• Mark (10/5): Clean friendly well located and not overly expensive - We loved the friendly and attentive staff and the location. The sauna was also a welcome retreat from the Roman cobblestones! Also Loved the breakfast each morning which set the scene nicely for much walking. Highly recommend this hotel

• Natalie (9/5): - From the moment our taxi pulled up, art'otel Rome Piazza Sallustio set the tone for what would be a truly memorable family stay. We were greeted with ice-cold glasses of champagne, our luggage whisked away effortlessly, and welcomed by reception staff who were the perfect balance of professional and genuinely warm. Nothing felt scripted — they were full of thoughtful recommendations and made us feel like guests rather than customers. The hotel had clearly thought about families too. Beautiful wooden games — Jenga, noughts and crosses — kept the children happily entertained, alongside the most exquisite handmade sweets that delighted adults and children alike. Our room was stunning. Beautifully decorated with a real sense of style, it felt luxurious without being cold. The bath was enormous, the pillows were high thread count and genuinely comfortable, and the toiletries were excellent quality. The addition of Dyson Airwrap and hairdryer in the room was a lovely touch that shows real attention to detail. Breakfast was lovely — a relaxed, unhurried start to the day that set us up perfectly for exploring Rome. This is a stylish, thoughtfully run hotel that manages to feel both design-forward and genuinely family-friendly. I would recommend it without hesitation.

• nicola (10/5): Very modern smart hotel, superior staff less attentive, other staff more attentive. - Housekeeping is immaculate, one member of staff a lady who was on reception was very helpful providing a map and recommendations for places to eat outside the hotel etc. Bar staff were slow and often forgot to bring drinks we ordered, and in the restaurant we were given the wine list but then nobody came back. Our food was served to our table before we even had our wine, this was disappointing as the food itself was amazing but although there were superior staff serving it didnt make any difference and it was left to the waiting staff (non managers) to rescue our situation. It was a superior member of staff who sat us, and provided the wine list but then he did not return to the table. This needs to improve for a 5 star establishment. Bar service, restaurant service.

• ISA (6/5): Mis à part les nuisances sonores nous recommandons cet établissement, mais pas au dessus du bar - Le personnel au petit soin et à l’écoute. La propreté de l’établissement et son confort. L’Équipement itech , le café et le thé à discrétion dans la chambre. Le r afraîchissement des lits et de la chambre en fin d’après midi pour la nuit. Service voiturier. L’ Hôtel est excentré des principaux monuments comptez 20 mn à pied pour la fontaine de Trevi, par exemple. La musique du bar vraiment très forte , le soir jusqu’à 22:30 nous étions au 2 eme étage au dessus du bar, malgré notre réclamation le bruit n’a pas cessé. L’alarme anti feu qui se déclenche le matin, ou le bruit du camion de livraison qui décharge dès 6h. Cependant nous remercions le geste du réceptionniste qui pour compenser ce désagrément nous a gentiment offert le petit déjeuner, geste que nous saluons et avons fortement apprécié.

From the moment I entered, the staff were warm, friendly, and treated me like a VIP. The service was simply outstanding. The lobby was amazing. I loved the decor, the colors, and the ambiance. Then I got to my room, which was simply incredible. Comfortable and clean as well as incredibly stylish. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. The bathroom was spacious, bright, and looked bearly brand new. I loved that the AC, curtains, and lights could all be controlled by a console next to the bed. I will definitely make art'otel my first choice on my next trip. Nothing. It was all fabulous.

• Lauren (9/5): We had the most incredible stay and loved our first trip to Rome! - The room was absolutely perfect for a family. Really spacious and nice that the children were in a separate area. The finish of the whole room was really high too! The only thing we could fault was the breakfast, it was quite a limited choice and the children didn’t like any of the options. Thankfully we didn’t actually pay for it so we just went to a smaller cafe around the corner.

• Anastasia (9/5): - Nice quiet location away from the chaos of Central Rome without being too far...the restaurant is also very nice, and the food of good quality i love open kitchens where you can see them cook and understand if they are clean The true gem of this hotel is their fitness room, greatly equipped and so nicely designed it's a very quality space it inspires you to work out Rooms are darker than usual with nice atmospheric lighting and they promote good sleep, the environment is very inviting to really have a restful good sleep Also loved the Kevin Murphy products in the bathroom and the co operation with the company, it's small things like these that shows you they really put an effort into creating a unique place. The welcoming wine was also much appreciated The staff was super helpful and polite Nothing disturbed staying in this place, will definitely visit again especially for the fitness room🙂💪🏻 Nothing to mention
