Резетка одна, працює або телевізор, або маленький холодильник. Коли жарко то не має чим вкритися... Або простинею, а бо простирадлом хочеться.... А є тільки одна простинь і тепла ковдра.

- Poliana Caren (5/5): - The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The mattress was comfortable and I slept well when it was quiet. Breakfast was reasonable for €10, although it could offer more variety. AC was very nice temperature, even was centralized at reception. However, booked this 3-star with low expectations due to the price, but basic standards were not met. The room had no blackout curtains, making it impossible to block morning light. The shower was faulty and sprayed water outside the stall. There was no bath mat, so after showering I had to dry the floor with toilet paper, which came out filthy. The floor was not clean on arrival. There is also no soundproofing between rooms. Guests were loud at 11pm and the hotel does not post or enforce quiet hours after 10pm. These are minimum requirements for any hotel, regardless of star rating.

Il check-in ci è stato rifiutato nonostante la nostra presenza. Viaggiavamo con bambini e abbiamo presentato certificato di nascita, stato di famiglia e tessera sanitaria, ma non è stata offerta alcuna soluzione. Siamo stati lasciati senza supporto e senza sapere dove andare.

Cuando ingresamos la puerta no se abría bien porque chocaba con una mesa que había colocado, mal distribución del espacio. El baño sonaba como si estuviera pasando agua. El secador de pelo sucio. Debajo de la cama encontramos una sandalia que no era de nosotros, lo que corrobora que era de las personas anteriores que habían estado ahí y la mala limpieza de la habitación. Las toallas manchadas, las sábanas no olían muy bien.
