The serve an excellent breakfast buffet and the staff is very friendly. Location is very convenient, close to two subway stations and countless dining options Can't think of anything negative. Maybe one thing: the corridors are remarkably narrow. But I'm really reaching here!

• katja (10/5): - The location is ideal, and the hotel itself is incredibly comfortable and clean. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is ample. I've stayed here a few times.

The neighborhood is very quiet, and the hotel area is very quiet at night (I slept very well). Very clean room and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended, and I will definitely be back. Just a bit warm during night but problem solved keeping the window slightly open

• line (5/5): - L'emplacement près de Notting Hill à qques minutes du métro, quartier sympa avec plusieurs restos et bars. Le manque d'insonorisation, nous entendons tout ce qui se passe dans la chambre d'à côté ainsi que dans la rue. Le chauffage beaucoup trop élevé, c'était étouffant, qu'une envie sortir prendre l'air, ce n'est pas une température idéale pour dormir. Matelas trop mous. Manque de patère pour accrocher les serviettes de toilette. Petit déjeuner décevant, très peu de choix, pas de petit déj anglais, il faut payer un supplément.

• Corine (8/5): - Het was onze tweede keer dat we er verbleven. De locatie t.o.v 2 metro stations dichtbij en het ontbijt is voor ons een grote plus. Aardigre medewerkers. Vanwege alle andere plussen hebben we opnieuw voor dit hotel gekozen, maar net als de vorige keer vind ik dat de bedden versleten zijn. Ik voelde alle spiralen tijdens het liggen. Na 2 nachten het matras omgedraaid en toen ging het iets beter. Vijf nachten verbleven, maar lakens zijn niet verschoond. Geen drama, maar vanwege wat make-up vlekken had ik eigenlijk wel verwacht.

• Heather (9/5): Really like this hotel - Really like the style of the rooms and location. Tasteful and comfortable. Quiet, overlooking a pretty square. Few minutes from restaurants near Bayswater, and also very close to Ken park for running. Breakfast is so so.

In nächster Nähe beim Hotel tolle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele kleine Café für Frühstück und Strassenszene. Das Lokal Prince Albert hat am Abend Lifemusik.

• Ann (8/5): Comfortabel hotel op goede locatie! - Het hotel is goed gelegen, dichtbij metro, winkels en restaurants. De kamers zijn heel proper en worden elke dag gepoetst. Het continentale ontbijt is lekker. Er is voldoende keuze in broodjes, beleg, fruit, yoghurt, ontbijtgranen, dranken,... Het personeel aan de receptie is vriendelijk. De badkamer is aan de kleine kant. We logeerden voor de tweede keer in dit hotel. Gezien onze kamer nu aan de straatkant lag, was er 's nachts iets meer lawaai.

The breakfast is tasty; while the selection isn’t particularly wide, it caters to all needs and is of good quality. The armchairs in the lobby are worn-out; not an issue though.

In der gleichen Richtung sind auch kleine Supermärkte für den Einkauf. Brötchen auf dem Frühstücksbuffet mussten mehrfach aufgefüllt werden. Das verursachte längere Wartezeiten.
• DAVID M (8/5): a nice place to stay, and well situated - it's well located, just a short walk from Bayswater underground station, or Queensway Station further up the street, the rooms are cosy, and clean, and a lift to all four floors, continental breakfasts are served from 0700 weekdays, the area has plenty of shops, for food and souvenirs nothing springs to mind, a nice hotel for us tourists.

• Graham (8/5): A comfortable stay in a great location. - The staff and hotel were very helpful. I requested an early check-in and this was facilitated. I had the rare and pleasant experience of being able to go to my room immediately after a long and tiring flight rather than waiting around for the room to be ready. This was very appreciated. The room had everything I needed and was comfortable. The room was a little small but very acceptable at the price point and location.

I would stay there again if back in London. - The room was tiny but with a beautiful view out to the green square below and everywhere very clean. The included breakfast was exceptional and generous and the staff friendly and helpful when needed. Near several tube stations and buses. Not enough surfaces to put things on in the tiny room. It needs another small table and/or a bedside table. No power socket near the bed, but staff provided me with an extension cord.
• Ana (10/5): - This hotel is absolutely worth the price. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are cleaned every day, and the location couldn’t be better, with plenty of nearby bus stops and easy access to the tube. Hyde Park is also just a short walk away. It is a quiet street, however just around the corner there are so many shops and restaurants. The breakfast was great, you can either order from the menu or help yourself to the open buffet. The only potential downside is that the walls are thin, so it may be an issue if you’re sensitive to noise.

Lovely breakfast Minor inconveniences but the door of shower didn’t fully open , it was a bit awkward getting in. Also I prefered the window open but it a bit loose and with the wind it clunked

• Isabel (9/5): - Lage war perfekt. Mit der U-Bahn, die ca 5 entfernt war, kam man gut und schnell ins Zentrum. Großes Zimmer, durch ein Upgrade hatten wir allerdings ein 3 Bett Zimmer erhalten mit Badewanne und einer weiteren Halbetage. Rezeption durchgehend besetzt, Hotel immer zugänglich. Es war alles sehr sauber. Personal freundlich. Umliegend fußläufig div gute Restaurants und kleine Lebensmittel Läden. Leckere Croissants und Brötchen beim Frühstück, Kaffee auch gut. Saft und div einzeln verpackte Kelloggsauswahl. Ruhig gelegen, kein Straßenlärm. Betten unbequem, man spürte jede Feder. Alles Teppichboden, nix für Allergieker. Frühstück wenig Auswahl.

• Ute (8/5): - Die Lage ist nahe an 2 U-Bahn Stationen. An einer belebten Straße mit guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit, nachts ruhig. Das Dreibett-Zimmer geräumig und sauber. Continentalfrühstück ausreichend und gut. Teppich im Zimmer. Gäste am Gang sind durch die hellhörigen Zimmertüren gut zu hören. Im Frühstücksraum sind die Tische etwas eng gestellt.

• Asli (8/5): - Tek başıma yaptığım Londra seyahatimde bu oteli tercih ettim ve çok rahat ettim. Otelin bulunduğu bölge çok nezih. Metroya ve otobüs duraklarına yürüme mesafesinde. Kahvaltı yeterli. Oda ve otel temiz. Mart ayı başında bu otelde kaldım. Dışarıda hava soğuktu ama oda çok sıcaktı. Kalorifer kapalı olduğu halde gün içinde odanın içinde terlemeden durmak imkansızdı ve camı aralamak yetmiyordu. Odada vantilatör vardı ama ben kullanmadım çünkü odada fazla vakit geçirmedim.
