• Judi (5/5): Adequate for a one/ two night stay . Lots of restaurants in the area. - Beds were comfortable and linen clean Elevator broken.carpets very worn and didn’t look like they’d been vacuumed in a while. No air conditioning.
• mustapic (1/5): Horrible dans l hôtel - Rien Le logement, les chambres ne sont pas pour des gens qui voyages, mais plutôt pour des sans papiers ou des personnes rechercher par la police. Une odeur nausée a bonde dans les chambres, le sol en pente ont pensaient être dans un bateau, le confort du lit et équivalent a un tapis remplis de picots. Les prises pour charger sont téléphone sont sur les extrémités du lit pas de table de nuit mais juste une centrale. Il n’y a juste que la proximité de l hôtel qui est correct.

Walls had some holes and some brackets where a shelf (maybe) used to hand were just hanging. It was very noisy. I could hear the underground train every few minutes even though we was on the 3rd floor. Also the lofts were out of action the whole time

• Mark (6/5): Remarkably like a backpacker's or student accommodation. Needs a working Lift. - Close to paddington and plenty of lovely resaurants nearby. 1. The lift was broken...requiring us to take the stairs upstairs, many many flights of stairs...we were on level 4 but it was 6 flights of stairs....and we has to carry our bags when we left. 2. Trains are heard during the night. 3. The bathroom: cramped. 4. The beds were extremely narrow....we had 2 singlr beds. 5. Rot around the window allowed cold air to come in during the night.
• Sarah (7/5): Sympa pour un court week-end mais manque de finitions. - L’emplacement est parfait notamment pour le métro, mais également proche de Hyde park et du Science museum. L’hôtel fait encore l’objet de travaux et cela se ressent. Nous n’avons pas trouvé la chambre très propre (sous le lit notamment). La douche sans pomme de douche n’est pas du tout pratique. Et enfin, les fenêtres ne sont pas isolés ce qui rend les chambres bruyantes.

• Becca (2/5): - Near Paddington Very dirty room, screw head from the headboard into the mattress, skin felt itchy because the room was so gross. Bathroom was fine just the main room. It was so dirty I kept my stuff in the bathroom out of fear of bed bugs. Also the photos on Booking.com were falsly advertised, the rooms did not look like that at all. Curtains were stained, carpet was filthy and the walls were peeling.

• Richard (3/5): Verwacht geen luxe of moderne kamer maar locatie is top! - De ligging was goed maar daar is ook alles mee gezegd qua positieve beoordeling. De lift was stuk en omdat ik een grote koffer bij me had hebben ze me in gebouw ernaast gezet omdat ik daar maar twee verdiepingen omhoog moest in plaats van drie. Toen ik m’n kamer zag dacht ik oké ik heb een persoonskamer geboekt maar dit was echt heel klein. Je kunt je koffer niet openen zonder het op bed te doen de kamer is te smal. Als je op toilet zit komen je knieën klem tegen het wastafel meubel mits je dus langer bent dan 1,80 meter. De douche cabine was heel erg klein en de deurstrip zat los waardoor het lekte als je douchte. De handdoeken waren echt karig en dun. Mijn föhn deed het niet en pas na twee dagen bij de receptie te hebben geklaagd kreeg ik een andere föhn, helaas voor de Instagram foto’s :-) Het tapijt oogde wel vies en onhygiënisch op plekken, maar wonderbaarlijk kreeg ik geen huisstofmijt allergie aanval dus er wordt wel met een goede stofzuiger schoongemaakt. Het hotel is niet duur vergeleken bij andere accommodaties maar verwacht dan ook niet veel. Het is geschikt voor tieners en studenten die iets meer geld hebben voor hotel dan hostel maar als je in een andere levensfase zit dan moet je hier niet zijn hoor. De foto’s vond ik een beetje mooier lijken dan het in het echt is. Als dit hotel zou investeren en moderniseren zou het beter zijn want locatie is echt gunstig tov station paddington.

