• Tee Huat (6/5): Balanced stay, with positive & negative points. - 1. Staff very helpful - 1a. A middle-age waitress (forgot to ask her name) at restaurant noticed I take 2 sunny-side up eggs on day 1, and every day asked if I want the same thing. Very thoughtful of her. 1b. My toilet got choked on the last night, I called for service and I got help within few minutes. As imagined, she has to dirty her hands to clear a dirty toilet bowl, very hardworking and I felt bad she had to do the dirty work. 1c. The cleaner very enthusiaist to clean my room and changed my towel, sometimes I told her no need but she still want to change my towel, always ensuring that I have clean room and towel. 2. Location near bus interchange, making travelling to/from airport very convenient. 3. Literally few steps from North Point MTR. 4. Pillow and bed comfortable. 1. The MTR station is a few stops away from central, Mong Kok, TST, Jordan and on a different line, making line transfers necessary. This cause some inconvenience. 2. Very small room, we have 2 luggages, thus walking in the room is difficult. 3. My toilet bowl choked on the last night, causing inconvenience. 4. Same breakfast menu for 7 days.

• Casper (8/5): Basic hotel in Hong Kong, good value! - Located next to North Point station and in an vibrant neighbourhood. I lost some money in the elevator and staff found out it was mine and returned this, very thankful! Book a room with harbour view :-) Room was a bit small.

Not delicious, but very complete breakfast. 👍🏻 The bed and our room view were nice. The hallway, our room and specially the closet and the drawers smelled damp. We didn't like the bathroom, everything functional, but old, no extractor, and just not comfortable because the shower had curtain and a lot of water leaked out, leaving all the bathroom wetter than it already was. I just realized that they don't even have photos of the whole bathroom.

• Tian Hong (7/5): Overall it is still a good hotel to stay. But avoid booking twin-bed room for 2 adults sharing. - It is still my personal favourite if I am travelling alone. It's location is great and with many traditional local foods around that make it a convenient hotel for short stay. I always book a double bed for myself when travelling alone. This time I booked 3 rooms, including a twin-bed rooms for 2 of my friends to share. The bed in the twin-bed room is really very small, almost impossible for an adult to turn around on the bed without almost felling off the bed. I feel sorry for my 2 friends who share the room as I am the one who booked the room for them.

• Trevor (7/5): Our Ibis North Point 3 night stay - Clean, not shabby, wonderful view Only 2 lifts, quite slow with limited capacity. 500ft from MTR entrance is a bit disingenuous as you have to walk a quarter of a mile up and down stairs and escalators to get to the trains. If you have heavy luggage get a bus or cab from the airport.
• ai fong (4/5): - The air-conditioning vent was very noisy throughout my stay. There was a constant loud buzzing sound, along with intermittent crackling noises, even when set to the lowest fan speed. It was very difficult to sleep properly. I was only able to sleep for about 2 hours at a time before waking up, and then managed another short period of sleep closer to morning. This significantly affected my rest and made it hard to function during the day. Unfortunately, I could not switch off the aircon as there was no fan in the room and the window could not be opened, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Overall, the noise issue with the air-conditioning seriously impacted my stay and sleep quality.

• Daniel (9/5): Ein praktisch gelegenes Stadthotel - tolle Nahverkehrsanbindung! Immer wieder gern - Ich war schon öfters und fast jährlich in diesem Hotel (2023/2024/2025 und nun 2026). Es überzeugt durch den Preis und der Metrostation "Northpoint" direkt neben dem Eingang. Eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Hong Kong Besuche. Viele Läden und Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Zimmer sind zwar recht klein, aber ausreichend für die Nächte. Mir gefällt der Umgang mit dem Gepäck, wenn ich es nach dem auschecken hinterstelle um es abends abzuholen. Dort gibt es saubere Beschriftungen mit Abholkarten, sodass es keine Wechwechslungsgefahr gibt. Bis zum nächsten mal :-)

Right opposite North Harbour mall with many shops and restaurants etc. Good value for money. Friendly staff , requested extra pillows which were promptly supplied. Had the buffet breakfast, was very good value for money . Rooms are a bit small, but seem to vary in size depending on the floor layout. Bed was a bit firm.

• Po Lean (5/5): Overall the stay was not comfortable and not worth the rate charged. - Its location is pretty good and easy access to food and mtr. The room has pretty much all the basic things we need like kettles etc… Unexpectedly the room is really very small and the beds are even smaller for a single person - one cannot roll on the bed without worrying falling off from the bed and I am not even big size…and the sound proof is so poor we could hear next room TV sound. These affected our sleep.

The door was locked ( we only booked one room ) , but we could still hear the guests in the other room very clearly. Sometimes it woke us from sleep.

• Fahy (10/5): Comfortable hotel in a perfect location - Brilliant location in a vibrant area, close to all transport links. Lots of cafés, shops, restaurants and markets close by. Nice quiet room with a great view. Helpful, pleasant staff. Good choice at the breakfast buffet. No queues and plenty of space. A good start to the day. Although the room and bathroom were immaculately clean, there was quite a strong smell from the drains. No way to open the window, but keeping the bathroom door shut helped a lot, and this certainly didn't spoil my stay.

• man wai (9/5): Great value for money, clean and nice staffs - Staffs were polite and nice. We lost an immigration slip when checking in. They found it and called our room nicely. They are responsible and very attentive to detail. The cleaner was very polite and nice as well. The stay was clean and we felt the heartwarming hospitality throughout the stay. It was amazing. The bathroom was old, but its cleaned with minimal mould. We are satisfied, its acceptable.
• Jim (5/5): - Location and staff are good. Cleanliness acceptable. Room is small but well planned. For me being noise sensitive it really didn't keep up to my needs and expectations. In these single bedrooms there are thin doors to the adjacent rooms (NOT seen on ads pictures).Every sound from these neighbor guest rooms will leak through. You will also see if they have lights on. One night was really terrible with two ladies chatting loud until 1am. I switched room next day and got a less audible guest. But still - overall a concern. There's an offer of joining something sort of Ibis special offers program. You can opt it in or out already at check in signing. But you will be spammed by Ibis in case you opt it out! I had to block Ibis to stop the very frequent annoying emails.
• Paola (4/5): Disappointing - The hotel is conveniently located close to the MTR. There is a shopping mall across the road and the North Point promenade is just a 100 metres away The room is definitely outdated, and the bathroom needs serious renovations. The hotel provided the bare minimum, there wasn't even a small bottle of drinking water for the guests, nor a station where we could refill our bottles. The bed is quite uncomfortable too, and the noise from the corridor could be heard through the thin walls. I think that for the same price range, you can find better options in the neighbourhood.
