Nuit infernale! on entend tout, tout l'hotel, la rue... la chambre comportait 2 fenêtres (1 dans la chambre et 1 dans la SdB), seule celle de la chambre a été changée, celle de la salle de bain n'est pas isolée.. Le moindre pas est suramplifié.. je vous passe le bruit des toilettes des voisins... Bref j'ai passé la nuit en mode alerte constamment réveillé entre 11H et 6H... Très, très décevant

La fer à repassé ne fonctionnait pas , j’ai informé la réceptionniste du problème, elle m’a dit qu’elle m’envoyé quelqu’un pour cela, mais personne n’est venu. Etant pressé par le temps j’ai du quitté avec ma chemise non repassée pour une réunion importante.

We paid for a superior room and my daughter paid for a standard room and comparing the two standard room is actually bigger than the superior. De Roo (1/5): - Très déçue par le manque de compréhension et de souplesse de cet hôtel. J’avais fait une erreur de date sur ma réservation après un très long voyage, et j’ai contacté l’établissement rapidement pour demander simplement un changement de dates. Ma demande a été refusée sans réelle volonté d’aider ou de chercher une solution. J’ai ensuite demandé à parler au manager, mais on m’a répondu qu’il n’était pas là ce jour-là. J’ai donc essayé de trouver au moins une alternative en demandant s’il était possible de faire un check-in un peu plus tôt que 15h, étant donné ma situation et ma fatigue liée au voyage. Là encore, on m’a répondu que ce n’était pas possible, sans aucune considération, si ce n’est me dire que je pouvais laisser mes bagages. Honnêtement, après un long trajet, entendre uniquement “non” à chaque demande, sans compassion ni effort commercial, est très frustrant. Je peux comprendre qu’il y ait des règles, mais dans l’hôtellerie, un minimum d’empathie et de sens du service devrait exister, surtout dans des situations humaines comme celle-ci. Je garde surtout l’impression d’avoir eu affaire à un établissement rigide, peu compréhensif et peu soucieux de l’expérience client.

Hotel limpio y muy agradable en buena localización. Por decir algo, el uso del ascensor es un poco raro. Pero mas allá de eso se me ocurren pocas cosas malas que decir.
Valentine (6/5): Sympathique mais... Pas très "4 étoiles"! - L'emplacement est idéal, la proximité du bus et du métro est un réel avantage. Très calme la nuit, on peut y dormir très paisiblement. Odeurs désagréables dans la chambre; on peut s'imaginer que le personnel n'y est pour rien mais c'est tout de même regrettable. Mais surtout : quand on facture 18€ le petit dej, ce n'est pas normal que les pancakes soient industriels...les viennoiseries j'ai un doute mais elles ne semblaient pas faites par un boulanger (un comble à Paris). Difficilement acceptable à ce prix-là...!

DEBORAH (9/5): La bellezza di Parigi - Mi è piaciuta la posizione dell'albergo. La camera bella, con tutti i comfort, letto comodissimo, e il phon bellissimo , non il solito. il water a parte rispetto la doccia ma davvero pochissimo spazio.

Carole Marie Anne (6/5): Bof - La réception ouverte 24/24 , l’emplacement, la propreté. La chambre minuscule, pas d’armoire, le lavabo dans la chambre, la prise de la table de nuit derrière les verres à vin. On se demande comment cet établissement peut avoir 4 étoiles. ( pas de coffre fort dans la chambre), le bureau une tablette rabattage. J’ai reçu cette chambre ridiculement petite pour deux jours alors que j’avais réservé une chambre pour deux lorsque la réceptionniste a vu que j’étais seule avec un petit bagage. Bref mauvaise expérience.

Gergő (10/5): Mesés - Nagyon elegedett vagyok, remek helyen van a szallas kozvetlen a metro mellett. Szemben egy nagy elelmiszer bolt talalhato, a kornyek pedig tele van kavezokkal es ettermekkel, emellett viszont teljesen biztonsagos es normalis emberek voltak a kornyeken. A szemelyzet nagyon kedves volt, a szoba felszereltsege tokeletes, rendkivul kenyelmes agy es agynemu, valamint minosegi minden egyes hasznalati targy. A reggeli finom, van variacio benne, viszont minden nap ugyan az. 3 napig voltam, meg pont nem untam meg teljesen. :) A reggeli valtozatossaga az egyetlen, amiben fejlodes lehet, ezen kivul hibatlan!
Natália (10/5): Melhor escolha. - O quarto muito lindo, bem decorado, confortável e limpo. Com excelente iluminação, ventilação e aquecimento. A equipe toda do hotel muito simpática e prestativa. Localização excelente, ao lado do Metrô Pereire, mercado próximo e restaurantes e padarias também. Super fácil ir caminhando até o Arco do Triunfo. O café da manhã muito bom, o melhor croissant que comemos em Paris. Espaço acolhedor e confortável.

Vitalii (7/5): Отличное место по разумной цене, но с очень посредственным сервисом. - Очень удобное место расположения и транспортная логистика. Приятная рецепция готовая всегда помочь и подсказать. Очень клиентоориентированы. Полотенце за 4 дня пребывания не поменяли. Проверка уборки номеров зашла в номер без стука или спроса - просто открыв дверь когда мы с женой были в постеле. Крайне неприятных запас с ванной комнаты.

Karenna (10/5): Loved it! Would stay here again! - Comfy and clean room, very quiet, fast free wifi, friendly staff and close to the city highlights that I wanted to see. Water from shower did not get very hot. Not terrible, but I like a hot shower!

Rob (9/5): Fijn hotel en prima uitvalsbasis. - Ligging en netheid De kamer was wel erg aan de kleine kant. Dat is meestal zo in Parijs maar deze was wel heel petit! En aan de muur hadden best wat meer ikea kastjes gekund voor je kleding bijvoorbeeld. Maar verder top!
Laura (9/5): Tres belle sejour, je vais retourner dans cet hotel. - La chambre a ete simple et propre, la salle du bain a ete large, c'est situee juste a cote du metro Comme partout a Paris, la chambre a ete petite. Mais il faut l'accepter a Paris. Un plus je voulais faire un 'early check in,' et celle ci n'etait pas disponible.
