- jessicacB1791QX (10/5): Great people and amenities! - First, I had such a warm encounter with Bailey - she’s very kind and knowledgeable and was able to award me extra Hilton points! Love that! Then I had breakfast cooked to order during my stay and Juan was our server - again so kind, quick and helpful! He made sure we had all we needed and the omelette was DELICIOUS. Kind of shockingly delicious! Our room was decently acquainted - dated and thus scuffed, etc but it was good in all the ways that really count - clean and solid AC. One stand out thing was the gym - super nice and spacious with great equipment! There’s also a cute bonfire pit and space to hangout near the pool and a lovely breakfast and bar area that we could use to get some work done during the day. I really liked the amenities and everyone was very nice.

Convenient location close to the convention center, Sea World and airport. Great buffet or made to order breakfast. Spacious, clean and quiet rooms.

- Robert (4/5): had a bad experience, and staff had poor follow-up - Breakfast was good Room bedding was horrible, after a long day, I finally went to bed and found a lot of hair and crust in the sheets, I did not make it a big deal, so the next morning I went to the front desk and explain what I had found and requested a change of sheets, they said they will take care of it, I was there for 3 days but never took care of it I never ever complain about anything, since they did not take care of I just dealt with it.

- bowman716 (2/5): Worst Garden Inn experience ever! - Worst Garden Inn experience ever and I'm a repeat guest of this property. I spend 100+ nights per year in all levels of accommodations and maintain diamond status. I'll try a keep this short. I was given a different room that what I checking in/selected on the app (nor was this disclosed to me until I arrived at and refused the room she gave me). Replacement "suite" was handicap which was not disclosed either. Suite was very old/dated when the rest of the property has been recently remodeled. Missing toilet paper and bath gel, broken shower head assembly, broken phone, remote missing batteries, both TV's unplugged, visible rotted wood on bathroom door and framing. Room smelled of urine/mold. Addressed this face to face with the front desk the next morning. Was given 20K points and promised the room would be corrected. The room was made up but no bath mat or shower gel left and shower was never fixed. 2 days later the room was made up again and no toilet paper or shower gel left, shower head never fixed and burnt out over head light never repaired. Hotel restaurant never opened for dinner or bar never opened during my 5 nights (nor was this disclosed on their website). Tried having breakfast one morning but the server never came back to the table to take my menu order. After 10+ minutes I walked out. The building air conditioning on the 6th floor broke my last 2 days there... Honestly no one at this hotel seems to care. I was never said hello to when passing any staff, no apologies were made, no follow up, no goodbye/anything when checking out...

- Kendall252 (4/5): Not as advertised - Although cheaper than some other options, I expected more! The shower didn't work properly, the curtains didn't work properly, maintenance personnel came but issues were not fixed. The pool is NOT heated as advertised, and the hot tub is only big enough for about 5 people total. It's also just a hot pool basically, the "bubbles" from the jets reminded me of the bubbles that fish tank filters create. Breakfast is not automatically included which is fine but if you are going to charge $18 for breakfast it should be better than what's usually a free breakfast buffet at other hotels. The free shuttle to SeaWorld only comes 3 times, and those times are not advertised well. It is walkable to SeaWorld from the hotel, but then there is a lot of walking at SeaWorld so add on a walk to/from the park it was too much in my opinion for someone who is not an athletic and doesn't do long distance walking regularly.

- realrudibega (10/5): Great stay, pix for proof! - I almost cancelled my stay because of the negative reviews of this location but I saw a social media video of a lady who had a great experience, so I decided to stay and submit photos for support. I am so happy I stayed at this hotel, and I will try and address some of the concerns people had that they did not support with pix. The grounds are beautiful, and the hotel appears to be well kept from the outside. The location is a stone's throw from SeaWorld and would be a short walk. They have a shuttle which I did not use so I can't speak to that experience. It was also very easy to get to Disney, Universal, and the airport. I couldn't have selected a better location. The lobby was clean and welcoming. Some reviews mentioned an aroma. I think in this area I only smelled a very slight bleachy aroma once, but it was barely noticeable. The area around the elevators did have a cleaning solution smell most of the time but it is right across from the bathrooms. The staff was frequently cleaning the area as well so the smell seemed logical and it was not intrusive at all. My room was 211 and faced east, towards SeaWorld. I was too low to see anything interesting and there was a tree in the way. I kept the curtain closed anyway. Climate control worked well. The furniture was in good repair. Bathroom was clean and also in good repair. People reviewed items that are worn out but I had to look for anything that appeared worn and the only thing I found was the front end of the bathroom vanity. It is wood and it is FL, in a bathroom with no vent so it may get more moisture, and it is a high wear area where people would rub up against it. I didn't think anything of it. I took a photo behind the TV and showing the corner of the bed to show the clean bedding. There are a fridge and microwave, a Keurig (which may need a cleaning), and a TV, all worked well. I stayed there from Weds eve to Sunday morning and was there throughout the day working in my room and left in the evening, so I declined all housekeeping services during my stay. I had a lot of interactions with the desk and restaurant staff and they were all great. People were more very polite and helpful. The clientele early in my stay were mostly business professionals there for a conference nearby with more families coming in on the weekend. The only noise I hard during my stay was the group in the room that adjoined mine. They were a bit loud, but I don't blame the hotel for a rude traveling party. I had a rate through SeaWorld vacations, and I paid less than $150 a night and that price included my park perks including admission, parking, discounts, etc. The price was extremely reasonable. I checked the regular rates through Hilton and they were comparable. I am a Hilton Honors member with frequent stays with this being my 5th property in the last 2 weeks. I hadn't ever seen such hot and cold reviews with so little support, so I wanted my review to be beefy to support my fabulous experience. Downsides: The bed was not uncomfortable. Someone else described it as a cheap mattress, I would agree. The first night I was miserable but after that, I slept ok. I took off the scratchy bed spread-type thing so that may have helped. There is an area where the cleanliness fell short and that is the windows and sills in the dining room. I checked multiple days and nothing changed so I am mentioning it here. I would absolutely stay at this property again and would recommend it to anyone going to the area.

