- Umarkhan (9/5): Great for families. Nearby Disney. Good breakfast - I had great time with my family here. Jaccuzi by the pool was great at evenings. Breakfast variety was also good enough. The fact that there were other hotels too nearby which is why it felt safer and spacious on the outside. Hotel was helpful to arrange free transport to the Disney. Balcony in the rooms was a real plus. A gas station nearby was also very helpful. Paid parking! Despite of ample parking space. It would be really hard to find a parking spot in the evening. In breakfast, Sometimes the new plates would smell like eggs. For a person who's not into eggs, Would like a plate with a smell of an egg.

- Michelle (5/5): Not impressed at all. - The mattress was very worn and uncomfortable. The bedding around the bed was stained and very old. The temperature of the room could not be controlled by the thermostat. The staff was very unfriendly at the front desk; I would always greet them some spoke and others treated it as a job and just business. At, check-in was not told about any of the amenities the hotel offered. My whole reason for booking there was the room with balcony and pool view and the transportation to Disney. I also feel like I was treated different because I booked through booking.com. No guest should ever feel treated like that. Also, I didn't pay for run of the house and tried to explain to the front desk manager, who was very rude and dismissive. She basically was trying to call me a liar and challenging what I was telling her. Overall stay was very disappointing and would never stay at that location again. As, a hotel experience curator I am very knowledgeable to providing an exceptional guest experience. More training is needed at this location to staff!

As a Bonvoy member this was one of the worst marriotts I’ve ever b - Check out time was late I liked that The check-in time was really long , the room wasn’t clean and when I advised staff yes they sent house cleaning to clean the room again yet it was still dirty and they advised me I couldn’t get another room because they were fully booked. Even after hearing someone ended up cancelling their whole trip. , the bar tender at the bar could not mix drinks at all!!! So I paid a lot of money for trash drinks I also asked for a pool view first of all the pool was blocked I couldn’t see off the balcony and all of your balcony windows are extremely dirty it just wasn’t worth it this hotel really needs some serious renovations.

- Jeremy (10/5): We really enjoyed the grounds and the room. - Kitchenette, enclosed patio and multiple pools for kids to play in. Distance from the room to the main pool at the hotel was about a quarter mile. Sales pitch was fine, but at the end when we were alone with our sales person, he asked for our total honesty. We were totally honest. We told him he timing wasn't right and we wouldn't be joining, he said "We were career presentation attendees". This is the second one we have attended, the first was 15 years ago. He was curt and asked us to never attend another sales pitch in the future. Left a bad taste in our mouths. Made us feel like we were committing some sort of fraud. He doesn't know us or our intentions. It was possible we would get on board in the future, just wasn't the right time, yet. We were so disgusted, we left without even hearing out the temporary "taste" of the time share.

I asked for a balcony when I made the reservation when I checked in they informed me that all balconies were sold out but I still have to pay the price for a balcony room

- ericsI3795SK (6/5): Refuse to answer the Phone - We were delayed at Orlando Airport at 11:00pm due to lost luggage. We called the hotel repeatedly for assistance concerning transfers. The hotel never answered. When we finally arrived, by taxi, and asked the reception why no one was answering the phone. The response was that a staff member was not answering the calls. Where was that staff person?? Also, our room was given to someone else so we ended up at Fairfield. Our cruise line and us had to repeatedly call during the week to discuss lost luggage. It was very difficult to connect to a person at the hotel. Never again, will we do business with Marriot Courtyard at Orlando. You were unprofessional and show poor stewardship to your guests.
- NYTravel1985 (10/5): Great Stay for work near Disney - I recently stayed at the Courtyard for work. The location is convenient and offers good value. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was great, and I enjoyed the Mickey Mouse waffle. Overall, it was a solid experience, and I would consider returning on my next trip.

- Wanderer15186388302 (4/5): Good location - update and refresh badly needed! - Lifetime Bonvoy Titanium Elite member. Several stays at this property over the past 25+ years. Big decline since my last stay two years ago. Needs a major update. My suite windows were stained and dirty, bathroom subpar, water pressure low and no one ever answers the phone at this property. Complex General Manager does not respond to email. Many other lodging facilities nearby to choose from. Kudos to Melissa at Front Desk - only courteous employee I encountered.

- William (6/5): It could have been a perfect stay - The cleanliness, the ambiance and the facilities. The employees need to smile and work on the way they talk to the customers especially the ones in the front desk and employees working at the breakfast buffet. There were no toiletries like toothbrush in the room. The parking fee needs to be advertised. We originally booked a room with a balcony but when we arrived in the room it did not have a balcony, very disappointing.

I booked on line and got a lower end room that smelled musty and was very small and not as well maintained as when I booked through Marriott.

- 585benjaminh (10/5): Great weekend stay - I felt we had a really nice experience at the property. We organized a wedding weekend event room block and welcome event on site. Check-in was smooth. The hotel has a large and ample lobby space and bar. Our room was an upgrade with a great view of pool. It is a part of a larger circle of Marriott properties to suit your needs and preferences. Very close to restaurants, Disney, etc. It was walking distance to our wedding venue though we chose to drive because it is a wedding and everyone is dressed well, etc. The hotels pool was substantial as well with a beach style entrance. There is a larger buffet for breakfast (additional charge) which I think is weekend only. The bistro operates like all other Courtyards. Rooms were comfortable, so was bed. It is a little bit of an aged property but most things in this area are going to be that way. It was perfect for a group of our size and there were enough communal spaces for us to gather outside of our rooms. It was quiet also despite the location (next to I-4). If you can get a 5th floor room, I advise it. Price was reasonable and competitive. We checked out early and they worked with us without issue. There is a parking fee.

- Silvana (8/5): Boa . Bom custo benefício - Achei boa. Mas poderia ser um pouco melhor. O chuveiro não é muito prático . E teve uma molhado no piso , que mesmo com a minha reclamação, não houve conserto. Fica mais com relação ao chuveiro mesmo!
- keith (1/5): Never again. - It was close to all of the parks and various eating establishments. As well as shopping. What I didn’t like was I paid in full at booking.com but was still charged at the property for parking and resort fee when I was told on the app I would pay zero at the property

Bed was very comfortable.. enjoyed having the liquid soap and hair products in the shower. There was nothing not to like.
