From the valet attendant, reception staff to the restaurant crew, everyone is helpful,, attentive to customer's needs and always cheerful. Hospitality is their greatest asset especially Nour from the Reception. Their amenities and their breakfast buffet are at the top. We are coming back definitely. None so far

- Moses (6/5): - Location was amazing that is all. Breakfast is not continental especially if you have paid for a package. Dinner too had no options. Booking.com promised airport pickup and it didnt.show up, such a disappointment.

- Almaamaribh (9/5): - من اول توقف السيارة عند باب الفندق و دخول الفندق عند الاستقبال الى مساعد حمل الشنط و موظفون الفوفية في قمت الرقي في التعامل و الترحيب كنزيل في الفندق و الكل يحب يساعد حتي موظف ترتيب الغرف بصراحة كانت احلا و أجمل إقامة في فندق

- Ekaterina (10/5): - Хорошее расположение. Прекрасный, дружелюбный, отзывчивый персонал. Рядом метро, удобно ездить по локациям. Есть бассейн с красивым видом, можно комфортно позагорать. Завтраки, ужины в ресторане, но так же периодически бывают ужины в баре по меню🫰🏻. Спасибо все очень понравилось

- Elisa (10/5): Very good - Staff was very helpful!As my flight got cancelled I called to ask if I could get an early check in and they accepted my request straight away with no extra charges. Staff was smiley and helpful. The room was big and clean in the main street next to restaurants Lifts were taking long time to come.
