W ofercie ‚transfer lotniskowy’, a w recepcji Pan powiedział, że na bookingu jest taka informacja, ale oni nie mają żadnych shuttle bus’ów i możemy sobie zamówić taksówkę (ale odkrycie). Więc transfer lotniskowy jest, ale na własną rękę :(

- Alan (7/5): Good staff, need better breakfast, air conditioner smelled bad. - Staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty below average. Breakfast muffing more or less, waffles were pretty mediocre. The air conditioner in the room had a strong smell and I had to turn it off.

El desayuno muy desordenado, el instrumento para hacer waffles estaba malo se pegada todo deberían de cambiarlo, casi no hay variedad y el personal que hay para el desayuno nada aaamable y pasan hablándo por teléfono cero contacto con el cliente y las habitaciones las vi un poco descuidadas falta bastante mantenimiento es una lastima por el gotel era muy lindo.

I was asking her a question regarding ice and not polite at all. She was on her cell phone and didn’t have any type of customer service at all she could not even tell me where there was ice and the location is not good.

No one cleaned my room the first night. I ran out of shampoo it wasn’t replaced.
