'Ηταν εύκολη η πρόσβαση του ξενοδοχείου να μεταβούμε σε διάφορους προορισμούς. Δεν μου άρεσε στο δωμάτιο όταν μπήκε η ξαδέρφη μου δεν ήταν καθαρό το μπάνιο και υπήρχαν χαρτιά στον κάλαθο της τουαλέτας. Δεν είχαν καλό WI-FI. το ψηγείο στο mini bar δεν ήταν καθαρό και δεν καθαριζόταν το δωμάτιο επί καθημερινής βάσεως εαν δεν το ζητούσαν οι ίδιοι.

Standard 3 to 4 star hotel. - Comfortable bed, very clean room, sheets, bathroom etc. Room was a decent size View was alright (we could see Mt Ararat) Nice quiet street, no noise from traffic Friendly helpful staff Good location Breakfast was alright, reasonable selection. Free spring water in rooms. (Breakfast selection was: bean/beetroot salad, cheeses, sausages, ham, breads, ham omelette, rice, buckwheat, boiled eggs, apple/orange/banana, 3 types of yoghurts, jams, two types of cereals, pancakes. Wifi was very weak, almost unusable in the room. Shower was partly broken, very weak flow of water No cups, spoons or kettle in the room (they did bring a kettle when we asked) Listing says jacuzzi is available, but we asked and it was closed for renovations Pool table is listed, but the cues are broken and table is sloping. Breakfast has a bit limited selection for vegetarians. (needs more salads)

Room was comfy, they have private parking area, no noise, breakfast was fine, so overall it is perfect stay for a person who has life changing exam to pass.

331brucel (8/5): Beautiful building with ordinary bed. - The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is tastefully furnished. Floors are marble and bathroom walls are also marble. The room was large and comfortable for a week long stay. A lift as well as stairs services upper floors. A well supplied breakfast bar and dining room caters for guests. The girl replenishing the breakfast bar and waiting in the dining room at night was very shy and avoided guests and so was slow to clear used plates and replenish the bar. We dined in on our first night (the only diners!) and found the menu inflexible and the food overcooked. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve found in any hotel. This facility has great potential and so many positive features. The negatives could be readily tweaked to provide an outstanding experience.

The arranged a doctor in 5 minutes and we all become the right medicine. Compliments! The badroom was dedated. They should build modern. The sleepingroom was good.

The staff were extremely kind and supportive, always ready to help with anything we needed. They truly made our stay easier and more comfortable during a stressful time. Our room was clean, cozy, and quiet – exactly what we needed for rest and concentration. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming. The room has nothing to do with the pictures that are shown on Booking. The rooms/furniture are very old and the cleanliness is not the best. The room has no AC so it was very hot at times. The bed was not very comfortable.

My family and I would like to highlight one of the amazing, very friendly staff members, Mr. Arman (concierge). A truly gem in the hotel. He is super attentive, very friendly, helpful and informative. Whenever we need assistance, he is professional as he is prompt in attending to our inquiry and request. We will surely come back to Armenia and will choose to stay here again.

There is very little choice for eating, no juice of any kind, the cappuccino or latte, that's is the basic for any breakfast comes with extra charge (not mentioned anywhere) and it's done with nescafé instant coffee (or at least it tastes like instant coffee) 2. The street is completely without lights, so when it's dark it's impossible to walk back to the hotel 3. The pillows are of poor quality, and the bedding lacks protective covers, exposing visible yellow sweat stains. Additionally, there is a considerable amount of rubbish under the bed, indicating that the cleaning staff neglect to check this area. Inadequate Soundproofing: The sound insulation throughout the building is substandard. Conversations and footsteps from the hallway are clearly audible in the rooms, and whenever water is used, there is a loud noise that echoes in the room. Moreover, conversations, TV noise, and other sounds from adjacent rooms can be heard easily. Despite the policy prohibiting guests after 12 AM, parties in the restaurant are allowed to continue until 6 AM, creating disturbances for other guests. The staff appears indifferent to these issues, allowing disruptive behavior to go unchecked. Lack of Proper Management: The hotel shows a significant lack of management oversight. The rooms are poorly maintained, and essential amenities such as drinking water, tea, and cups are not provided. Ironically, while a kettle is supplied, there is no water to use with it. Room Maintenance Issues: Upon check-in, I had to compile a list of issues that were never addressed during my week-long stay. The shower system is poorly designed, with both the shower head and rain shower splashing water uncontrollably, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. The lights in the shower area flicker continuously, creating an unsettling atmosphere. The ventilation system is clogged with thick dust, preventing proper airflow. Additionally, the shower cubicle lacks proper sealing, causing water to flood the bathroom during use. There is also a large, unsightly stain on the bedroom wall, which appears to have been caused by a previous guest. Due to nearby construction, the room fills with dust when the windows are opened, yet the air conditioning is turned off to conserve energy. Breakfast and Service Quality: While the breakfast provided is acceptable, the staff does not prepare enough food for all guests. Only one staff member is seen handling the breakfast service, moving at a slow pace and bringing out items one at a time, which creates unnecessary delays for guests.
