Yo tenía una reserva para otro hotel y el mismo hotel me envió un correo cancelándome la reserva y en Booking seguía activa, cuando los llame me dijeron que no me preocupara que tenía mi alojamiento seguro, dos días antes del viaje me dijeron que buscara otro, que no podían recibirme y que ellos me ayudaban a buscar acorde a mis peticiones, obviamente no me ayudaron con nada y di con este, por mi propia cuenta, el hotel 10/10 la pero Booking es la peor mierdaaaaaaaaaa!!! No deberían trabajar con Booking, yo recé porque este no lo cancelaran

Valéria (8/5): Váronézés Párizsban - A szálloda tiszta, kedves személyzet, jó reggeli. Külön köszönjük, hogy a kora reggeli érkezésnél kaptunk egy kis frissítő reggelit, a gyerekeket figyelembe véve. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, a városnézéshez megfelelő volt. Nem volt olyan. Hacsak az nem, hogy két szobát kértünk egymás mellé a gyerekek miatt, ez nem siekrült.

paynemalc (10/5): Fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. - Just spent 4 nights at Hotel Astoria.. The Hotel is in a great location, in a quiet side street and only a couple of minutes walk to Rome Metro Station. I arrived via CDG airport. Take the RER to Gare du Nord, a quick underground walk to La Chapelle metro station and then a 10 minute metro journey takes you to Rome. Buffet breakfast was good. The room itself was clean and nice, and I had the bonus of a balcony which was a pleasant surprise. The room also included a safe and a mini bar which was stocked with complimentary soft drinks which were replenished daily which was most welcome. All in all, for location, hotel quality and value for money it’s hard to fault, and I definitely stay here again on my next trip to Paris.

Yousef (10/5): Amazing stay in Paris - Just small lovely touches in addition to the hotel being very comfortable. A very nice breakfast, little snacks and drinks available at reception, we were allowed to check in an hour early and got our room upgraded for free. No criticisms!
Xiaoxi (7/5): Great. - Great location only 3 minutes from the subway station and surrounded by supermarkets. The area is quiet, and the staff are lovely. The space is compact, but overall quite decent given its price and location. The air conditioner malfunctioned for two nights during our stay, yet the staff handled the issue promptly and professionally. Overall, it’s a lovely accommodation for our Paris trip

The breakfast was decent. We did not spend a lot of time in our room. Paris was calling. We didn't like coffee.

The front desk staff seemed a little out of place when asked for something, as if they were busy elsewhere. Overall, it was a nice location at an affordable price.

I was initially assigned a single room that was very noisy (fyi I am fairly sensitive yo that) because I was near the stairs. People going up and down all night even with ear plugs was not pleasant. When I told Them the next day they put me in nicer quieter room at no charge and were just lovely and professional The single rooms are singularly uncomfortable (pillows and noise level especially)

patrickmD7042GE (10/5): First time to Paris and we were very pleased with this hotel - This hotel was well located. Close to 2 convenient bus stops. They have snacks all day and drinks available on your return and even leave bottled water in your room. The full breakfast was a really pleasant surprise - much more than expedited. TJ and the others who manage the breakfast are outstanding and TJ is particularly friendly to all making you feel very welcome. He switched to our language (as well as others) and didn’t make us feel bad not knowing French. Bonus - you can stop at the other Astoria hotels for use of toilette and refreshments . Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.

Carolin (7/5): - Tolle Lage gleich in der Nähe von mehreren Ubahnstationen und eine schöne Gegend, nettes Personal und ein wunderschöner Balkon. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig, ständig knallen die schweren Türen, wenn jemand am Gang redet, hört es sich an als stehe die Person direkt im Zimmer. Am ersten Abend wurde im Nebenraum gefeiert und schlafen war kaum möglich. Frühstück ist ok, es gab allerdings nie Messer, sodass wir die Butter mit der Gabel schmieren mussten. Unter den Betten Staub und Müll von früheren Gästen.
