• Lotta (10/5): Erholsame Zeit in einer charmanten zuvorkommenden Atmosphäre. - Das Hotel hatte eine authentische charmante Einrichtung und unser Zimmer war frisch saniert (2026) und sauber. Insbesondere der Innenhof war perfekt für einen Kaffee am morgen oder Aperol am Abend. Das Personal war super freundlich und hat uns obendrauf noch tolle Local Tips für Food und Sightseeing geboten. Rundum zufrieden mit der Unterkunft !

• FilipAleksovski (10/5): Lovely, historic and quiet hotel with amazing staff ready to make you laugh at a moment's notice. - The location was great, as it was near the public transit hubs, right across remnants of the Aqueduct for that added historic feel, and in a super quiet neighborhood. The garden, with fountains, in the courtyard area was tranquility itself! However, what made everything click was the staff who were always happy to assist, made us comfortable every step of the way, super communicative and friendly. The whole place works so well in every way because of Vladimir and the team making it all happen! I can't wait to visit them again! I wouldn't change anything really.

• DÉBORA (9/5): Hotel bonito com staff muito gentil, mas localização não é tão boa e o banheiro alagou. - Ângela e Max foram muito gentis! Ângela nos deu excelentes indicações! O hotel é limpo e o quarto bem bonito. O secador de cabelo também é muito bom. O escoamento do banheiro não estava muito bom, o que fez alagar totalmente, deixando o uso bem desconfortável. Mas as instalações eram boas. A localização não é muito boa, fica uns 25min a pé das principais atrações, o que nos fez gastar mais tempo ou dinheiro com Uber.

• Carlijne (9/5): Fantastisch verblijf dankzij top personeel en fijne locatie - Erg fijn verblijf gehad, vooral dankzij het ontzettend vriendelijke en behulpzame personeel – zij maken echt het verschil. Daarnaast een mooie, sfeervolle binnentuin, prima kamers met goede bedden en kussens en een ideale locatie met veel OV-mogelijkheden dichtbij. Zeker een aanrader! Als we dan iets moeten noemen: de douchecabine was wat aan de kleine kant en de watertemperatuur wisselde soms, maar dit heeft ons verblijf verder niet negatief beïnvloed.

Absolut großartig: Zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit kann man sich an der Rezeption mit einem schönen Glas Wein oder einem Spritz versorgen, sodass auch der spätnächtliche Absacker auf dem Balkon möglich ist.

• George (7/5): Nice, but not extraordinary. - The location is what I expected. The room was a good size, although it did have a smell when we first arrived. We needed to air it out. The breakfast was good. I don't know who should have made me aware of the City tax that needed to be paid in cash and not charged to me credit card.

• Evita (8/5): Good hotel with friendly staff. - Really close to the metro station (like 10 min walk). Small hotel, rooms were clean and staff friendly and gave us some tips for the places to visit. Area where hotel is located is quite calm and quite. Our room had a balcony that was nice. Breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming. From warm foods it was only eggs and bacon. Only one type of juice. Quite big selection of cold meats and cheeses though and fresh fruit every day. A really big selection of pastries. The hotel itself lacked those little things that make hotels feel bit more luxurious and give that special feeling during the holidays.

• Denys (7/5): Standard pokoi mógłby być lepszy w stosunku do ceny - Mój pobyt w Enoma Aquaeductus ogólnie oceniam pozytywnie. Obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna, co zdecydowanie wpływa na komfort pobytu. Hotel położony jest w cichej i spokojnej okolicy, co jest dużym plusem. Do najbliższej stacji metra można dojść w około 10 minut, a w pobliżu znajdują się sklepy oraz restauracje, co jest bardzo wygodne. Mieliśmy dwa pokoje – jeden był naprawdę przyjemny i wygodny, natomiast drugi niestety przypominał pokój szpitalny: bardzo mały, z białymi ścianami i mało przytulny. Uważam, że pokoje w tej cenie zdecydowanie wymagają odświeżenia i remontu. Śniadania były w porządku, choć wybór nie był zbyt duży.

Lovely clean fresh updated rooms. Fresh towels / toiletries and cleaning service. Air conditioning. Working TV with channels. Tasteful old style Roman decor to reception & garden area , relaxed and welcoming. Very good breakfast service value. The staff were very friendly, informative and helpful, which gave it a personal touch. Able to leave cases in reception on day of checkout safely whilst we enjoyed last day! • Dora (5/5): I don’t know that I would go back - The court yard was cute. Our window and view was nice and our bed was comfy. Coffee was good. Most of the staff was quite pleasant. Renos weren’t complete in our room. The shower had nothing to stop the water coming out so it flooded our room twice. The lady working the first night it happened told us it’s not her job to clean - fine - I had to ask her give me something to mop and clean it up. She really wasn’t helpful in general. There’s not really any room in the bathroom to put our toiletries. They were drywalling outside our room and we had drywall dust on all of our stuff. The reception smelled like septic gas most of the time.

• Mack (10/5): Lovely hotel, friendly staff, peaceful area. - Staff were all lovely - friendly and very helpful. The room was great, light & airy with lots of character, a side view of the aquaduct, clean modern bathroom with waterfall shower, really comfy beds, quiet area with great local restaurants & places of historical interest within walking distance. Tip - If you want a kettle ask, & they will provide one. Breakfast was good, lots of choice.