- OnAir26561254003 (8/5): Location is always important - Stayed here for one night. Didn’t need to go to front desk being we checked in with the phone and also used that for room entry. We went to Seaworld so location was great to walk over there.The room was nice but had a somewhat overwhelming scent of some type of cleaning product. It wasn’t pleasant by any means. Also went to pool twice while there and had to go to front desk both times to ask for towels. Also major traffic noise all around the area.We would return being location is good if going to Seaworld.

The room had a weird smell, there were hairs in the bathroom and on the toilet. But worst of all was the noise. I could literally hear everything in the room next to me and in the hallway. The whole experience started out poorly when the hotel first said they didn’t have a reservation for me, then found it, but it was not for the correct amount of nights. It was just a weird stay all together.

- Christina (10/5): Enjoyed the stay, will definitely book again in the future - Good Location, staff is very friendly. Facility was clean. The bar area was nice. Drinks were good and the food was good. Also had a conference at one of the close by hotels that probably would’ve have to charged me to park for the conference. But since I stayed at this hotel the night before they just let me keep my car there and walk next-door to the other hotel. They told me as long as I picked it up by night, which was obviously not a problem because the conference was over at five. I have no complaints at this time.

- F8010AFcarolineh (2/5): BED BUGS and staff not surprised! - Bed bugs!!!!! DO NOT STAY Have to say worst hotel I’ve ever had the misfortune to check into. Firstly the smell of weed in the corridors is overpowering. Once in the room, blood stain on the carpet. Changed rooms and second room had bed bugs!!!!! Both rooms dirty. Told reception and they didn’t seem to care and certainly weren’t surprised! After confirming they wouldn’t charge my credit card, sure enough a week later a charge for one night was applied. Took some arguing to get that refunded. Definitely do not stay. Rooms are tired and dirty. Expected more from Hilton

- Nabila (2/5): It was short of anything I expected from Hilton, very disappointed - How close it was to the park we were going to Everything else, room was incredibly outdated and had a weird smell, bathroom toilet was loose and it looked not well constructed. Phone in room did not work for front desk or any other number. I had to call from my own phone to request more towels …. Which I ended up staying for two nights instead of one and they couldn’t even provide me with more than two towels during my whole stay , I had to call from my phone to the hotel number to request more towels and toothpaste and after like a 40 min wait the lady only showed up with the towels and no toothpaste. I had chosen to stay at the Hilton thinking that my experience would be better than the Hampton which is the one that I always stay in, but based on this experience I don’t think I’m trying that again. Hampton’s rooms are a lot nicer and have way better bathrooms and customer service.

- Christopher (4/5): - Beds were to hard, pillows were to soft and basically felt like our heads just went right through the pillows. Our first rooms shower was broken and the tub filled as water came out of the faucet and shower head at the same time. Water smelled weird and we had to ask to change rooms.

- BARBARA M (10/5): - Perfecto hotel para corta estadía, todo limpio, todo el personal del hotel con magnífica atención, buen desayuno y atención divina por parte de Juan..el señor que estuvo atendiendo en las mañanas del 23/24/25 de septiembre en el desayuno, yo recomendaría ese hotel 💯, muy conveniente con gasolina al cruzar la calle y muy cerca de los parques.

But I can’t speak every language. But the place was nice . Could use cleaning up . But I would stay again for the price
- Suzanne (6/5): - The hotel was clean but the shuttle to SeaWorld and aquatica is very limited. The last shuttle out is at 11:20 and the first shuttle back isn’t until 4:20. Makes it hard with preschoolers who need to go back to the hotel to nap midday. The pool area was lacking service. There were no towels and the restaurant and pool bar were closed on a Saturday night. The breakfast buffet was not worth $15. I booked the hotel with the convenience of having a shuttle to the parks and to be able to have dinner on site.

- Belie (6/5): - We were in the hotel for two days. The first night was okay but the second day was terrible. There was a guy working in the electric room making a very loud annoying consistent noise from 3pm to 7:30pm . Very inconvenient for customers staying on that floor . You can even hear the noise all way down to the customer service. It’s understandable if it’s for an hour or two but he just keep doing for at least 4 hours giving people a headache.
