Renata (1/5): Disaster - I do not recommend a room for 3 people because the third person sleeps on an extra bed which is a one star level. Uncomfortable, unstable, poor quality. The reception is very unfriendly, there is no word of welcome, there is no one to ask you if you are tired, he just said, give me your documents and asked for money for an extra bed because I did not know how to update the reservation. We made the bed ourselves because the receptionist said that the maid had left and that his job was not to make the bed. We were two families. We could not help but be amazed at how rude it was. When we told him that the room smelled, he said it did not matter because we were only staying for one night.

Sondre (3/5): - The hotel has a decent standard and a good location, but my stay was affected by several issues. The cleaning staff were very noisy early in the morning, and the walls are thin, so the sound carries easily between rooms. In addition, one of my jackets went missing from the room, and I have reason to believe it was taken by the cleaning staff. This is unacceptable, and I hope the hotel takes the matter seriously and investigates it properly.

Leticia (8/5): Lo recomiendo - La habitación es muy amplia y luminosa. Tiene bonitas vistas. Estaba muy limpia. El alojamiento dispone de zona de parking por un precio razonable (15€), aunque durante el día es fácil aparcar, pero ya por la noche es más difícil. El personal agradable y el desayuno es bastante variado. No es un hotel que está en el centro, por lo que si buscas cercanía, esta opción no es la recomendable, pero si llevas coche, estás en el centro en unos 15 minutos. Las zonas comunes del hotel, son muy agradables, y te invitan a pasar tiempo allí, algo que se agradece cuando buscas descanso. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y desde muy temprano se oye a los huéspedes entrando y saliendo de sus habitaciones, lo que hace que te despiertes. Sería un punto a mejorar en mi opinión.

The rooms were comfortable, with excellent pillows and mattresses! This was very important! The soundproofing was excellent; we didn't hear anyone. The hotel is located in a residential area. We took a taxi to the city center. By the way, Bolt and Uber are significantly more expensive, so it's best to book a taxi at reception. There were no problems during our stay at the hotel.

LUCA (8/5): Weekend di lavoro - La struttura molto bella e tenuta bene, pulita. La posizione non troppo centrale, ma offre il servizio navetta gratuito fino alla metro più vicina. Cena a buffet molto varia, e di buona qualità. Il personale cortese e gentile. La colazione vale, anche se non ho assaggiato i dolci personalmente. Forse la posizione un po’ poco centrale.

Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have! Hana (10/5): The hotel staff treated me like a queen :) - My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is located in a quiet part of town with good public transport links to the center. The hotel is a true oasis of calm in a busy city, and it also has its own garden where you can sit and enjoy a coffee or prosecco. I really appreciate the helpful and friendly staff, who are ready to fulfill almost any guest's wish, from the receptionists to the restaurant and bar staff. The restaurant offers a rich breakfast and a selection of very tasty Italian dishes for dinner. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated and is very clean, with the maids carefully cleaning the rooms every day. I felt like a like a queen throughout my stay and would love to return. Everything was perfect.
