• Jazmyne (9/5): - The location was perfect 30 min drive to the beach or to downtown LA. Really close to hollywood. Down the street from universal studios. The rooms were pretty small. But there are beautiful plants all over the property and there is the best pizza place down the street. Plenty of places to walk to in the area. But v.

• Tiana (7/5): Comfortable place/Safe Location. - private location, good parking & close to all stores & restaurants. Wifi wasn't working. The Shower Head was broken but showering wasn't a problem. It gets super cold in the winter. The Hotel needs more pillows & Blankets
• Wayne (2/5): It’s a place to sleep, that’s about all. - The only plus was the fact that it’s only about 1.5 miles from Universal Studios, NOT .6 like Booking has listed. Dirty, outdated, small, had plumbing issues, leaks, and electrical issues. Location is not manned 24/7 so getting someone to address the clogged sink upon arrival, tripped breaker the second night, and shower leaks was difficult. The sink and breaker were resolved the next day but that did not help the issue at the time. They’re charging a premium for a sub standard location at best that needs repairs and renovations. The pictures on Booking are NOT of that location.

La habitación era muy fría y el baño no dispone de calefacción. La presión de la ducha es muy baja. Además, no hacen la cama durante la estancia ni ofrecen servicio de consigna para dejar las maletas. En caso de no haber personal en recepción, es necesario desplazarse a otro hotel para ser atendido, lo que supone unos 26 minutos a pie. En conjunto, la experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas en cuanto a comodidad y servicios básicos.
• Nico (4/5): Empty, glaringly bright, concrete box of a hotel room. - Proximity to Universal Studios Zero amenities. Cold empty box of a room. Tiled floor got dirty very easily. Shabby little table and wooden chair was the only place to sit beside the bed. Lighting was horrible!! One ridiculously bright overhead light and a bathroom light. One tiny window. Place felt like a prison cell.

• Yolanda (2/5): MOLD - That it was near stores and food. Whenever I was in the room I would get a stuffy nose. The bed was loud and uncomfortable, felt like the springs were gonna pop out. On the second day I was there I overheard a lady complaining about mold in her room. I then went to carefully check my room for mold and came across a big spot of mold in back of toilet. After seeing the mold I felt sick to my stomach and felt like puking. This absolutely ruined the rest of my trip not being able to find another room right away. No one in office of course to clean it either so it was a disaster just knowing I'm in a room with mold...I took pics but not sure if I'm able to upload them on here to show the proof of the mold in bathroom.

• Belinda (2/5): Disgraceful- no hot water, no motel staff around - The fridge kept things cold - that was about the only good thing The day before we checked in (after you could no longer cancel in the free cancellation period) received a message saying had to go to a different motel to collect the key. Maybe not an issue if you have a car, which we did not meaning multiple unnecessary Ubers. I would not if booked here had I of known this. That was just the start! There was no hot water for 3 days but no one at the property reception the entire time we were there. A cleaner came in once when we weren’t there but managed to get bleach on a pair of pants on my suitcase- now unwearable. The sink dribbled water. Would never stay there again. The place is in need of attention and needs a manager there for guests.

On our second day, we were asked to move our car because it was "too small," then when we came home from the park, there was only one spot left and it was handicapped. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable and I woke up completely sore both nights.

Just a few small errors with the room we had (toilet seat was coming off of hinges, vents on ac unit wouldn’t properly adjust, there’s no curtains on windows on top of blinds) Had to check in at an another hotel in order to get room key which was different. But the man who checked us in was really nice and helpful. Overall the room wasn’t bad for the price and was close to universal studios.

Nobody to talk to. Nobody at front desk. The mini fridge was dirty. There were no drawers for storing clothes There was hair in the tub. Only one toilet paper roll for family of four. Again, nobody at the front desk. You have to drive a mile and a half to a different property to get any customer service— ridiculous. Never will I ever again stay at this property again. You’ve been warned!!!

• Lamarquecy (9/5): Excelente lugar para visitar Universal studios - El espacio estuvo muy bien para las 5 personas que ocupamos el cuarto, el aire acondicionado funciono muy bien, estaba limpio y ordenado al recibirlo; estuvimos 2 noches y al día siguiente nos cambiaron las toallas y reabastecieron el papel de baño. Al hacer el check in, nos dieron algunas recomendaciones para nuestro paseo a Universal Studios. No hubo nada que nos causara incomodidad o nos disgustara.

• Tami (4/5): Cheap and basic needs- you get what you pay for. - I needed a cheaper place but this just wasn’t great. I guess you get what you pay for. It gave us a place to sleep and had the very basics. Bed was comfortable but the sofa bed had a sink to it. The room smelled of cheap cleaning supplies. Shower had mold in it. Parking was so tight and unaccommodating. I didn’t see bugs but assumed they were there somewhere. We had to check in late at night and had to drive up the road a mile to a sister inn to get checked in.

Additionally, check in was required at a different hotel, unless you happen to be there at the tight time. The emails and phone calls conflicted with each other.

• Rachael (4/5): - Hotel was way overpriced for what we got. No staff available 99% of the time. Had to drive a mile down the road to their other hotel, the nite inn, for any service. Parking lot was absolutely awful and way too small with a SUPER steep incline to get out. Hotel rooms were outdated, old, and not very clean. We saw mold on the window shutters and the showers were gross. The only positives were that the room had a microwave, mini fridge and the distance it was from universal studios. Not a great area, would not recommend.
