• mutaco (1/5): - Nada, en absoluto, si había puntaje 0 le ponía cero, una decepción, no andaba el aire, estaba todo sucio el personal era irrespetuoso, vagos, maleducados, nada para rescatar de ese lugar no volvería ni aunque fuera gratis, gratis es caro Nada, de nada, pero nada, un horror, en vida había estado en un lugar tan feo con gente tan desagradable, me arruinaron las vacaciones, no pude dormir ni una sola noche, sábanas sucia, hacía calor y el aire no andaba y tampoco tuvieron la intención de solucionarlo

• Krunoslav (9/5): Extremely quiet hotel, friendly staff, extremely clean room, good location - The location of the hotel is extremely good - the tram station is 2 minutes away, the hotel is on a quiet street, and my room overlooked a quiet courtyard. They have an elevator in the hotel. The staff was very friendly, they deserve all the praise. The room is extremely clean and is cleaned every day. The bed was very comfortable, I had two different pillows. The bathroom is clean, has a shower cabin (I don't think fat people can get in it, because of the specific opening of the door). I had a wardrobe with a few hangers and a refrigerator (I didn't use it). The balcony is great. Air conditioning is usually paid for extra, but I didn't need it in April. The room price was a bit more expensive (we paid 711 euros for 4 nights) because we were there in April, during Milano Design Week. We didn't have any outlets next to the bed to charge our phones, so we had to use one at the desk and another in the bathroom.

• Aggry (6/5): It was okay , but I’m really disappointed in the staff that took my money - Everything was okay for the money paid I forgot my bag and iPad at the top drawer , when I came back for it they told me they didn’t find it. I explained what was inside maybe this was the mistake I did . They told me to come back the next day . When I came they found the bag and iPad where I told them I had put it’. But when it was brought to me my money was gone . So be careful with your belongings when you leave them in the room

Facilities were clean The walls are very very thin so we could hear next door coughing, talking and laughing at all hours of the night. Персонал очень приветливый и при - Минут 10 идти до троллейбусной остановки, до центра возят 12 и 14 троллейбусы без пересадок. Вблизи отеля расположен круглосуточный супермаркет, вокруг ресторанчики, кафе. Не понравилось то, что была очень маленькая душевая кабинка, а так в принципе цена-качество - соответствует.

• Davlakos (7/5): - Καλη Θα ήθελα να υπάρχει εσωτερικός χορός coffee lounge για να μπορώ να καθίσω από την στιγμή που άφησα το δωμάτιο για μια με δύο ώρες μέχρι να αποχωρήσω για την πτήση επιστροφής στην Αθήνα. Δυστυχώς μου είπαν ότι είχαν μια εκδήλωση και δεν θα μπορούσα να καθίσω. Αυτό δεν μου άρεσε.

• DEYRA (4/5): Pudo ser perfecto pero uno de sus trabajadores lo arruinó revisenquien es el día25 de enero por la mañana espero lo bote - Todo limpio bonito bien ubicado la noche que llegué había un joven muy amable y servicial nos indicó Todo con paciencia nos dijo que podíamos dejar el equipaje sin problema El 25 de enero por la mañana el trabajador de recepción era una mala persona departa nos trató mal ni había valides ni amabilidad en su trato encima nos dijo que no podíamos dejar nuestras maletas sobre que su compañero nos había dicho que si noche antes que teníamos que ir a dejar las maletas a otro hotel que Nose que al hotel no llegaban buses tuvimos que caminar como media hora en l lluvia con todas las maletas solo porque no nos quiso hacer el favor de guardarlas o llevarlas al otro lado además que nos trató mal y no lo dijo de manera amable y no encontraba solución las que nosotros vayamos y las dejemos esto hizo que nuestra maletas solo porque y ropa se mojaran tuvimos una mala experiencia gracias al trato de ese tipo no volveré a hospedarme en ese lugar si no hubiera sido por ese maltrato le hubiera puesto 5 estrellas a todo y estaría agradecida que mal que por no saber elegir al personal correcto el hotel pierda clientes espero que boten a ese señor porque de verdad su atención fue muy mala
