Ma devo dire che non ho chiesto nulla alla proprietaria, probabile che non sia stato capace io ad accendere AC😰

• Cedric Justice (9/5): - This was a beautiful place to stay. I loved being in a neighborhood away from the tourist stuff and the beach. Access to the pool was incredible and we went swimming every day. The host Maria attended to our every need graciously and kindly. She gave me a typical Russian salad that I was dying for that day, and by chance, she gifted it to me. The other guests were awesome people too. She only changed our bedding when we asked, it was the right amount of service and attention (hotels can be a little violating of privacy for night owls). If we needed something, she managed to make it work. She's a gift. Seriously genuine, fantastic, caring person. Very very very good at her job. The limited hours posed a problem. My travel partner arrived at 1pm which was a touch early, i arrived 12 hours later. Communication around these times was confused by travel partner couldn't get in for while --the wrong phone number was listed in booking. At this critical time, it out crucial to get it right. We only had one set of keys, which was limiting too, but not out of the ordinary. We both found the bed a bit hard and small. The listing listed a washing machine available, but then we had to pay for laundry service, so that was confusing. (It was ordered by the kilo, but the service Maria gave was stellar and organs worrh it.) Maria's attitude and care, as well as the cleanliness and functionality of the place made up for these minor bugs.

• Tetsuaki (9/5): - J'ai séjourné quelques jours à Cancún lors d'une escale. L'hébergement se situe dans un quartier résidentiel calme, près du centre-ville, mais éloigné des plage. Il est situé à proximité d'un Walmart et de restaurants. Le personnel n'est pas présent en permanence, mais il assure les arrivées et les départs. La chambre est spacieuse et dispose d'un balcon. La décoration était soignée, conforme aux photos. J'ai été ravie de voir la lampe rouge de chevet. Le soleil est fort, mais on peut rester au frais en fermant les rideaux et en utilisant la climatisation. La cuisine n'est pas accessible, mais le réfrigérateur, le micro-ondes et la fontaine à eau sont à disposition. La sécurité est excellente, mais il faut faire attention à ne pas oublier la clé. J'aurais aimé prolonger mon séjour.

My room was clean and cosy and location was close to the main street in Cancun near shops and restaurants. I had good communication from Maria prior to my stay about arranging check in and then the same again for checking out. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone staying in downtown Cancun.

Cela n’a aucun charme, est très différent des photos, il n’y a aucun service et le lit n’est pas confortable.
• Timothy (10/5): - Casa Blanca is located perfectly and just far away enough from the busy hotel zone if you're looking for a quiet relaxing stay. The owner has gone above and beyond to make sure that every guest is safe and comfortable in their spots. The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and some of the best shower water pressure I've experienced and the common areas are very well decorated. There are many restaurants, stores, & bars within walking distance which is an added bonus. Definitely would love to come back and stay here.

• Gabrielle (10/5): Fantastic stay at an affordable and not-touristy-vibe with close by restaurants and coffee! - The house host was very receptive, and the house had super clean facilities. For those who aren't renting a car, there is a fantastic restaurant right around the corner. We also really enjoyed the coffee shop each morning just up the street. You can walk through the park that's adjacent to the street that was really lovely each morning. We would definitely stay here again if coming back to Cancun! Not applicable. We loved it!

Notre hôtesse était toujours extrêmement disponible et répondait à toutes nos questions, pratiques, etc.… nous a donné des adresses de supermarchés, de restaurants à proximité, m’a donné un sèche-cheveux, etc. La chambre était bien entretenue et très propre . Possibilité d’avoir un parking juste devant l’établissement. Rien. Son seul point faible, est d’être à Cancún 😉qui est une ville que nous n’aimons pas du tout et qui a été pour nous un lieu de transit.

The pool looked nice although we didn't stay for long enough to use it. Felt a bit more like an upscale hostel mixed with an AirBnB. It was perfectly adequate for our needs but you get what you pay for. Located in a neighborhood about a 15 minute walk from ADO bus station.