Nos cobraron por guardar las maleta y tambien hubo que cargarlas una planta hacia abajo. una de las camas estaba rota. Estuvimos hace unos años y estaba bien pero se ha deteriorado un montón

• Steve (6/5): Very convenient for Paddington station. - Great location for Paddington train station, the directions from the hotel were not all that clear but we found it eventually, it is really close and our room at the back was very quiet. The room was clean, recently refurbished but paint splashed about and uneven floors. The lift wasn't working but was being repaired, the staircases were difficult to manage with luggage. The bed was comforable but the frame was cheap and horrible .

• Lynne (4/5): I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, stay away! - The location, it was very close to Paddington Station. Not much! The lift was broken, the French door windows wouldn’t close. The bathroom was down right dangerous. The tiles in the bathroom on the floor and in the shower were so slippery we had to put towels on the floors even in the shower to keep from falling. No air conditioning, no fans. I can’t believe booking.com, supports this hotel. It should be black listed!!!!

• amandine (2/5): Hôtel à fuir - Absolument rien sauf peut être l’emplacement Pas d’ascenseur soit disant en panne, hôtel qui fait sale, chambre horrible, pied de lit cassé, salle de bain avec des trous partout, carrelage de la salle de bain cassé et coupant… rideaux quasi inexistants si vous voulez dormir bien dans le noir à fuir, lumière au mur cassé à deux doigt de se décrocher, marque d’humidité repeinte mais visible, trous apparents et malfaçons un peu partout ! Chaleur excessive heureusement que nous sommes venues en mai je me demande en été comment la chaleur doit être… et en hiver bon courage simple vitrage tour l’air passe! Et encore je ne peux pas mettre toute les photos…

• Berit Bodekær (5/5): Hold dig væk - Beliggenhed var god - værelse var ok. Men små beskidt og slidt. Slide faciliteter og der stank af mad, hver gang vi åbnede vinduet. Dem i receptionen var dovne - ved kuffert opbevaring, som de krævede dyrt for både ved ankomst og afrejse, fik man selv lov til at slæbe kuffert frem og tilbage til det rum, som de brugte til det. I princippet kunne man tage hvilken som helst taske eller kuffert. De ville ikke ane det. Elevator var ude af drift - har på fornemmelsen, at det har den været længe. For vi var der i 5 dage, og der skete intet.

Visitor attractions near by and the open top bus ride just round the corner. The Paddington bowl a must visit along the canal which is a stones throw from the hotel Im afraid the hotel is in some real need of repair. Through from the entrance right the way up the stairs and into the room. Its the small things that make such a different No milk in the room for tea A kettle full of lime scale The curtains might as well not have been there as so thin and not keeping any light out. Dirty bathroom, just two screws in the back of the bathroom door to hang your towels. Main window didn't shut properly making it so noisy being on a main busy road. Very competitively priced for the middle of London I must say but you definitely get what you pay for

Alt katında hala rezalet derecede inşaat malzemeleri var ve biz orada check-in saatinden önce bagajımızı beklettik. Temizlik rezalet. Merdivenler ve zemin yamuk düz yürümekte zorlanacağınız virane bir yer. Odalarda klima yok. Kulakları çınlatan yüksek sesli vantilatörü açmanız gerekiyor. Çünkü kapattığınızda gelen çok kötü yemek kokusundan mı bahsetsem yoksa sesi ve hareketi ile yatağı sallayan trenden mi bahsetsem. Terlik bile yok. Odalardaki koyulan duş jelinde Merit otel yazıyordu. İsteyenle fotoğrafta paylaşabilirim. Daha ne olsun istersiniz ki. Yerlerin çok pis olması. Biz odaya girince ıslak mendille yatak başlarını silmekten mi bahsedeyim. Yataklar sabit değil bazayla hareket halinde bir şekildeydi. Hayatımda ilk defa böyle bir şey gördüm. Baza da denmez tahta aparat gibi bişeydi. Asansör Ocak ayından itibaren çalışıyormuş. Çalışanların veya işletmenin hiç bir şekilde çözüm veya bu olanlardan mahçubiyet duymaması üzücü

