Le personnel est d’une gentillesse et d’une douceur remarquables, toujours à l’écoute et aux petits soins. L’hôtel est situé à deux minutes à pied du métro et à 10 minutes en bus du stade San Siro. Je recommande cet établissement sans aucun doute. Rien à signaler, tout était super.

Wij hadden een kamer op de vijfde verdieping en hadden licht lawaai van de straat, de lagere verdiepingen kunnen er last van hebben

Spacerem ok. 30 min na San Siro albo w 15 min na ulicę pełną sklepów - jest w czym wybierać 😃 Bardzo pomocny, profesjonalny i uśmiechnięty personel recepcji zwł. Jenny i Lorenzo. Polecam drinka serwowanego przez barmana Franseco - brawo. Otrzymaliśmy upominki od hotelu 👍 Drobiazgi ale cieszą. Dobre kosmetyki w łazience, ekspres do kawy kapsułowy w pokoju. Duży wybór na śniadaniu. Pomimo czystych ręczników i pościeli, zdarzyło się że ręcznik był dziurawy. Zaskoczyła mnie jedynie opłata klimatyczna w wysokości 10 Euro od osoby za dobę, którą musieliśmy dopłacić przy wymeldowaniu.

Bij aankomst werden we verrast met een gratis welkomstdrankje aan de bar waar Francesco, met uitstekende bediening, voor een typisch Italiaans aperitief zorgde (cocktail met overdaad aan hapjes). De kamer was netjes, werd elke dag prima in orde gebracht, producten werden aangevuld. Badkamer had een ruime en aangename douche. Het ontbijt was eerste klas. Zeer uitgebreide keuze en constante aanvulling van het aanbod. Ligging op 250 m van een metrostation van waaruit je snel in het centrum bent. Heerlijk geslapen met open raam. We hoorden weinig van de straat. Ik kan weinig bedenken. Relatief, het aanbod op TV.

We loved Francesco’s snacks at the bar they were delicious. Also another big Thankyou to all the staff at breakfast, who were Simona, Angela and Stefano, they were so quick to serve us our coffee and made sure we had everything that we needed, nothing was a problem for them , and they always had a smile on there faces, it was a pleasure to walk in and see them attend to our needs , also the breakfast was outstanding, we had heaps of variety and it was delicious. The rooms were very clean and well maintained, with housekeeping coming daily, which made our stay extremely comfortable. A lovely surprise was receiving pasta as a gift when we checked out — a small gesture that really shows their attention to guests. Upon arrival, we were given a welcome‑drink card that we could use at the Pandia Bar. The bar itself was a highlight: during happy hour we received a generous selection of snacks with our drinks, creating a great atmosphere to relax after a long day. A special mention goes to Francesko from the Pandia Bar. He was simply amazing — very welcoming, polite, kind, and a true professional who embodies Italian hospitality. His service made our evenings there even more enjoyable. Overall, C‑Hotels Rubens exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Milan. For breakfast, we just wanted to buy coffee, but we couldn’t sit unless we paid the full €15 per person, which felt unnecessary.

- KONSTANTINA (10/5): - Ήταν Όλα Τέλεια!1.Το προσωπικό φιλόξενο και εξυπηρετικό ειδικά η Jenny και η Mirna μας εξήγησαν oτι απορία είχαμε ευχαριστούμε πολύ 2.Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και καθαρό μας έγινε αναβάθμιση λόγω πως είχαμε μαζί ένα μωράκι 1 μισή ετών και ήταν σαν mini διαμέρισμα με όλες τις παροχές άνετο κρεβάτι και στο check in μας είχαν δώρο welcome drink στο bar του ξενοδοχείου και στο check out μας είχε δωράκι pasta box. 3.Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο με πολλές επιλογές σε γλυκά και αλμυρά και με πολύ γελαστό και φιλόξενο προσωπικό στο service του πρωινού. 4.Η τοποθεσία πολύ βολική καθώς είναι πολύ κοντά σε στάση μετρό της κόκκινης γραμμής που σε βγάζει ακριβώς σε λίγα λεπτά στο κέντρο του Μιλάνου έχει διπλά σουπερμάρκετ και σε 15 λεπτά περπάτημα έχει καλές επιλογές σε εστιατόρια όπως και σε 25 λεπτά περπάτημά μπορείς να βρεθείς στην περιοχή citylife του Μιλάνου με το εμπορικό κέντρο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ c-hotels Rubens θα ξαναέρθουμε σίγουρα.

- Brigitte (10/5): - Das Zimmer war mit einem sehr bequemen Bett ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber, ruhige Lage hofseitig, Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, gutes Frühstück (auch laktosefreies Joghurt, glutenfreies Brot). Tolle Lage, 7 Stationen mit M1 zum Dom. Ich war rundum zufrieden!

- ANNA (10/5): - Από την πρώτη στιγμή αισθανθήκαμε φιλικά και προσιτά. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, μας εξυπηρέτησε και αντιλήφθηκε τις ανάγκες μας. Τα δωμάτια ήταν καθαρά, περιποιημένα και με όμορφη διακόσμηση

- OKSANA (10/5): - Я доволі часто буваю в готелях. І це вперше в моєму досвіді, коли в готелі почуваєшся не як клієнт, а як гість. Починаючи із зустрічі і завершуючи прощанням - все зроблено так, ніби ти важливий і дорогий серцю родич:) Окремі промінчики любові Сімоні та Анджелі, які опікуються кухнею. Сніданки божественно смачні і різноманітні! Якщо повертатися в Мілан, тільки у цей готель.

- Paulina (10/5): Pobyt bardzo udany. - Śniadanie przepyszne, dużo regionalnych potraw. Lokalizacja - spacerkiem do metra kilka min. Przemiły Pan Francesco w barze, miła niespodzianka - drink powitalny:) Pokoje czyste, sprzątane codziennie.

Jenny (I think that was her name) on reception incredibly helpful with directions, organising taxis and even put together a breakfast bag each as she knew we were leaving to early to have this without us even requesting it. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Nothing not to like.

- ATTILIO (8/5): - Colazione discreta, forse non abbondante per un quattro stelle. La posizione è buona, qualche passo e si può prendere la metro per il centro. Letto molto ampio ma non comodissimo. Ma che serve una vasca idromassaggi invece della doccia e togliere spazio per il bidet? Ringrazio per una stanza di ampiezza superiore rispetto a quella prenotata. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è più che buono

- Mariell (10/5): Schön, komfortabel, freundlich, sauber, zentral - Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit zwei Betten gebucht und haben dann ein sehr großes Zimmer im obersten Stock als Upgrade bekommen. Das Personal war so freundlich, auch der Barkeeper so nett. Unser Auto konnten wir direkt vor dem Hotel parken. Die Lage ist optimal: Tram und Busse in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Mailand und in diesem Hotel. Vielen Dank. Es gibt nichts, was uns an diesem Hotel nicht gefallen hat.

- Rafał (10/5): zwiedzanie miasta i delektowanie się lokalną kuchnią - Hotel jest trochę oddalony od centrum, ale okolica wydaje się bezpieczna, a bliskość metra umożliwia bardzo łatwy dostęp do każdej atrakcji miasta. Biorąc pod uwagę jeszcze świetny personel, dobre śniadania, czyste, ładne pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami to można powiedzieć, że hotel jest idealny. Kilka drobnych, miłych dodatków sprawiło, że nasz pobyt tym bardziej był przyjemny. W pobliżu jest duży market oraz kilka restauracji. Jeśli chodzi o te ostatnie to lepiej się przejść dookoła i sprawdzić co jest lub zapytać w hotelu niż szukać w googlach.
