• Maria (4/5): Difficult access to the street and transportation. - The location is too bad 200 stairs to the nearest road. Going up and down 3 times daily. Not near metro or bus station.

• Caldart (8/5): A true 100% Neapolitan experience. - A spacious and beautiful renovated apartment in a classic old building with a beautiful view. Equipped with almost what is necessary to stay a few days. The AC works very well. The location is not for everyone, you should go up or down several stairs. Once there, you will enjoy it. It's located in a pedestrian zone with many steps. There's a cable car nearby that can help you get there more easily, but it's not listed in the description. The shower, like many other apartments in the area, doesn't drain and is small. The kitchen utensils could be more complete, and the soaps and detergents are so diluted they seem like just water.

• Courtney (10/5): Exceptional - The place was amazing, so spacious, clean and had everything we needed! Has a great view and the host was really nice and helpful too.
• Owen (9/5): Beautiful view, great wifi, nice apartment. - We stayed for a week and worked on our laptops for a few days. So we spent a lot of time in the apartment and cooked some evenings. The view from the apartment is great, and we liked the apartment itself. The space was clean, the WiFi is good and the kitchen was equipped enough for us to make everything we wanted. Tea and coffee were provided. We enjoyed the walk up the hill back to the flat each day. We have a moderate level of fitness - it’s not *that* far and we enjoyed the opportunity to walk off all the pasta and beers! Marcelo was lovely, and was happy to meet later (I think 11:30pm!) because our flight was delayed, and he gave us lots of tips about the city. Everything was really great. Very minor stuff that could be improved: Clothes drying rack was broken. Kitchen was missing a few key things (sharp knives, tea towels, cleaning cloths) Shower does drain slowly — I accept this might be the same for all these old buildings Washing up liquid and the hand soap had been watered down (maybe by a previous guest?). Had to buy more 2 toilet rolls was not enough for a week! Especially when there are no cloths or tea towels to wipe up spills.

• Augusto (7/5): Good - The place is airy, looks good and well kept, all very clean and easy to manage, once you're inside. The little washing machine was a lovely, attentive touch. The internet connection was excellent, which for Naples, is quite a feat. The staff has been kind and accommodating throughout. The address is difficult to find and it is a steep climb, definitely NOT for the weak legged. That isn't made clear in the description.
• Midas (8/5): Lovely, serene and enjoyable. - It was a very spacious apartment, on a very beautiful location. The building had a lot of character and you had a wonderful view. The property had everything you could wish for small kitchen, airco, wifi and a clean bathroom. Although it is a very serene location it is very steep to get there. I feel like for what you get the price is a little steep, but compared to other places in Napels it is definitely competitive. Also the added cost for checking in after 20h is not something I enjoyed. The shower was a bit clogged but nothing to bad.
• Anonymous (3/5): Not worth your money! - only the location We didn’t get hand soap and toilet paper for 12days that we stayed in the apartment. All towels and bed sheets smelled bad, like mold When we arrived the guy who welcomed us didn’t have answer to any of the questions we had. When I asked about approximate price for Taxi, he said “use Uber app to see”. When I said that I don’t have it, he said “well download it and make Uber account”. When we arrived and asked about metro station he said “I am sure that there is one, but I don’t know where exact”. Since we come late and we’re hungry we asked about restaurants, he said “yeah there has to be a restaurant but I don’t know where”. Because we come late, after 22h, Casa Mili charged us 25€. I had 50, the guy who welcomed us didn’t have change so he said “we will see each other tomorrow”. People from Casa Mili called me tomorrow, at 8AM to ask me when will I pay 25€, sent me email and three WhatsApp messages. But, when I asked about hand soap and toilet paper, they never answered. Other thing Bath and sink are always clogged. So when you take shower you are always standing in dirty water. Complete bathroom always stinks. For 800€ it is definitely not worth your money. I mean come on! We are living in the era of Covid virus and people don’t supply you with freakin hand soap! Discussing!
• Andrea (4/5): - Appartamento raggiungibile solo a piedi con una salita di 200 gradini. Sconsigliato se avete un minimo di bagaglio e ai non allenati. Staff inesistente, nessun supporto. Apartment reachable only through 200 steps, to avoid unless you travel light or have a very fit condition. Unsupporting staff, they showed up only at check in
