L'hôtel jouait d'une proximité à l'arc des triomphes et des moyens de transport en commun , L'hôtel est aussi bien entretenu et semble avoir été rénové récemment et les chambres sont dans un état neuf. Nous avons aussi apprécié la réactivité et le professionnalisme face a notre remarque sur la chambre donnant La chambre a laquelle nous avons été affecté au debut donnait sur des extracteurs obligeant a fermer le vitrage qui laisse passer une petite vibration sonore.

• Maria José 63 (6/5): - L'emplacement, la literie tres confortable Très mal insonorisé, on entend tous les bruits des chambres voisines (conversations, objets qu'on pose), du couloir et de la rue. Réveillés par des clients bruyants à 1h du matin puis à 6h et ensuite par les bruits de la rue dès 7h30. Ce problème est régulièrement signalé dans les commentaires depuis au moins 3 ans, rien ne semble fait. Au minimum, il faudrait poser des panneaux dans l'ascenseur et couloirs incitant au silence après 22h. Aussi, pour un 4 étoiles, il manque énormément d'équipements dans la chambre: eau, café (il y a juste une bouilloire et du café instantané), artciles de toilette. Les serviettes de douche sont très petites.

• plancq (9/5): - Accueil chaleureux. Personnel disponible. Bons conseils pour indication trajet. Bon petit déjeuner. L'ascenseur qui ne peut accueillir que 2 personnes à la fois. Comme il y a plusieurs étages il faut attendre. Ce n' est pas grave en soit, il y a des escaliers mais quand on a ses bagages ce n' est pas facile.

I like the customer service, from the check in until check out, they really take care of you, very nice people. Nothing, I can't complain, it was a really good experience days.

Her positive attitude and professionalism made our experience much more enjoyable. Everything was great, but having a refrigerator in the room would have been appreciated.

Location was great - 5 mins walk to Argentine metro. Lots of places to eat or buy delicious sandwiches etc. So great we changed our plans so we can stay again at the end of our holiday. There was nothing we didn’t like!

Un hôtel à recommander sans aucune hésitation, où l’on a envie de revenir comme un client fidèle. Merci encore Mr. Zouheir pour tout et surtout pour l’effort que vous avez fourni afin de nous trouver un taxi à la dernière minute, alors que nous étions sortis tard de l’hôtel pour rejoindre la Gare du Nord. Grâce à vous, nous avons pu rattraper notre train à la toute dernière minute. Nous sommes bien arrivés à destination, avec tous mes plus chaleureux remerciements. À très bientôt. • Tetyana (7/5): Perfect location, clean rooms, friendly stuff, but noisy - Was a neat nice hotel in a good location next to Arc de Triumph and 30 min walking distance to Eiffel Tower. Good facilities, clean room, nice friendly staff. You can leave your luggage free of charge after checking out Quite noisy, you can hear people talking, kids crying , door shutting in rooms next to yours, bad sound isolation probably like in many hotels in old districts

• Marta (9/5): - Idealna lokalizacja, 4 minuty pieszo do metra linii 1. Odległość od Wieży Eiffla pieszo to spacerem 45 minut, do Łuku Triumfalnego 10 minut. Bardzo spokojna ulica. Pomocny i uśmiechnięty personel. Możliwość przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu. Nie chciałabym pisać tutaj nic złego o tym miejscu, bo jestem zdania, że na to nie zasługuje - ALE nie podawajcie na śniadanie jajecznicy z proszku :-)

Dworzec autobusowy 5 min pieszo (bezpieczny dworzec i okolica). Pod hotelem sklep Carrefour oraz restauracje. Hotel okej, czyste pokoje, sprzątane codziennie. Bardzo miła obsluga. Recepcja otwarta 24/7. Kawa,herbata i woda pitna jest w recepcji za darmo 24/7. My akurat nie korzystaliśmy, ale udogodnienie na plus :). Bardzo sprawnie działał internet - mozna śmiało pracować zdalnie. Ogólnie jesteśmy zadowoleni i polecamy ten hotel, oceniając go jako miejsce, do ktorego ma sie ochotę wrócić. Zdjecia hotelu oddają to jak wygląda. Drugi raz nie skorzystalibyśmy z opcji śniadań. Stoliki nie byly sprzątane na bieżąco oraz brakowało donoszonego jedzenia. Czasami przychodziło sie na stołówkę i nie bylo co zjesc i trzeba bylo czekać az doniosą jedzenie czy soki. Przydałby sie dodatkowe naczynia gdzieś z boku (filiżanki, sztuczce i talerze). Hotel wymaga oswiezenia. Warto wymienić fugi i sylikon kolo wanny, bo brzydko wyglada. W pokoju słychać ruch uliczny i to co dzieje sie na korytarzu w hotelu. Na 3-dniowy pobyt raz nie bylo cieplej wody do mycia.

On a quite street right next to the Arc de Triumph, and an easy walk to get the shuttle bus to Beauvais airport. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and friendly and went out their way to welcome us. The bed was so comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. An excellent stay! Thank you so much!
