Les lits très confortables. Nous sommes allé au petit déjeuné, il n’y avait aucune table de débarrassée. Nous n’avions donc pas de place. Il n’y avait plus rien à mangé.

L’ambiance était agréable, les chambres confortables et le personnel accueillant et attentionné. Nous gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour. Nous avions choisi cet hôtel notamment pour pouvoir profiter du Rooftop Bar, qui était malheureusement presque entièrement fermé durant cette période. Aucune information ni communication préalable concernant cette fermeture ne nous avait été transmise, ce qui a été assez décevant pour nous. C’est dommage, car cet espace faisait partie des principales raisons de notre choix pour cet établissement.

Second, there was a thin door between my room (a higher priced room) and an adjoining room. I could hear EVERYTHING in the room next door.

L’un de ses plus grands atouts est sans aucun doute son emplacement idéal : situé à proximité des principaux sites touristiques et très bien desservi par les transports, il permet de profiter pleinement de la ville sans perdre de temps dans les déplacements. L’hôtel en lui-même est très agréable, avec un personnel accueillant et attentif, toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien équipée, ce qui a rendu mon séjour encore plus appréciable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement à toute personne souhaitant découvrir Paris dans les meilleures conditions ! Mon séjour a malheureusement été entaché par plusieurs points négatifs. Tout d’abord, seul un ascenseur sur deux était en fonctionnement, ce qui a entraîné beaucoup d’attente, surtout aux heures de pointe. Cela a rendu les déplacements dans l’hôtel assez pénibles. De plus, j’ai été surpris de trouver des encombrants laissés dans le couloir à mon étage. Cela donne une impression de négligence et nuit clairement à l’image de l’établissement, sans parler du manque de confort et de propreté que cela peut engendrer. C’est dommage, car ces éléments sont facilement améliorables et pourraient vraiment faire la différence dans l’expérience globale des clients.

Päivi (8/5): Receptionin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällisiä. - Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Oli tuoreita hedelmiä ja jugurttia. Kahvia piti erikseen usein pyytää lisää. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällistä ja valmisti kahvia lisää pyydettäessä. Alakerran kuntosali oli pieni mutta täytti vaatimuksemme. Hotellilla kestävän kehityksen sertifikaatti, joten moni asia hotellissa viittaa tähän; hillitty aamiainen, vettä ei lotrata, ilmastointi puuttui huoneestamme, mutta kylpyhuoneessa se oli. Croissantit olivat pettymys. Odotimme aamiaisella lämpimiä tuoreita Croissanteja, mutta tällä kertaa emme saaneet uunituoreita. Jäi arvoitus olivatko Croissantit valmispakkauksesta otettuja? Huone oli ok, pieni, ahdas, mutta muuten toimiva. Kylpyhuone oli ok, vettä tuli hitaalla paineella. Putkimies korjasi tilannetta ja vesi tuli sen jälkeen paremmin. Kokolattiamatot joka paikassa...luultavasti talvella kivemmat, näin keväällä ei. Ilmastointia ei huoneessa, joten pidimme ikkunaa auki usein. Hotelli vanha, joten hissit pienet ja ahtaat; max kaksi hoikkaa henkilöä. Kapeita käytäviä hotellikerroksissa.

Noya (4/5): - המלון נקי ונמצא במיקום מעולה המנקה גנבה לנו כסף מהחדר, הלכנו למשטרה כדי להגיד תלונה ושיהיה אפשר לפתוח מצלמות . הצוות של המלון לא התייחסו לאירוע ברצינות, מאכזב מאוד . מלון אמור להיות מקום בטוח ממליצה לא להשאיר דברים יקרי ערך בחדר ובטח שלא כסף… הגענו לחגוג יום הולדת ונהרסה החופשה.
