• Adolfo (1/5): Worst stay in many years - Bed is too short, reception staff is very unhelpful. Second day I asked to change the bed because it was very short and uncomfortable. When I first checked in and open the room, the toilet bin was on top of the wc and the shower drain was not set properly. We had to ask to refill bottle of water because they didn’t refill. The worst thing was at the end of the stay, when check out. My partner was asking help to carry the luggage (4 heavy bags) but nobody went to help. When she arrived in ge lobby, even the receptionist did not help her to open the door of the elevator. When she was asked, she just replied “I have many things to do”. For a 180 euros night, this hotel is the worst I have ever been in many years.

• Risa (10/5): Clean charming hotel in safe area - I love this area since my daughter rented an apartment in 2024-25. Very safe, nearest train station Gracia (FGC lines of S1, S2, L6, L7 are the safest in my opinion because it goes long distance so that not many pickpockets ride). The hotel room we rented was 40m2, spotlessly clean. Kitchen was so perfect, too! No seasonings or cooking oil but many 24 hours open groceries around. Staff were all so helpful, and the room has a tiny terrace that we could open the door or go outside a bit. Daily cleaning service was done so professionally. Bed was so confortable that we slept like a baby. Easy access to placa de Catalunya by train where airport bus depart /arrive 24 hours. Many frequent buses too to anywhere. Walkable to park Guel, though bus is easier. Train stations of FGC have elevators in case you want to go to airport by airport bus at placa de Catalunya. I'll definitely book this hotel again if I go back to Barcelona. None

• Dietrich (6/5): - Im allgemeinen eine gute Lage, um Barcelona zu erkunden. Jedoch trotz Nebenstraße war es nachts u.a. durch Anlieferung und Müllabfuhr laut. Der kleine Balkon:) Im Badezimmer hat es nach Abfluss gestunken. Ansonsten war das Zimmer aber sauber. Obwohl wir ein Zimmer mit Wasserkocher (ist das heutzutage nicht Standard) für den Early-Morgen-Tee gebucht hatten, haben wir auch nach mehrmaliger Bitte leider keinen erhalten. Eine Kaffee-Kapsel-Maschine war nach unfreundlicher Diskussion dann möglich. Das Personal war teilweise distanziert unhöflich. Wir würden das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft wählen

No obstante pudo ser error nuestro al escoger el modelo de alojamiento. Por cierto: nos prestaron un calentador de agua que no funcionaba, y se nos olvidó comentarlo.

• Roberto (2/5): Decepción Total - Una decepción terrible, creo que esta fue la sexta vez que fuimos. Llegamos a estar con mi mujer e hijos y varios días. Después de haber estado cuatro noches le pedimos al personal si no podíamos quedarnos un poco más allá del horario de checkout a lo que no respondieron que como mucho hasta a las 12. Le dijimos si podía ser más y nos dijeron que no. Sin embargo despues nos dijeron que se había liberado pero deberíamos pagar la noche cosa que hicimos y dejando a nuestro hijo para que la utilizara por lo menos ya que nosotros nos íbamos. A las seis una empleada nos llamó qie debiamos irnos porque la habitación había sido asignada a otra persona. Luego de aclarar lo ocurrido nos terminaron dando otro cuarto más pequeño en el quinto piso. Un destrato total y les importa nada que fuéramos o no clientes. Las personas no existen. El año pasado tuvimos que soportar gritos de unos hospedados durante varias noches y nos compensaron con un desayuno. La verdad es que por lq ubicación siempre elegimos ir ahi pero la decepeción de esta oportunidad ha sido inmensa. Además ni tuvieron el más mínimo respeto para avisarnos que existían obras en el hotel con las molestias que ello ocasiona. Muy mala experiencia. Una lástima. Y de verdad la limpieza en las dos últimas oportunidades dejó mucho que desear. Todo lo que dijimos

Toujours près à nous donner des conseils pour circuler dans la ville et plus globalement que notre séjour se passe bien. • Ilse (9/5): - Wir hatten eine Juniorsuite mit Dachterrasse und Blick auf den Tibidabo , das war gerade am Nachmittag sehr toll, wenn wir vom Sightseeing zurückkamen und in Ruhe auf der Terrasse entspannen konnten. Das Hotel ist mit Bus und Metro gut zu erreichen, ich würde auch empfehlen den Bus V15 zu nehmen, das sind 4 Minuten Fußweg und die Fahrt in die Stadt geht fix und man sieht eine Menge. Das Frühstücksbüffett hat keinen Wunsch offen gelassen, ich fand es sehr gut das es auch spanische/ lokale Produkte gab Die Gegend in der das Hotel liegt, ist ausgezeichnet in Richtung Gracia liegen vielen kleine Geschäfte und Plätze die zum Essen einladen. Das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau, wir sind zwei Mal am Nachmittag zurück gekommen und da war das Zimmer noch nicht gemacht.

• Gabriela (6/5): - Poloha ubytování Perfektní snídaně Většina personálu V popisu nebylo uvedeno, že na čtyřlůžkovém pokoji nejsou všechno plnohodnotné postele - dvě byly rozkládací gauč, který byl velmi nepohodlný, tlačily tam péra, byl proležený a extrémně vrzal. V postelích nebyly vůbec klasicky povlečené peřiny, pouze peřina nebo deka a na obou stranách pouze prostěradlo. Po celou dobu pobytu byl na pokoji velmi nepříjemný pach, který šel pravděpodobně z větráku/ventilace v kuchyňské části, smrad připomínající zvratky. Jeden z recepčních nebyl vůbec nápomocný.

Garage souterrain avec accès direct dans l'hôtel. Accès au réseau bus et métro de Barcelone. Chambre située dans une rue calme sauf que dans cette rue, il y a 3 containers qui sont vidés tous les soirs au milieu de la nuit. Fourniture de la chambre: Absence de "chaussons", une seule brosse à dent .
