• Karina (3/5): - Location I booked a 1 bed but they overbooked and didn’t have it anymore so they gave us a double full bed. So uncomfortable to sleep. Also shower head is horrible, the water barely gets out. Couldn’t even wash my hair. Really disappointed for a couple getaway weekend.

• paul (7/5): Good place for a layover - Room and beds were clean. A/c worked really well. The entrance is at the rear of the building. Its not really easy to know if your at the entrance, no signs that i saw. Its also poorly lit. We arrived at 2am and it felt a little sketchy. A women could easily feel unsafe but once your inside its all good. Its nothing special but its a good place for a layover when waiting for a plane or boat. Price was inline with expectations. If they could increase lghting and put a sign at the entrance it would be much better

Apartamento muito confortável, silencioso, janelas fixas (sem perigo para crianças pequenas) , mas com vistas lindas! Camas confortáveis com roupas de cama limpas, assim como as roupas de banho. Excelente limpeza, apartamento totalmente funcional com utensílios de cozinha, fogão, microondas, lavadora, secadora de roupas, geladeira, funcionários agradáveis, facilidade de localização, estacionamento prático em frente à entrada do prédio dos apartamentos e shuttle todos os dias na recepção com vários horários de ida e volta para os parques da Universal - gratuitos e funcionais, tudo maravilhoso! Duas camas enormes e confortáveis e um sofá cama de casal bem ok. Localização excelente perto de tudo, da International Drive, parques, delas atrações e pontos de compras de Orlando. Chuveiro, como a esmagadora maioria em Orlando, super fraco, infelizmente. Mas funcional. Houve cobrança extra sem nenhum local mencionar isso na reserva do Booking por termos chegado na madrugada após o horário de check in. Horário era 16:00 e chegamos após, meia noite. Avisamos no ato da reserva e nada foi mencionado que teria cobrança por chegarmos após o horário de check in. Também houve cobrança de taxa de resort embora não tenha mencionado isso na reserva pelo Booking e estarem incluídas e estamos aguardando resolução pelo Booking diante dessas cobranças indevidas.

Niejasny regulamin rezerwacji (ze względu na opóźniony lot, przyleciałyśmy do Miami dzień później niż była pierwotna -opłacona w całości - rezerwacja. Przesłałyśmy tą informacje do obsługi booking, jednak nie przesłali oni tego do obiektu. Finalnie po przybyciu do hotelu, okazało się, że nasza rezerwacja została anulowana z powodu „no-show”. Musiałyśmy ponownie zarezerwować i zapłacić za pobyt. Jednak na ten dzień nie było już wolnych pokoi i od 22 do 4 rano „spałyśmy” na korytarzu.), brak wyposażenia kuchni - kawę piłyśmy w plastikowych kubkach, po każdą rzecz trzeba iść do recepcji, ale nie zawsze jest to dostępne (na przykład patelnia do jajecznicy).

Problem is I came down on vacation wanting to lay at the pool and relax, but you’re entire facility was under construction so the pool was closed and the place was a mess. It was very disappointing to me, but you offered me to go to a pool that was 20 miles away that really didn’t help any.

I cannot rate the breakfast, for I enjoyed my slumber and slept in the morning I spent. I will share my thoughts when I visit again. Also, the location is perfect! Being in the middle of Miracle Mile is amazing! I was able to walk to get boba, pizza, Denny's, and even stop by Ross, all two minutes apart walking! Good easy spot to stay at! The halls feel a little bit crusty. It can just feel really warm, but the rooms have good AC so it's not a big deal. Not at all a dealbreaker.

Even though I stayed in a very safe area, anyone could just walk in and take the elevator. No control y elevator by a security person. Also I spend 22 days with only one elevator working. The second elevator was never fixed while I stayed there
