Concierge Bono - one of the older Concierge staff was horribly rude to me. Demeaning. The concierge in general are not customer friendly. Breakfast buffet needs improvement.

Les matelas ne sont pas confortables,trop vieux je pense, quand on dort à deux, on glisse vers le milieu vers notre conjoint et cela perturbe le sommeil.

amelfu87 (2/5): Humid room with leak bathroom - We had a very disappointing and concerning experience at your hotel. The rooms were extremely humid, and the toilet drainage system was faulty, causing leaks. In several instances, water overflowed from the bathroom into the room, creating an uncomfortable and unhygienic environment. We booked 8 rooms for our extended family and stayed from March 11–13. Unfortunately, after our stay, about half of our family members fell ill. One family member even required hospital treatment for two consecutive days and was diagnosed with serious respiratory issues, which we strongly believe were linked to the poor room conditions, particularly the excessive humidity. We also had another stay booked for March 20–21. Given the circumstances, we contacted the hotel to request a cancellation due to health concerns. However, the hotel refused to provide any reasonable resolution. We initially hoped to resolve this matter privately, but due to the lack of response and accountability from the hotel, we feel it is important to share this experience to inform other potential guests. This situation significantly disrupted our holiday and caused unnecessary stress and medical concerns. We strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously and address these issues to ensure the safety and well-being of future guests.

fsmollett (4/5): Glad we are only here for 1 night - We ended up with an unexpected night in HK due to the trouble in the middle east. Our cruise company booked this hotel - it was not a choice. We arrived mid morning and couldn't check in until 3pm as rooms weren't ready so left our luggage and went sightseeing. On our return we got our rooms. They are tired. The wardrobe which looks like a double only has hanging space on one side, no long hanging and 2 of the drawers don't open. The bed side table was dirty with coffee runs down the front and there was a pistachio shell on the floor so the carpet hadn't been vacuumed properly. The state of repairs done to the bathroom are shocking! There is black mould in the sealant. I do not know how this is a 5 star hotel. We mentioned to the reception that the bedside table was dirty. The lady was wearing a mask so communication was difficult. I think she offered to change our room but we declined as it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. I would not stay here again and would not recommend to friends and family. We haven't had chance to sample breakfast as we are leaving too early in the morning. Concierge was helpful in arranging an airport transfer for the morning.

DayTrip49900086397 (8/5): 5D4N holiday - Sam at the Front Desk was quite helpful, helping to find us a King-sized bed for me and my wife. Toilet seat of our room's toilet won't stay up though. And sometimes housekeeping would forget to replenish our room's amenities (i.e. coffee, tea, etc.) Everything else is fine though. Quite spacious, and space enough for both of our big luggage.