• Kirsten (7/5): Kleine Pension in sehr guter Lage in Cancun Centro - Sehr nett dekorierte Zimmer, sehr sauber, sehr bequemes Bett freundliches Personal( wenn am Ort) sehr gute Lage sowohl zu Stränden, als auch zu Centro und Puerto Juarez Das mexikanische Zimmer war viel zu klein für 2 Personen- max als Einzelzimmer nutzbar( waren auch nicht 16qm- aber immerhin mit eig. Bad) Der Pool/ Garten war sehr einfach, ungemütlich, lud nicht zum Verweilen ein Die Unterkunft entspricht einer sehr kleinen Pension, ohne Frühstück- nicht einem Hotel Der Aufenthaltsraum vor der Küche läd leider auch nicht zum Verweilen ein Personal ist sehr nett, aber nur nach Absprache vor Ort Man musste insgesamt ein Gitter und drei Türen öffnen und schließen- sehr sicher dadurch, aber mühsam Aufenthalt für 1-2 Nächte okay

• Stefano (9/5): Great room in the center of Cancun. - Great location and value for money! If you want to avoid the hotel area, enjoy some quietness, and be able to walk around at the same time, this is a great spot. Cafés, restaurants, Mercado 28, Plaza de las Americas (mall) and the center, all easy to reach with a 20' walk. Rooms are clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. You can see that everything is made with love and care. The pool and garden are also very nice. Evgeny is very friendly and helpful, always available to answer your questions! The water pressure of the sink is a bit low. If you travel with a big luggage there are stairs, get ready for some sports. In general, these are minor impediments and didn't bother our stay at all.
• Christoph (4/5): - Gute Lage für unsere Bedürfnisse (Ruhe, Sicherheit, ADO-Terminal, Verpflegung, Walmart). Badetücher und Shampoo stehen zur Verfügung. Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist vorhanden. Dies ist kein Hotel! Eher eine Wohung, deren Zimmer vermietet werden. Kommunikation war sehr umständlich. Kein Spanisch, kein Englisch nur Russisch (?) vor Ort. Weitere Sprachen über Whatsapp-Kontakt. Kurz vor Ankunft wurde angemeldet, dass eine Kaution von USD 200 verlangt wird. Beim Auschecken sehr misstrauisch, hat alle Badetücher und Bettwäsche akribisch auf Flecken kontrolliert.

As a solo female traveler, I felt incredibly safe and comfortable throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The artistic design of each room is an experience in itself – you can really feel the passion, creativity, and attention to detail that have been put into this place. The atmosphere is both inspiring and welcoming, making it much more than just a place to stay. I came across a few negative reviews before my trip, but I honestly cannot relate to them at all. Like in any well-run accommodation, there are certain house rules, but they are reasonable and clearly intended to ensure that everyone feels comfortable and respected. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe, inspiring, and memorable stay in Cancun.

• Pavel (10/5): The room is very spacious and comfortable - The Room is big and comfortable, it has a big king size bed and a queen size, big screen TV with Netflix and more ! The bathroom is great. Wifi is super fast. The neighbourhood is quiet and central. We had a great stay and our host was very accommodating.
• Joanne (1/5): I had to check out quickly due to the threatening behaviour of the owner. - This is a truly beautiful place. The bed was so good, and I arrived after a long flight. However this is more like a house where rooms are rented not a hotel. I ran into problems using the water station and tea and coffee making facilities which were in a shared area that had time limited access 10.30pm to 8.30pm no access it seems. I woke up jet lagged at 4am and had to get some water and thought as advertised I could use the tea and coffee making facilities as long as I was super quiet. I had an encounter with the owner in the shared facilites in the dark threatenting me with a $100 USD penalty for using these facilities. He said I had violated house policies. I had never seen these policies, as his mother checked me in and couldn't speak English. If I'd known the facilities were shared and time limited I wouldn't have booked the room on my way to another flight to Chiapas. I contacted Booking.com about this and they helped resolve the matter. The owner suggested he refund me and pretend I was never there, he'd take me to an ATM and I'd pay him for a night or two then we'd say no more about it. I refused to do that, but checked out at 3pm and let him have my second night's payment. He wanted to check me out, charge a disturbance fee of $50 then a late check out fee of $25 an hour, so another $75.00 for checking out at 3pm, despite me having paid in full for two nights. The most disturbing hospitality experience I'd ever had.

• Maria (10/5): Perfect stay four couples! - The attention to detail in the rooms is amazing. We had the chance to see different rooms and loved all of them. The room was super spacious and the bed very comfortable. There’s everything in the room you could need. There’s also unlimited free drinking water in the common area. Evgeny, the host, was always communicative and even waited for our late checkin and gave us some tips for the next days. We totally recommend the place.

It’s within a short walk of the Parque de las Palapas. A fun place to spend the evening and eat at several restaurants, bars, and food stands. Nothing.

