I would particularly like to thank Bekir, Ilyas, Hanife :), Erika and the whole team. In the months since my last stay, the hotel has made significant progress, introducing improvements and carrying out renovations. Каждый день приносили воду в номер. Вкусный завтрак. Много овощей, сыра, яйца, неплохая выпечка. Учитывая цены в данном районе на еду, завтрак того стоит 100%. Clean room, great staff, great breakfast (more varied than the last time), all items were delicious and fruits & vegetables were fresh. The staff was particularly awesome and I want to personally thank Bekir, Ozgur and Ilker for their kindndess, professionalism and eagerness to help. The free WiFi provided by the hotel was also great. Very stable and very fast allowing me to work online (handling large files in the cloud) with no interruptions or slowdowns. When we return to Istanbul, Artafes will be the one an only choice for us!

Ottimo staff, bravo Ogzur, tanti consigli e ci ha persino dato la istanbul kard per prendere i mezzi da caricare. Qualche rumore dalla strada, c'è un karaoke bar, ma sopportabile.

- Xian (9/5): - The hotel is in an excellent location. It is about a five-minute walk to Sultanahmet Square. It is a much quieter neighborhood than Sultanahmet Square, but you can still find some very nice restaurants just across the street or on the same block as the hotel. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. Ozgllr, working at Frondesk, kindly guided us through our early check-in because we traveled through an eight-hour night bus and arrived at the hotel very early in the morning. He was very patient in explaining the whole process to us. He even offered us a free breakfast in the hotel. The room that we booked is the only family room with a balcony and ocean view in the hotel. It is a little outdated, but very comfy for the price. The room is a good size for three people. The balcony and ocean view are a plus. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is well-maintained and spacious enough. I will highly recommend this hotel.

- Olga (10/5): Perfect location for affordable price - The place was even better then we expected: the view from the roof is amazing, you can see the Blue Mosque and Bosporus as they are both really close. The personnel was very polite. Bekir at the reception was ready to help any time, with baggage, transfer or any our request. We were treated not like clients but like guests, with warm Turkish hospitality. It was a little bit difficult to find at first. But any local at the street was ready to help and knew the place.

Рядом с отелем социальная локанта, в которой можно покушать за очень скромную сумму, так же есть классные кафе. Отдельное спасибо Ozgurr, который нас провожал)

- Johanna (9/5): - Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter mit vielen Tipps und Buchungsunterstützung. Sehr schöner Blick von der Dachterasse und gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Und sehr gute Lage nahe der blauen Moschee in der Altstadt, aber trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
- Vladimíra (8/5): - Výborná lokalita v blízkosti historického centra, významné památky v dosahu cca 1 km. Snídaně byla sice dostačující, ale pro hosty, kteří jsou zvyklí na kontinentální nebo britskou snídani, byla možnost výběru velmi omezená (pouze nakrájené dva druhy baget, bez míchaných vajíček, jeden druh salámu, bez pomerančového džusu); na výběr byly různé druhy salátů - těstovinový, cizrnový, mrkvový apod.). Pravidelný úklid, výměna ručníků, doplňování kávy a čaje k přípravě na pokoji. Pokoj (pokoj č. 201) byl velmi čistý, útulný, ale pro dvě osoby naprosto nedostatečně vybavený úložným prostorem pro oblečení a osobní věci; pouze jedna úzká šatní skříň, bez odkládacího prostoru pro zavazadla, bez možnosti odložení oblečení na věšák (destinaci jsme navštívili v únoru), pouze jeden noční stolek. Na televizi se dal naladit pouze jeden jediný program, byť v nabídce je uvedena satelitní televize.

El desayuno es espectacular sobre todo considerando el precio. - Ozgurr fue un host genial y nos informó de todo lo necesario para nuestra visita al llegar. Estuvo atento a cualquier duda que tuviéramos y nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitamos durante la estancia. Además fue muy amigable y cercano, lo que nos hizo sentirnos como en casa.

Camera scarsamente insonorizzata con rumori notturni sia esterni che dalle scale. Colazione abbondante ma solo salata. Unica alternativa cereali e latte.

I had to leave after 2 nights to return home due to the death of my son. - the hotel was well located and I liked the locale Although we had been out for most of the day, my room was not made up or the bathroom cleaned. No one from housekeeping even came to check. The closet was not well maintained inside even though the door seemed new. There were not enough clothes hangers and there were no shelves to store ones clothes. The fridge in the room was noisy and kept switching on and off. There should at least be a proper towel rail and some hooks in the bathroom to hang up a handtowel and facecloth. There was no shelf in the shower to place ones shower gel and shampoo. there was no glass/ mug to store ones toothbrush There was no fresh fruit at breakfast only the usual vegetable salads.

- Vinyet (5/5): No vale la pena, mejor pagar un poco más para tener un servicio mínimo de hotel - Se encuentra en un lugar céntrico. Me ofrecieron llamar el transfer por mi tanto en la ida como en la vuelta. 1- No vinieron ni un día limpiar la habitación, llegamos a nuestra habitación y habían pelos en la ducha de la huésped anterior. 2-Pedí dos veces que vinieran a limpiar la habitación y sólo vinieron ese día a reponer toallas, ni entraron a pasar la aspiradora ni a hacer la cama ni tan siquiera reponieron el papel de vater. 3- La habitación tiene porticones en las ventanas que al haber viento, suenan toda la noche dando golpes. No importa que tú las pongas bien porqué la de las demás habitaciones van a estar sonando todas las noches. 4- En el desayuno no hay ni una pieza de fruta

Клининг оставляет желать лучшего. За 10 дней, что мы жили в отеле, ни разу не поменяли постельное бельё. Пол мыли всего один раз.

We stayed for 4 nights - it was very off putting that the breakfast staff were coughing without covering their mouths. Breakfast was average - as a couple of days they didn’t refill plates eg eggs, pastries, cakes Turkish salads were great One of the 3 rooms was very damp & if you open the window the smoke from outside filled the room.

- Carolina (7/5): Normal - Me toco una habitación que daba a la calle. El problema es que hace mucho viendo y tienen sobre ventanas de madera y con el viento sonaban muy duro en la noche por lo que no se podía dormir bien.
