• Bart (8/5): Heerlijk verblijf in hartje Londen met onze volwassen kinderen - Het hotel is zeer goed gelegen op enkele honderden meters van het metrostation Earls Court. De medewerkers zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bed was comfortabel en de kleine douche was 's morgens en/of 's avonds zeer deugddoende en lekker warm. Er zijn tal van eetgelegenheden in de buurt alsook een supermarkt vlakbij. Een van de kamers was zeer klein, om te kunnen bewegen diende de ene persoon op het bed te gaan zitten zodat de andere naar de badkamer kon gaan...

• Javier (10/5): Excepcional en todos los sentidos - Este hotel ha superado con creces nuestras expectativas. Después de meses mirando alojamientos en Londres nos decidimos por este y tenemos que decir que es perfecto. Todo el personal es muy amable, tiene ascensor, las habitaciones son más grandes de lo que en la foto parece (con armario, sitio para dejar las maletas y sillas/mesa). El barrio es encantador, muy seguro, tiene el metro a 5 minutos, así como supermercados, tiendas, restaurantes... en fin, un lujo en el centro de Londres a un precio muy ajustado. Repetiría sin duda alguna en un próximo viaje a la ciudad. Como cosa a mejorar, simplemente actualizar quizás el mobiliario de las sillas, pero es un detalle sin importancia que no afecta en nada a las estupendas sensaciones que hemos tenido con este hotel.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it for a short trip to London. Anna is the most kind and helpful person at the reception. She understood every need we had before we even asked. Thank you, Ann, and thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed. A minor fault: the windows were not very soundproof so during the day there was some noise from the street.

Ligt wat buiten het écht toeristische stuk, dus het openbaar vervoer vlakbij is super-handig. De kamers zijn heel basic, de badkamer is echt klein. Voor een city-trip is het echter goed genoeg. Ook vrij rumoerig.

Kaldığımız süre boyunca çarşafları kesinlikle değiştirmediler. İstememize rağmen otel terliği verilmedi. Şampuan yoktu yalnızca duş jeli konulmuştu. Ses yalıtımı çok kötüydü. Özellikle üst kattan gelen ayak sesleri ve gıcırdayan zemin sesleri sürekli duyuluyordu.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was perfectly placed for restaurants and only a 15 minute walk from Kensington High Street. The hotel was excellent value for money. There was no breakfast facility. i

• Darren (8/5): Awesome! - This hotel is a great place for a London visit. I was there for 11 nights so I got a good feel for the property. The location is excellent - only about a 5 minute walk to Earl's Court station. Fresh towels every day plus coffee refills. My room had a fridge which was great. TV with BBC was nice too. The best part was the staff - always with a pleasant hello and were always available for questions. They even gave me some extra coffee when I asked! I wish there could have been microwave in the room, but the fridge was great. Also, while the beds were made and fresh towels every day, I'm not sure that the room was vacuumed, the bathroom cleaned or the sheets changed during my 11 day stay. I'm not positive about the sheets (they may have been changed during my stay), but I'm pretty sure there was no vacuuming or bathroom cleaning.

• Alexei (7/5): As expected for the price, it just needs a bit of work - Easy to find, good location. Some museums are in easy walking distance, and it's close to Earls Court. Friendly and helpful staff. Very affordable for the location, and the property was more or less as expected for this sort of thing. Room wasn't as clean as expected. Lots of dust under the bed (found when I dropped my phone down the headboard), black mark on the wall by the pillows. The curtain didn't cover the edge of the window, which isn't too bad normally, but the positioning of the bed meant you had light in your eyes all the time. Windows were poor too, let in lots of noise and some cold. Again, wouldn't be bad but the bed was up against the window and there were early construction works going on nearby. I stay in a lot of hostels, so my standards are pretty low, but it wasn't the best of stays.

La habitación es pequeña pero acogedora, la cama blanda y cómoda. El personal muy amable. La habitación es muy luminosa, lo que le da encanto, pero la luz del amanecer nos despertó muy temprano.

Bueno por el precio todo estaba correcto, habitación de dos camas individuales y un pequeño aseo con ducha, quizá todo un poquito pequeño pero vamos, por decir algo. Para ser Londres más que suficiente en este tipo de establecimiento. No es un hotel de negocios, evidentemente.

Dopo il check out abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli per il resto della mattinata in uno stanzino apposito. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il cambio giornaliero degli asciugamani. Abbiamo trovaro il letto un po' scomodo. La camera era piccola, ma considerando che rientravamo sempre la sera non è stato un grande problema.

We felt comfortable walking in the neighborhood. Hotel is close to Earls Court station. It is a nice, clean place to spend the night, but there wasn't much seating or a place to relax during the day if you wanted to spend some time at the hotel. We could hear noise from other rooms but most guests were conscious of this and tried to be quiet.

• Stephanie (8/5): Good value and location - The staff are very friendly- it seems family run, which is nice. The location was ideal- a short walk to the tube station (a short tube ride to most tourist attractions), grocery store and several restaurants/ pubs. It is also fairly close to Kensington park. WiFi worked great. They had several outlets for devices to charge. In my opinion, the bathroom was small (typical for Europe, but not much room to maneuver). There was only one chair to sit in. There wasn’t a luggage rack (although they did have a few shelves and small closet). The bed seemed a bit firmer than what I am used to.

• Nihan (10/5): Great value - Honestly I booked this hotel for its affordable price and it was much better than I expected. Our room was spacious enough, very clean, bathroom ok too only lacking some Water pressure. All the employees we saw were very nice and polite. The subway was 5 minutes walk away with great connections. We had a great 3 nights stay. Although our room was on the last floor, somehow we were hearing children running and shouting that seemed to come from upstairs buy probably it was from one of the next door houses. The good thing is that children go to bed early so no problem with noise at night.