It’s located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and its intimate atmosphere immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms are clean, and the beds are comfortable , exactly what you need after a long day of exploring. I also appreciated the thick, high-quality towels – it’s the little details that really make a difference! Guests have access to a well-equipped kitchen, which is great if you want to prepare your own meals. There’s also drinking water, coffee, and tea available, which was a nice touch. A big highlight is Evgeny – an incredibly helpful and knowledgeable host. He’s always happy to give advice on where to eat, what to see, and how to best plan your day. You can really tell that he cares about making sure every guest has a great stay. The hotel itself is small but charming and creatively designed – you can see the attention to detail that gives it a unique character. It’s the perfect spot for those who value peace, a cozy atmosphere, and friendly service. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for something more authentic than large chain resorts!

• Denis (9/5): Superb - Great design, easy to find, very clean. I got an early checkin for free. Many doors to come in. No kettle in the room, only in the kitchen. You must be carefull when leave the location and drop the key in the kitchen. It's easy to lock yourself in the hall.

• Jonathan (9/5): Lovely place - Very good communication and check in was easy. Located not far from a large mall and not too far from Cancun centro on a nice quiet street. Lovely room that was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The terrace was a bonus as well. AC and WiFi both worked well. Only negatives were that the bed was a little small (plenty room for bigger bed) and shower had poor water pressure. Not huge issues though and didn't spoil a nice stay.
• Pete (10/5): Brilliant stay 10/10 - Great stay! Beautifully designed very aesthetic property on a lovely road. Stunning (huge) pool in the back garden that felt like you were staying in a Spanish villa, super relaxing and cooling. Room was excellent with perfect facilities (aircon works great, shower temperature and pressure warm etc etc). AND a lovely kitchen we could use after a long day trip. Host insanely helpful - offered us use of his sauces and condiments ! Nothing at all - if you’re staying in Cancun - stay here.
• Hayley (10/5): Exceptional - So much attention to detail and care at this charming guesthouse! I've gotten used to being a little let down because people have gotten so good at taking pictures and framing, but our room was actually better in person! Super convenient location if you want to check out El Centro neighborhood. Evgeny was very helpful and had some great suggestions for local eats and sights as well! Had a short trip and unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the pool, maybe next time :)
• Farid (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, 8 minutes walk to city center. Cozy pool access, very friendly owner I would say cheapest and the best hotel in Cancun downtown with the pool access
• Valerie (2/5): a gong show, we left immediately. - oops ! The lady seemed nice. But: The owner didn’t d not speak Spanish or English. The picture of the pool on Booking.com looked gorgeous. In reality one side had a derelict, junky yard, The pool had overgrown grass around it and the stairs up to the third floor had no handrail and was steep and twisted. There were no restaurants which could be walked to in the area. We left immediately, luckily our cab driver found us another hotel to stay at. see above also If would like a refund if that is possible. I would not recommend that this place to anyone
• Jacuzzi (10/5): Exceptional - We had a very great stay! Our room and bathroom were nicely furnished and very clean. The owner was super nice and accommodating. Check in was easy, Internet was great and the air conditioning was good too! We absolutely recommend the hotel!

• Daan (9/5): Very well equipped room and a big pool - The room is very well equipped and comfortable: perfect wifi, fan and air conditioning, a tv , nice warm shower! I slept like an angel in the bed . There is a swimming pool in the garden and a kitchen if u like to use it, there is free water available. The host contacted me before arriving and made sure I had a smooth arrival and stay in Cancun.
• Lia (8/5): Felt Safe and Comfortable - I liked the quietness, privacy, safety of the place and friendliness of the owner. The local coffee shop and the restaurant he recommend were excellent, and I was very happy with them. The proximity of the Cancun downtown and the Hotel Zone was very good, too. I can definitely come back for my next trip to Cancun. The water pressure was low. I wished I had access to watching local and international cable news.
• Sara (8/5): Great alternative to the high rise area - a low key but comfortable hotel with friendly host close to town. Perfect for - Quiet residential location but close to Cancun centre so easy walking or taxi to destinations. A pleasant change from the high rises

• Robert (8/5): Good, AC need some attention though - Good location in downtown Cancun. A/C unit struggled to keep the room cool, took at least a hour to get to an ok temperature and would turn off in the the middle of the night or after a certain amount of time. We would wake up and be hot. Should be an easy fix for the host.