• Sonja (4/5): Even for little money a hotel can offer the basic necessities as cleanliness and a lift. So please step up - I loved the location. So easy to get easily everywhere. It is incredibly run down. Paint is coming from the walls, the TV is tiny and no propper channels. It was dirty behind the bed and i do not want to know when the carpet flooring was last cleaned properly. It needs an actual update soon. Also the lift was broken and you have to walk up 7 flights of stairs to get to the 3rd floor.
• Paolo (2/5): Ecco come NON si gestisce un hotel - La posizione La pulizia della stanza, l'odore della stanza, le crepe sui muri, il pavimento e la doccia sporchi, il lavandino lercio, la doccia che si allagava, strane punture sul corpo, la porta della stanza faceva fatica ad aprirsi, personale sgradevole, la tv non aveva il telecomando, la luce del bagno non aveva l'interruttore ed era sempre accesa; di base l'hotel era davvero decadente e sporco. Il prezzo era troppo alto per la poca qualità

• Gary (1/5): The rooms were poorly maintained, with unpleasant smells and cleanliness issues, including insects. - Nothing Rooms have been severely neglected with foul smells which were not tolerable to stay in the room and insects could be found in the room as basic needs of cleanliness. Staff did help with carrying suitcases due to the lift not working but resulted in them damaging some of the suitcases with one completely destroyed and had to be disposed. Staff were informed of issues but did not seem interested and just told to complain to the website. no regard for guest welfare and concerns booked another hotel near by as this hotel was not fit for purpose.

• Tatyor46 (7/5): Muy bien ubicado - La cama es muy cómoda, hemos descansado fenomenal. La habitación es amplia, con espacio para la ropa y perchas y un escritorio con una silla. El baño también es amplio y la ducha grande y con presión. La ubicación es excelente, justo al cruzar la calle está la estación de Paddington desde la que puedes ir a cualquier sitio. Al lado del hotel hay una panadería increíble con cosas buenísimas y mucha variedad de bollería, salados y bebidas para poder desayunar. Tienen un ascensor que no funciona y cuando llegas cansado después de todo el día es una molestia tener que subir varias plantas por las escaleras. Las instalaciones necesitan una reforma porque están viejas y algo descuidadas, pero tampoco es algo que afecte a la estancia.

För att ta sig till dessa behövde man gå upp flertalet våningar och sedan ner igen i en annan trappa. Hissen var ur funktion och trapporna var väldigt smala med lösa steg. Sängen i det ena rummet var trasig och gnekade vid minsta rörelse. Rummen var inte heller ordentligt städade när vi kom. Dubbelsängen i våra dubbelrum var endast 140cm.

• ahmad (5/5): - Hotellet ligger nära flera sevärdigheter. Man kunde ta en promenad till bl.a. Oxford street. Man kan ta bussen/metro till westminister där Big Ben och andra sevärdigheter finns och den är ganska nära till buckingham palace. Städningen var bra, det var rent. Rum 408 -Vattenkranen i badrummet satt inte fast på sin plats, den rörde sig hela tiden och vi var oroliga att den kommer till skada. - Fönsterhandtaget var trasig också. När vi öppnade fönstret för första gången så gick den ur plats och därav kunde vi inte längre stänga fönstret ordentligt. - Jag läste en 4 månaders gammal recension om att hissen var ur funktion och den var ur funktion när vi var där. Det var en hel workout att gå upp/ner för trappor varje dag. - Golvet kändes ostabil men det var inte värsta grej, man kunde leva med det. - De svarar inte på meddelanden som skickas genom booking

De vloerbedekking in de slaapkamer is 1000 jaar oud en vies.. Geen vitrages voor het raam....alleen overgordijnen... Geen airco...alleen een vin.. Geen lift.... Wij kregen een kleine kamer op de 4e verdieping...zonder lift....verschrikkelijk... Geen ontbijt... Geen nor.ale Tv zenders...alleen wat arabisch en frans...en oude zenders... Bedden gewoon als logeerbedden....Geen echte goede bedden... Al met al...voor dit geld een hele slechte hotel... Personeel is arabisch...ze runnen dit hotel.... Geen bolletjes in de lampen... De konnektoren werkten niet allemaal... Heel vies en oudbollig slecht hotel
