Mireille (7/5): Bel hôtel, mais le personnel n’est pas aussi chaleureux que les lieux - Très bel hôtel, moderne propre, bien placé pour aller au Zénith, bouche de métro juste à côté, très pratique L’accueil d’une jeune femme, sans sourire, très froide, ton agressif. Nous arrivons de Montpellier souriant agréable pour le concert de Renaud, j’étais été refroidit par l’accueil de cette personne… Pareil au petit déjeuné, une jeune femme, nous disons « bonjour » pas de réponse un jeune homme nous avait accueilli gentiment pour le déjeuner, nous nous dirigeons vers le buffet, sans un bonjour et sur un ton froid nous demande si on avait réservé. A 230€ la nuit avec le petit déjeuner, je trouve que l’accueil laisse à désirer. Dommage. Toute fois, merci à la dame du ménage et au jeune homme qui débarrassait les tables, très gentils et polis.

Reken wel op een half uur metro. Het ontbijt is erg basis voor een viersterren hotel. Minderwaardige producten en weinig keuze. Ook het restaurant in het hotel is niet aan te bevelen. Het eten komt koud aan tafel, en een direct bijgedraaide salade kwam als de borden reeds leeg waren. De kelners weten niet wat hospitality is en hebben geen flauw benul van wijn. giovanna (8/5): il Moxy la Villette è un buon albergo - la camera è stata una vera sorpresa, abbiamo avuto due camere comunicanti molto curate, e pulite, per poter stare con i bambini. la colazione potevano dare di più, mancavano dolci e poca varietà di yogurt. il quartiere ci ha lasciato molto perplessi, quartiere periferico pieno di senza fissa dimora e di tossici.

KristinnH78 (8/5): Overall nice stay and location good if you are not looking for a hotel downtown - The hotel and room were clean, bed was comfy. The standard room is small but we knew that already. Many bars and restaurants around. Metro station is next to the hotel which is good. A rooster in the backyard woke up upp all mornings at 6am and was doing his morning routine through out the morning, but other than that the stay was pleasant. The service at the bar was usually slow and sometime none.

Helena (9/5): Nit de concert al Zenith en un hotel original i agradable - L'esmorzar era correcte i bastant variat. Les habitacions molt ben insonoritzades i molt netes. El llit era molt còmode. L'hotel té una parada de metro a 3 minuts i està ben comunicat amb qualsevol punt de París L'esmorzar no proposa cap opció sense gluten i al ser celíaca ho vaig trobar a faltar.
