Las habitaciones nuevas y el personal muy amable. Que cobren las botellas de agua del minibar. Normalmente los hoteles de 4 estrellas tienen agua de cortesía. Que el check out sea a las 10:00h. Demasiado pronto

When I arrived at the hotel I saw that there were indeed no two single beds. The communication from the hotel staff in booking was really poor. They say they are offering airport transfer, I asked twice for details about that service and received no answer.

• Karin (9/5): Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Hotel und somit auch t - Die kleine Terasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Garderobenteil im Zimmer war auch toll. Die gesamte Aufteilung des Zimmers für 4 Personen war gut.Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut und es hatte für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Badetücher konnten nicht aufgehängt werden, da es keinen Hacken hatte im Bad. Es gibt leider keinen Stauraum für Kleider, man muss "aus dem Koffer" leben. Beim einen Doppelbett gab es keine Nachttische, das ist schade.

Overall the hotel staff was warm an welcoming. Hotel has a very good location in the city centre. Something has to be done with that smell in the breakfast room. Some squeaky doors need a bit of maintenance.

• Eva (7/5): - La ubicación del hotel es genial, cerca de muchos puntos emblemáticos de la ciudad y de una estación de metro. El edificio es antiguo por lo que la insonorización no es buena, se escucha ruido en el pasillo y en el resto de habitaciones. Además, nos alojamos en la primera planta y se escucha el ruido del metro bajo tierra.

The bathroom was quite small, but the shower was a decent size. Perfect location for sightseeing. It was extremely hot in both the lobby and the room. The thermostat was blocked, so I had to ask the receptionist to lower the temperature. She seemed a bit annoyed by the request.

The staff were kind, friendly and welcoming which made the stay even better. The location was fantastic, I felt safe and had everything nearby. The breakfast was simply delightful. Honestly, it’s a place I’d happily recommend for an even longer stay!

• Gabriela (10/5): Worth your time! - The room was very spacious, more than enough for 2 people, very clean - housekeeping team kept on top of everything every single day of our 5 days stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Location of the property was fantastic and literally 2 mins walk from the tube that has easy connection to majority of attractions. Some of the pillows were very hard and therefore uncomfortable to sleep on, but this was a very quick fix and requested to change.

El almuerzo súper completo, variado y delicioso. Un hotel perfecto para nuestras necesidades ya que estas muy cerca de todo el centro andando y tienes la boca del metro en la misma esquina. 100% recomendable 👌

Πολύ καλό και πλούσιο πρωινό. Το προσωπικό ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό. Και κάτι επίσης πολύ σημαντικό υπήρχε δυνατότητα να αφήσεις βαλίτσες πριν το check-in και μετά το check-out ώστε να ευχαριστηθείς την βόλτα σου!!

• Thaís (2/5): Experiência extremamente frustrante e decepcionante. - Hotel bem localizado e café da manhã bom. O maior problema foi o ar-condicionado, que simplesmente não funcionava. O quarto ficava com o aquecimento travado em 28,5 °C, tornando o ambiente insuportável, um verdadeiro forno. Ao reclamar na recepção, fui informada de que, por ser inverno, o hotel não liga o ar-condicionado e que a solução seria abrir a janela. Viajava com uma bebê, que não conseguia dormir por causa do calor. Às 2h da manhã, exausta, precisei reclamar novamente. O recepcionista ligou o ar do quarto, mas cerca de uma hora depois ele desligou sozinho, mostrando total falta de respeito com o hóspede. O mais absurdo é que não existia a opção de desligar o aquecimento para manter a temperatura ambiente. Para um hotel que se diz 4 estrelas, é inaceitável que o cliente precise implorar por algo tão básico quanto conforto térmico — ainda mais viajando com um bebê.
