Simple layout, easy to find gym, breakfast, etc… The comforter on the primary bed was yellow & didn’t look like it had been washed recently. No door to the primary bedroom. Pull out couch bed looked like it was 50 years old. Uncomfortable. Communication between staff & visitors was poor. Fire on the first day. No water to go to the bathroom, shower the next 2 days. Cut my stay short & went home early.

stacydC294WI (2/5): Unstoppable shower - Unstoppable Shower Just horrible !! My room was fine but the shower wouldn’t shut off. I got there around 10-11 pm. Took a shower and couldn’t get it to turn off. I told the night manager, a little Latin woman. Think her name was quarantine or something like that. She said she would have the maintenance person come up. Waited a hour and still no one came. I called back down and no one answered. About 12 pm I finally went back downstairs to the front desk. No-one was there. I saw a maintenance man and he was just about to leave. I told him the issue and he came up to the room and tried to fix it. He then had to get more parts to fix it. He went downstairs and got what he needed. As we talked he told me the manager never called him. He also said many of the showers needed to be fixed. The manager called the room and told me she would credit my room. The way the receipt looked I thought it was. She said the hotel manager approved the room credit. They didn’t credit the room and when I disputed the charges they said no complaints were filed. Do not stay here!
aayushrivastava (6/5): Some Bright Spots, Some Missed Expectations - This was a mixed experience over our 6-night stay. We chose this hotel after considerable research and used Bonvoy points, so our expectations were fairly high. There were definitely some positives—the staff were excellent (a special mention to Aymane), the room was spacious, some of the shuttle services were convenient, and the location worked well for both Disney and Universal. The complimentary breakfast was also a nice added benefit. However, we did run into several issues that impacted our overall experience: 1. The room was quite noisy, largely due to the AC unit inside and a vent outside. (Would recommend avoiding room 406.) 2. On one occasion, we returned to the room to find a strong unpleasant odor. Despite calling multiple times for assistance, no one came, and we eventually had to just manage as we were too tired to follow up further. 3. The shuttle timings were inconsistent—some were helpful, but others felt poorly planned. For example, a 7:00 AM drop for a park opening at 10:00 AM, and a 10:30 PM pickup from Epcot when it closes at 9:00 PM. The 4:30 PM return from Universal was also inconvenient. 4. There are no dining options within walking distance, which makes things difficult if you don’t have a car or want a quick, last-minute meal. 5. Water pressure and temperature in the bathroom were inconsistent throughout the stay. 6. The Mariott Vacation guys near the breakfast area can be a little too pushy at time. Overall, while the hotel has some strong points, the operational gaps made the experience less comfortable than expected.

O quarto tem um ótimo tamanho e a estrutura da lavanderia foi muito útil. O café da manhã é muito bom e o atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional — inclusive, foram muito gentis ao trazer um bolo e cantar parabéns para o meu filho, um gesto que nos marcou muito. Acreditamos que o café da manhã poderia ter uma maior variedade de frutas. No banheiro, sentimos falta de um box (em vez de cortina). Além disso, os travesseiros poderiam ser mais confortáveis. Como já nos hospedamos aqui 5 vezes, sentimos que o hotel poderia oferecer uma política de preços mais atrativa ou benefícios para hóspedes fiéis/frequentes.

Atendimento da recepção foi péssimo tanto no check-in quanto no check-out. Arrumação do quarto muito fraca, tínhamos que ficar pedindo para arrumar e mesmo assim sem reposição correta dos materiais, inclusive sem recolhimento de lixo. Tivemos problema com a manutenção do quarto com vazamento da máquina de lavar e do ar condicionado. Por fim, no decorrer da nossa estadia, ao chegarmos à noite, recebemos a comunicação de que o hotel inteiro estava sem água desde à tarde, situação que somente foi normalizada em josso quarto no dia seguinte ao final da manhã.

Joe and Kayla were so pleasant and professional! They were extremely accommodating even though I arrived much earlier than expected. I will stay at this location whenever I will be in Orlando. The room is spotlessly clean as well.

We made an excellent choice to stay at this Residence Inn. Our room and accommodations was awesome. The staff was great throughout the hotel. Beautiful Christmas decor throughout the hotel. The outside and inside the hotel had spectacular views. The exterior and amenities was fun (game room, pool area, hot tub, tiki bar, fire pit and gift shop). Great breakfast buffet food choices each morning. The location was in the heart of Disney, Sea World, and all shopping outlets.

The hotel staff there have been so wonderful to work with and have made my experiences truly special. I travel a great deal for work and they go above and beyond to ensure my stay is pleasant. Linda at the front desk works so hard and is so helpful. She always takes good care of me. All of the staff each and every day are smiling and bring a great energy there. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

This was much appreciated as it made the early wake up smoother because of the two bathrooms. Breakfast was good and the dining area was large and not crowded. Bruna (10/5): A estadia foi ótima, bem localizado, espaçoso, funcionários simpáticos. Ponto negativo foi a cobrança de $27 por noite n - Espaçoso e sensação de estar em um apartamento e não apenas em um quarto. Isso faz diferença pra estadias longas As toalhas são trocadas a cada dois dias mas não há limpeza do piso. Após 7 dias deveria ter mas ainda assim encontrei bastante cabelo no piso do banheiro que não pareceu ter sido limpo apropriadamente

We arrived very late and extremely tired, and he made check in seamless and was very kind. He helped me with the car parking situation and make sure we had everything for a comfortable stay. The room was unbelievably nice also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will stay here again!

LADISLENE (10/5): Ficamos 12 dias , gerente nota mil, atencioso , prestativo. Cafe da manhã ok , não tem muita variedade mas atende muito - Tudo muito limpo e espaçoso . Um apto praticamente, com todos os utensílios básicos para cozinhar. Apenas a cobrança a parte do estacionamento, para brasileiros sai caro.
poonamg941 (10/5): Best Front Desk Staff - My husband and I have been staying at this hotel for a while now due to business reasons and we have always received commendable hospitality and service. Today specifically one of my favorite staff member Marianny blew me away with her top notch attitude and service. I went to the lobby inquiring about tea options as I didn’t see a specific type of tea bags available at tea/ coffee station in lobby. A little I knew about her intentions to make me feel better about my afternoon tea, she came up to my room door with a bunch of tea bags making sure that I do cherish my afternoon tea ☕️ Thank you Marianny for making my day special. You ROCK and THE BEST!!!

Jennifer (8/5): Great location, customer service great but parking is overpriced $25! - Location was close to universal, sea world, and icon park. It was also close to mall, target and many fast food places and restaurants. Room was comfy and big enough for our family of 5. I’m picky about restrooms and this one was nice and clean. I love that the bathroom sink is separate from shower and toilet. Pull out bed was very spacious for 2 teenagers but not so comfy but they didn’t mind. PARKING IS $25 A DAY!!!

Really lovely and spacious to accommodate a family of 6. Excellent pool, spa, arcade game room for the family. Brilliantly hosted by Aymenne at breakfast each morning - couldn’t be happier honestly. Thank you Residence Inn, we will be back. 5-Star
