- Amy (5/5): It was really just fine... - The location is a good choice if you're here for Hollywood or wanted to wake up to the Hollywood sign - that's what we wanted and got. It's also nearby (walking distance) from pretty good food options in the area. Robe and slippers are provided for guests, the robe is super comfy!!!! I stayed at Loews New Orleans and super loved my experience, so I had pretty high expectations coming to their Hollywood location. They offer a 24/7 text message concierge service - which I actually tried to use as I left my toothbrush at home...no reply. The room we booked (King Bed with Hollywood Sign) is huge...too big, to be honest. We stayed on the 7th floor and there's constantly some railing/moving/sliding sound. Not sure what it was but if I wasn't exhausted from my days, I wouldn't have been able to fall asleep. I did not like their pillows...it's too soft, no support. The bathroom looks newly renovated. I HATE it. The toilet and shower is in a different "room" from the sink. Think of a walk in closet. The toilet-shower room has no shelf/hook/platform for you to put anything (such as glasses to shower, etc). It's just a bare room with just the toilet, toilet paper and shower. No space for any toiletries. No space to put your clothes, no space to put glasses, nothing. The sink room is strange - it had a desk and a bench across from the sink and that's where the coffee sat. How weird!? I'm preparing my coffee in the bathroom!

Die Zimmer waren groß und sauber, die Betten bequem. Freundliches Personal und insgesamt ein entspannter Aufenthalt. Parkhaus direkt neben an sowie eine Metrostation.

Staff friendly and hotel clean Nothing really only thing we found weird was there is no footpath really in the car pull up area at main reception to get to the pedestrian crossing on the road so found we were dodging cars a bit.

- Jörg (10/5): Näher an Hollywood kann man kaum wohnen – perfekte Lage, großartiger Service - Unser Aufenthalt im Loews Hollywood Hotel war von Anfang bis Ende außergewöhnlich. Die Lage direkt am Walk of Fame ist unschlagbar – zentraler kann man Hollywood kaum erleben. Besonders begeistert hat uns, wie aufmerksam und herzlich das gesamte Team war: Obwohl keine Zimmer nebeneinander verfügbar waren, hat man unserer Tochter mit einem Zimmerblick auf das Hollywood Sign und uns zusätzlich mit einer Suite samt beeindruckendem Stadtblick eine riesige Freude gemacht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend, äußerst vielfältig und der perfekte Start in jeden Tag in Los Angeles. Ein echtes Highlight war außerdem der Valet Service – unglaublich schnell, immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und mit tollen Empfehlungen für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Auch das Housekeeping war jederzeit herzlich, aufmerksam und erfüllte jeden Wunsch sofort. Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen und wir würden jederzeit wieder genau hier übernachten – für uns stimmt hier einfach alles, von Service über Atmosphäre bis hin zum Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

A little difficult to navigate luggage from car park to reception ( 2 different lifts and walking through a shopping complex) its actually offsite parking. Better instructions to use drop off at lobby and then park afterwards would have been helpful. We thought it was valet entrance only.

Actually, there’s generally no ventilation, even in the corridors. The windows are sealed. The room was musty and damp and it was hard to breathe. AC makes it slightly breathable, but still is hard. Ps/ hotel parking is around $65 per night; there is an option of the underground self parking $27 next to the hotel.

- Jenrenv (6/5): If location is all you care about, it’s a great hotel….but if comfort and cleanliness is important…. - If it’s important to you to be in a prime Hollywood location near the Hollywood stars and theaters, this is a perfect hotel that will not break the bank. But if you like comfort and want sleep, these are not the beds and pillows for you. If cleanliness in your room is important; I would suggest not staying. If you like ridiculous fees to push you to go free to touristy places, this hotel isn’t for you. The valet staff was great, put parking fee nightly is crazy.

- glennb189 (6/5): No decent restaurant - Food terrible - Great location but what they call an evening restaurant, is just a bar with some seatingright by the front doors which are constantly open, so you can feel the chill. My wife had a vegn meal that made her immediately nauseous! That has never happened before. No champagne by the glass but you can buy a cheap bottle for 130 dollars! I had to go to the local supermarket to buy a decent bottle and then had the privilege of paying 25 dollars corkage for my wife to have a couple of glasses. Horrible area but Lowes has a monopoly so charges are high. Tip - stay at beverley Hills and just travel in for a day

Chuveiro e itens de higiene muito bons. Cafeteira super satisfatória. Fiquei em quarto com comunicação interna com outro, e o quarto do casal era muito excepcional: cama extra grande, poltrona, mesa grande, janela dupla, sala de estar com sofás para 4 ou 5 lugares. Muito diferenciado, recomendo! Nenhum apontamento negativo.

- ksighr2022 (10/5): Great location for a Hollywood adventure. - What a perfect location for a trip to Hollywood. We got tickets to see a show and my husband picked this hotel. We were able to walk to the Hollywood walk of fame, several great restaurants, and the subway. The fifth floor pool was such a lovely place for an afternoon break between hiking/biking/sightseeing in the morning and going to dinner and a shows in the evening. The poolside bar was an added bonus. We would definitely stay there again!
