Spacious room and overall a pleasant stay for how cheap it was. Staff were friendly enough at reception. Not really any negatives, everything was of standard for price paid.

Toilets and floors were filthy on arrival and stayed filthy over 2 weeks. Charged for parking and no code given for internal gate, kicked out a full day due to maintenance but no refund.
• Jose (7/5): Stay was ok. - The property missrepresented the availability of parking on their property advertisement on Booking.com. allowing you to assume that the parking was part of the booking but on arrival they demanded an large fee for the parking. This is seriously misleading advertising.
• Tigers (7/5): Ok stay can do with some renovations - The bed was comfortable The pool the stairs in the room the stairs to get to the room no help with your bags I was disabled so was difficult the washing machine was ok but yo dry anything in the dryer will take 2 to 3 cycles the whipper snipper at 8am in the morning was loud and filled the room with a petrol smell the room had cracks in the walls and looks outdated tv was small

• SKIM (7/5): - Convenient location and the fact that check-in is open until 10:00 pm. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of some kind of spices. Also, when we arrived in the evening for check-in, the manager didn't open the door and asked strange questions about the deposit. I had already reserved the room and accepted the terms. It was very unpleasant to discuss my money over the intercom in the evening while standing outside.

• Bernadette (4/5): Disappointed but the only bonus was close to Rosehill Gardens racecourse. - The bathrooms and kitchen were well looked after and cared for. The best part of the accommodation about the it was close to the racecourse. The apartment had a musky smell when you entered. Carpet area near the kitchen had holes. Needs some work done on the apartment to bring it up to the standard of kitchen and bathroom areas. Needs some comfortable lounges as you could feel the bars in the base.

We organised early check-in and got there just to hear that the room was not going to be ready before normal check-in time so we had to keep the 2 kids in the car for another hour. My fault, I left an item behind and again it is a pain to get it sent back to my adress. Also 4 bags of coffee and 4x1 serve of milk for an apartment of 6 people is a little short, no ice cubes, the light in the bathroom wasn’t working…

Was told we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment as they didn’t have any one bedrooms left that we had booked but then told they had locked two rooms we weren’t allowed to use? Found that very odd, never had an upgrade then told we couldn’t use areas of the upgrade before? Booking.com said you could arrange a breakfast package on arrival but at check in was told it had to be arranged 48hrs prior which isn’t stated, but plenty of places to eat and a Woolworths close by.

• Lily (3/5): - Review below based on price paid for room and value for money thereof, in accordance with similar priced apartments / hotels / motels I have previously stayed at. * Bedroom layout, facilities and furniture - exceptional. * Bathroom layout, facilities and fittings - very good. * Kitchen layout, facilities and furniture - exceptional. * Lounge room layout, technology and facilities - exceptional. * Loungeroom furniture - a bit "tired' and worn in appearance, needs an upgrade to suit the rest of the apartment. The furniture was very good and comfortable in every other room. * We had an issue last time we stayed here, but even more so this time (total of twice now) with the apartment having cockroaches. Complained after we left, I discreetly called them and spoke to lady at reception. She didn't apologise on behalf of APX, her tone sounded like she was in disbelief merely said she will notify cleaning staff. THIS TIME we stayed I took photos of them being in EVERY room of the apartment, including a small one on the bar fridge. Within the hour I went to reception to ask for another room. The Manager was in and he asked for proof, which was wild in itself. The man at reception was looking very embarassed when I told him unsure if he apologised, but looked sorry for us. Management handled it very poorly said we no other rooms, you're welcome to check if you want. I had to remind him that check out with entire refund yes? Was not impressed, not apologetic and no reasonable alternative or sympathetic option given my birthday night was ruined was offered. So we used to stay a few times a month, the entire experience from the cockroaches in every single room and fridge and the audacity of management to pass on the msg of "she can check out now if she wants" via the poor guy at reception who was so embarassed at having to repeat these msgs... Will NEVER stay here again - not sorry.

• Deb (6/5): - Great location. Good size apartment for family. Beds ok, pillows very uncomfortable and huge. Asked for other pillows but that was all they had. Kitchen poorly stocked. Had to ask for a saucepan, not enough equipment to actually cook a decent meal.

• Wanda (1/5): Slumloards - It was clean. - way overpriced for what is offered - not provided more than 1 key for 3 adults. In asking, I was given 1 more & instructed to sign for it - Staff not very friendly. - I had to ask for enough towels for people booked in. - no coffee. - Hallways smelled. - kitchen an bathroom taps didn't work properly. - no shower gel. - stains on carpet. - hot water ran out before all guests could shower. - beds were rock hard - no aircondition in bedrooms that are upstairs & it's stiflingly hot.
• debham (5/5): Uncomfortable stay - Close to our needs. Bed sagged into the middle, pillows uncomfortable, dishes all dirty and gritty, lounges both broken, paid for secure parking-when we go there found out gate was broken. Opened fridge and shelves fell out. Smell coming from bathroom drains was putrid, bathroom door didn't close or lock, drain pipe not functioning with big rainfall. Created puddle in the garden bed.

• JAY (4/5): Overall if you fix the temperature issue in the room you will have a nice place to stay. - Centrally located to everything. The room we stayed in had aircon downstairs and the master bed upstairs. The climate change was like the desert and Antartica. My family ended up getting sick and sore throats. Aircon was also leaking even after I told someone they didn’t do anything about it. I ended up using a trash can to collect the water so the carpet doesn’t get damaged.
