pork chops ($42). I therefore paid for a much higher cost meal than what I had ordered, which I consider exceptionally poor service and value for money. Unfortunately, I would not contemplate a return visit or recommending this hotel to anyone else.

• Diane (8/5): - Linett from your Receptions Staff was fantastic and so was the chap on Monday afternoon made our booking in and out hassle free. Thank them both. Breakfast was also good and one of your chefs even told me how to prepare the mushrooms, very enjoyable. The cleaning of the bathroom lower panels, and the distance between the bathroom floor and room floor is a very large hazard for elderly or persons with mobility issues.

It's good to see the restaurant and bar has reopened. Quality bathroom consumables. Delay at check in was unexpected as we were preregistered. High step out of bathroom is a hazard for elderly. No cutlery, even no teaspoon to make a coffee.

• jingyi (1/5): terrible experience - The location was convenient, and the first lady who answered my call and the lady who helped me check-in were friendly and helpful. However, the experience afterwards was extremely frustrating. When I checked in, I specifically asked about getting invoices separated under two different invoice titles. The staff member at reception clearly told me this could be arranged and that I would receive the invoices after check-out. Before leaving, the front desk asked me for additional information, which I wrote down on a note, and again I was told the invoices would be sent to me immediately. Now it has been 4 days since I checked out and I still have not received anything. I called again after waiting 4 days, and the male staff member who answered sounded like he did not want to help at all after I received the uncorrect invoices. Before I even finished speaking or had a chance to say thank you, he transferred me straight to the accounts department. Then the lady from accounts, who said she was the manager, told me that her staff “do not understand the policy properly” and that I should contact Booking.com myself for the invoice. This is extremely frustrating because I have been told completely different stories by different staff members. If your policy is that invoices must come from Booking.com, why was I not told this from the very beginning when I checked in? If someone had simply explained this clearly at the start, I would have contacted Booking.com immediately and none of this would have wasted my time. Instead, your staff repeatedly assured me that the hotel could handle it, only for the manager later to say the staff “don’t know the policy well.” Honestly, hearing a manager say that about their own staff does not inspire confidence at all. The issue is not just the invoice itself — it is the poor communication, inconsistent information, and the unfriendly attitude I experienced when trying to resolve something very simple. I have never had such a bad experience before, especially with a manager openly saying that not all staff members understand the company’s policies properly.

Das Zimmer und das Bett sind nicht groß, aber es war ruhig genug für die Nacht vor dem Anschlussflug. Das Zimmer war eiskalt und die AC ließ sich nicht zum Heizen verwenden. Dies hat den Aufenthalt ein wenig getrübt. Es hatte 19°C im Spätherbst (nicht im Hochsommer), ich schaltete die AC auf 24°C, aber es ist nichts passiert, außer, dass die kalte Luft herumgeblasen wurde.

The noise kept us awake - we could clearly hear any noise in the hallway, lots of noises from next door, and the water running through the pipes was very loud through the night.

Restaurant ouvert tard et possibilité de manger en chambre. Pas très propre, notamment la moquette qui mériterait un gros nettoyage, voir même être changée !
• Megan (9/5): Definitely pleasant and anxiety free for me which is huge. - -The staff were very helpful, obliging and accommodating, top marks. -The opening window for me was a winner as was the room on the ground floor, I have issues with feeling claustrophobic and was stuck in an elevator once so having these two issues solved for me is huge. -The one vegan dish on the menu was tasty. The room was a little bit run down, it needed a revamp or a bit of a spruce up.

We liked the kindness of the staff and particularly that of Mr. ROHIT who welcomed us warmly and professionally and helped us with the great number of pieces of luggage we had.When we wished to give him a tip, he refused by stating it was his great pleasure. His good and jovial attitude was a pleasure to enjoy and helped us feel at home. THANK YOU! Good luck all We liked everything. But we did not like the soup at the restaurant. It was too watery.
