• Davide (8/5): Buon prezzo e buona qualità per un hotel molto comodo in centro - Ottima posizione, a due passi dalla metro. Quartiere vivace, pieno di locali e ristoranti, ma comunque silenzioso la notte. L'hotel ha stanze piccoline, ma adatte per un breve soggiorno. Pulizia tutti i giorni con cambio biancheria. Camera molto pulita, con macchinetta del caffè. Bagno con tutto il necessario e buona doccia. Il sistema delle luci in camera è decisamente migliorabile.

• Alejandra (1/5): Condiciones de higiene nulas - Nada La falta de higiene en este lugar es simplemente escandalosa y evidente a simple vista. No es que la limpieza fuera deficiente: es que directamente no se había limpiado la habitación en muchísimo tiempo. Había suciedad acumulada por todas partes, incluso monedas tiradas en el suelo cubiertas de polvo, algo que deja claro el nivel de abandono. La encimera y los objetos estaban igual, completamente llenos de polvo. La situación con la cama fue aún peor: encontré pelos ajenos tanto en la almohada como en las sábanas, algo absolutamente inaceptable y antihigiénico. Para rematar, la puerta de la habitación ni siquiera funcionaba correctamente. No abría bien y, cuando intentaron ayudarme, la manija se salió. Esto demuestra que no solo descuidan la limpieza, sino también la seguridad básica. Esa habitación no ofrecía ninguna garantía de seguridad. Tras presentar mi reclamación, se negaron a reembolsar el dinero escudándose en que la tarifa no era reembolsable, ignorando por completo el estado deplorable del alojamiento. Ofrecieron un servicio indigno y no asumieron ninguna responsabilidad. Un lugar totalmente desaconsejable.

Good price for Paris. Half hour walk to the Seine. Lots of restaurant options close by. The location is in a very busy and loud neighborhood. Unfortunately while we were there the closest metro line was closed for repairs so the bus line was really overcrowded.

Die Geräusche von draussen waren trotz zentraler Lage und Wochenende kaum zu hören. Das Zimmer war relativ klein und eng, für die kurze Aufenthaltsdauer war es aber noch ok. Das Hotel is sehr hellhörig. Es waren immer mal wieder Klopfgeräusche an unseren Wänden und Türeknallen zu hören.

In regards to the question above - I did not in fact request a quiet room - but the room was indeed very quiet and I slept very well. The staff was very nice and gave me great recommendations for restaurants nearby. I also loved that you could fill up a bottle from the hotel with water or sparkling water at your convenience. Very nice touch. The carpet in the room was very wet when I got in on the second evening and it stayed wet (and a bit smelly) the whole time (I stayed for four days). I informed the staff and they did not know what caused the wetness and as far as I know nothing was done to dry it. At first I thought it might have rained in through the window but the amount of wetness makes that unlikely. It didn´t bother me greatly but I had to ware slippers the whole time. Also the lighting in the room was not fully functional and at night I had to get out of bed and remove the keycard to turn off the lights on the nightstand. Also the keycard did not work for the door (but it did work to activate the lights) and I tried forever to open and the staff tried to fix the keycard but gave up in the end and I got a real metal key.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Excellent staff and good location! - The staff were excellent. They were extremely helpful and welcoming. The location is busy and has lots of restaurants and bars all around. The metro stations were within walking 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The rooms were small and walls super thin. The shower was a little hard to get into as it had a high tub you had to step in and out of. You could sit on edge and swing in and out if needed.
• Maria (10/5): Κεντρική τοποθεσία και καθαρό ξενοδοχείο - Αρχικά το κατάλυμα ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο του Παρισιού δλδ στα 30λ ήταν όλα με τα πόδια εκτός από τον πύργο του Άιφελ γιατί δνε βρίσκεται κεντρικά. Επισης σε 5λ έχει στάση μετρό. Η περιοχή ήταν υπέροχη μπαράκια, μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια, σούπερ μάρκετ, φούρνοι. Είχε τα πάντα. Ναι μεν ήταν τα μπαράκια δίπλα αλλά είχε καλή ηχομόνωση το δωμάτιο. Κάθε μέρα μας καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο και γινόντουσαν αλλαγές πετσέτες. Όλο το προσωπικό υπέροχο. Το ξενοδοχείο δεν είναι 4 αστέρων όπως αναγράφεται άντε να είναι 3 αλλά σε σχέση με τις παροχές και την τιμή όπως και την περιοχή ήταν ανταγωνιστικό. Το πρωινό είναι αρκετά απλό επειδή έχει αρκετά αρτοποιεία καλύτερα να μην κλείσετε με πρωινό. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ το προσωπικό που ήταν ευγενέστατο όπως και το housekeeping !

Resepsiyonda görevli Burak bey çok ilgili, güleryüzlüydü. Sadece konaklamayla ilgili değil aynı zamanda şehirdeki önemli turistik yerler, şehiriçi ulaşım, transfer, yeme içme yerleri hakkında çok pratik bilgiler paylaştı. Burak beyin yardımseverliği sayesinde gezimiz çok kolay ve keyifli geçti. Otelin kahvaltısı çok lezzetli ve çeşitliliği fazlasıyla yeterliydi. Resepsiyondan istediğiniz kadar ücretsiz içme suyu, soda ve lezzetli atıştırmalık şekerler alabilirsiniz. Otel çalışanlarına ve Burak beye ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha ki seyahatimizde temiz, güvenli ve ulaşımı havaalanı dahil tüm turistik noktalara kolay olan otelinizi tekrar tercih edeceğiz.

The location was good, good price, the free syrup water and candies were a very nice surprise The lights flickered alot and switches didnt always work. Found clumps of hair/stuffing in bed. Sheets were too small for the bed and came undone very easily. The AC in our room broke and raised temperature to 27°. We set it to 17°. The staff helped quite generously when we complained about the heat. But it seems like your repair person is not doing his job at all. Maids should be more attentive with providing clean bedding.

Es ist sehr ruhig und es gibt viele angenehme Lokale, welche direkt beim Hotel sind. Die Zimmer sind klein aber liebevoll gestaltet. Ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen!
• Mila (8/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e bella posizione - Posizione fantastica, in un quartiere pieno di localini. 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro, comodo per visitare il centro di Parigi. Staff sempre sorridente e disponibile. Letto comodo e camera pulita. Camera e bagno molto piccoli, giusto lo spazio essenziale per camminare attorno al letto. Moquette in camera. Ascensore piuttosto stretto, ci entrano a filo 2 persone e 1 valigia.

• Aurore (8/5): - Emplacement top, personnel ultra sympa, déco originale et chouette. J'ai été surclassée. :) La réception offre de l'eau filtrée et des bouchons d'oreille. Option petit déj express économique et pratique. La rue est un peu bruyante mais avec des bouchons d'oreille ça passe. Je me faisais une joie de prendre un bain mais la gonde ne fonctionnait plus pour retenir l'eau... déception !
• Anna (9/5): - Ein nettes und sauberes Hotel in einer beliebten Gegend. Sehr gute Läden in der Nähe, vom Bäcker über Restaurants und Bistros bis zu Feinschmeckerläden. Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen
