Super easy to grab food late at night. Uber/taxi pickup was hassle-free. Front desk team, especially Mr. King Wu, went above and beyond helping us with our need. There are plenty of chinese restaurants around and 7-11 as well for those who are on a budget. The room is very spacious and very clean, they even have daybed next to window. Sir Dennis, the assistant manager greeted us upon arrival in the frontdesk. He is very accomodating and always smile on guests. We'll definitely be going back in Kowloon Regent Hotel on our next visit. Highly recommended... salute to all the staffs who are very helpful and made our stay wonderful.

The room assigned to us was unacceptably small for a designated family room, making our stay uncomfortable and not in line with what was advertised. Additionally, the level of service fell short of basic hospitality standards, as it lacked attentiveness and responsiveness. Moreover, the Wi-Fi connection was consistently unreliable and often unavailable, which caused significant inconvenience throughout our stay. Given these issues, we do not feel that the hotel delivered the quality expected. We strongly encourage management to address these concerns promptly to avoid similar dissatisfaction from future guests.

Almost everything you need is around the hotel, from convenience stores to restaurants. What makes it even wonderful are the friendly and helpful staff from Angus who helped us at the airport for the hotel transfers, up to Sir Dennis and all the staffs on duty during our check in. They even gave my son a stuffed toy panda. I highly recommend the hotel and would stay here surely if i come.to visit HK again!

The breakfast buffet was also outstanding, with a great selection of fresh fruits and a wide variety of Chinese, Western, and Indian dishes. I was especially happy to see traditional Hong Kong options like steam rice roll at breakfast, alongside many other choices each day—so I never felt like I was repeating myself. The location in TST is extremely convenient, with easy access to the MTR, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and I especially want to thank Maureen for her seamless arrangements and attentive care. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Hong Kong—I would definitely come back.

- Reinold (6/5): Dated hotel with spacious family room but serious sleep issues - We stayed at the Regal Kowloon Hotel for three nights as a family of four (two adults and two pre-teens) in a family room with two queen beds. The room itself was reasonably spacious for Hong Kong standards, which was welcome for a family. There were plenty of mirrors, although the lighting was quite dim, making the room feel darker than it should. The overall condition is quite dated, but the room was acceptably clean on a general level. Unfortunately, the bathroom was a clear weak point. The fittings and fixtures looked very worn, and the cleanliness was poor in the lower areas. There was noticeable black mould around several fixtures, and the overhead shower fan was covered in dust and mould. The shower conditioner was empty when we arrived and was never refilled during our entire three-night stay. The beds were extremely firm — far too firm for my liking. As a side sleeper, I found my hips started aching after a short time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The biggest issue for us was the constant noise. The room had a separate air purifier, which was appreciated and relatively quiet. However, the air conditioning unit produced a deep, low-frequency humming sound that kicked in and out every 15–30 seconds throughout the night. Ambient noise was around 42 dB when it was off, rising to 49–50 dB when running. Even with noise-cancelling headphones, the low hum was still clearly audible, especially when lying on the pillow. This made falling asleep and staying asleep extremely difficult and was honestly quite disturbing. On the positive side, the hotel staff at reception were very responsive and helpful when we requested extra towels. The public areas, such as the foyer, also felt quite dated. Overall, while the room size was decent for a family, the combination of poor bathroom condition, extremely firm mattresses, and especially the persistent low-frequency noise made this a disappointing stay for us. We would not choose to return.

We really had no expectation, and just wanted to enjoy our HK trip which was a first for my kids. Regal kowloon impressed us with their location, people, service and rooms! 1. Location - located right next door to Shangri La and Intercontinental Hotel. Walking distance to avenue of the stars (Bruce Lee side). A lot of good restos near the hotel, mcdo just at the back. 1881 Heritage Place walking distance also but a bit of a walk if with kids. Very very good! Accessible to tourist attractions but not in a busy location. 2. People - the staff at the hotel is amazing! Very helpful. Special mention to Mr. Dennis Dulay who assisted in our checkin when we arrived late at night and tired. He made our checkin seamless! 3. Service/rooms - rooms were huge. 2 queen sized beds which accomodated the 4 of us! Clean rooms and service is great. Next time we visit HK, this would be our go to hotel again!

The hotel also has many shops and restaurants within its area. Hotel is also near Victoria Harbor. I love the atmosphere of this area since it is not too busy so this is my relax throughout a tiring day. The rooms are spacious and they give you complete care items — even has a safe to keep your items and clothes iron! I slept well since the sheets are super clean. The staff are also very, very helpful, friendly and professional. Huge, huge shoutout to Mr. Dennis Dulay for being so accommodating! Regal Kowloon is definitely a good choice if you want comfort and accessibility.

The breakfast area and quality of the food is average only, although the omelettes were fabulous. There is 1 coffee machine which takes ages to produce a coffee and constantly needs servicing, so there are always queues there. Overall, the hotel is in need of investment to update the rooms and the breakfast area.

From the doorman, concierge, reception staff, housekeeping and especially to the Assistant Manager Mr Dennis Dulay. Everyone was very accommodating and courteous. We had a problem with our taxi upon arriving but thanks to Mr Dulay’s superb customer service and prompt problem solving, we felt at ease and our trip went smoothly and stress-free! Also, the hotel had the perfect location as it is 5 min walk to the MTR Stations, Bus Stops and the TST Promenade and Avenue of Stars. You also won’t have to worry about food as there are a lot of restaurants and shops around the hotel. The room is spacious and clean and the view from the room is amazing. The only thing I wish it had was a bidet but overall, superb! Will recommend and book again here in the future!

My husband, taking medicine, fell asleep and removed his shoes, wearing socks. An elderly staff member wearing a suit woke us loudly to put on shoes, while many guests were wearing sandals and sitting on the sofa; this was uncomfortable and embarrassing. - At check-in, I showed my Booking.com Booking ID on my phone, but the receptionist could not find the booking. My surname is an acronym; even though the name matched my passport, she insisted the guest name was incorrect and asked me to contact Booking.com customer service. This was frustrating and unnecessary.
