• René (7/5): - Ein und Auschecken sehr unkompliziert. Zimmerausstattung gut. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig umd am Abend ist es auf den Gängen sehr lange sehr laut.

• Enno (6/5): - Stabiles komfortables Bett, hilfsbereites freundliches Personal Ist ein Hostel u.a. mit Bussen von Klassenfahrten, sprich jüngeres Publikum, was sehr laut ist. Ich hatte zwar ein eigenes Bad, aber den Flur dorthin teilt man sich mit dem Nebenzimmer, so dass überraschende Begegnungen die logische Folge sind. Beim Duschkopf spritzt das Wasser aus allen Seiten. Da könnte man auch mal die Kollegen vom Facility Management durch die Zimmer ziehen lassen. Ansonsten Selfservice beim Check-In. Ist nicht schlimm, aber ich persönlich mag es, mit Menschen zu tun zu haben.

• Stephanie (4/5): - Das Frühstück war super, war ausreichend. Da wir 2x umziehen mußten/ wollten. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war unter Sau. Tisch hatte glasrand Flecken, die Wand war dreckig mit Paprika kernen und so weiter, ich hatte 3x eine Reinigung bestellt es kam keine. Die Rezeption abends das " müss ich früh klären", die früh Schicht " ich kümmer mich " nichts passiert. Beim 1 Fahrstuhl war kein Licht...
• Joana (5/5): - Staff was very nice and helpful I have been to many A&O hotels around Germany and I have always booked the same type of room.While I was booking I had no idea that in this specific location the bathroom is outside of the room and although its “private” I had a man from the other room try to walk into my bathroom while I was inside.

• Timo (3/5): Auf keinen Fall buchen! Höchstens als Schulklasse. - Es war zu dem Zeitpunkt das günstigste Hotel und trotzdem viel viel viel zu teuer. Unbequeme Betten wie im Knast. Laut. Stinkig. Dreckig.

• Sabrina (9/5): Toller Aufenthalt, super Preis - Leistung, gerne wieder vorallem mit Kindern - Große Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, Pancake-Maschine Preis-Leistung wirklich top. Trotz vieler Gäste war der Frühstücksraum nicht überfüllt und die Lautstärke im Flur gering.

• Zschocke (5/5): - Das Badezimmer kann nur als dreckig bezeichnet werden. Schimmel an Lüfter und Decke, die Dusche wurde so wie sie aussieht schon länger nicht geputzt, ebenso das Waschbecken. Wir mussten die Badezimmertür den ganzen Tag offen lassen, da es sonst unglaublich muffig im Bad roch. Die Betten waren nicht bezogen, die Bettwäsche lag nur drauf, sodass wir es alleine beziehen mussten. Die Bettwäsche hatte Löcher und auch kleine Flecken.
• Anja (8/5): Schönes Hotel - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und man kommt von dort überall hin. Die Lobby ist schön groß und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war wie erwartet gut. Es sollte mehr darauf geachtet werden, dass wenn man mit Kindern reist, man nicht auf eine Etage ein Zimmer bekommt, wo große Gruppen von Jugendlichen wohnen. Dadurch war es Abends und auch teilweise nachts sehr laut auf dem Flur. Ich bin davon regelmäßig wach geworden. Das war nicht so schön. Und wenn man was gesagt hat, würde man beschimpft.

• Torsten (4/5): Nie wieder, absolut nicht zu empfehlen! - Nichts…… Rings um dem Hotel keine Parkplätze. Ein paar eigene die zur Verfügung stehen, kosten 12,50€/ je Nacht. Personal was da ist, kann kaum deutsch sprechen! Die Zimmer sehr dreckig, Laminatböden, sehr staubig. Badboden sehr dreckig. Armaturen, Waschbecken, Toi alles im unsauberen Zustand! Im Bad ein völlig verrosteter Heizkörper, unmittelbar über dem Waschbecken eine Steckdose die lose aus der Wand hing! Waschbecken nur heißes Wasser….

• Claudia (6/5): - Ich war mit meinen 2 Kindern für eine Nacht dort. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt völlig okay. Es fehlt an ausreichenden Personal. Beim Frühstück wurde nicht zügig nachgefüllt. Die Tische waren dreckig.

• Marcos (2/5): Dirty - Good location Completely dirty. The bedsheets was dirty and disgusting. The shower didn’t work, the windows were broken and the bathroom was dirty.
• Dennis (7/5): Not bad - Clean and comfortable. Plenty of storage space in furniture and also a table with two chairs. A bit old fashioned and looked like a youth hostel rather than the more stylish pictures online. The bathroom was a separate room with a sliding door that didn't seem to function properly - it was possible to close the door, but it was hard to lock it. What is more is the lock was extremely loud and I was worried about waking the people in the adjacent room. Also having the light switch outside in a small hallway shared with another room and their bathroom is not ideal if you don't want your light switched off while you're inside...

• Sonja (7/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist verkehrsgünstig,man kommt mit den Öffis zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Leider war es sehr laut auf unserer Etage,da dort auch viele Schulklassen und Sportvereine waren.

• Pia (6/5): Ja war ok. A&O ist einfach, aber ok - Das Hotel ist günstig und befindet sich in zentraler Lage. Das Frühstück war schlecht. Kein Brot (nur eine Art helle Brötchen). Nicht aufgefüllt, wenn etwas gefehlt hat, schmutzige Tische. Wir waren schon oft in A&O Hotels, aber das Frühstück war sehr schlecht.

• Ute (9/5): Wiedermal im Kolumbus übernachtet - Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Berlin haben wir schön öfter im Hostel übernachtet. Die Zimmer sind einfach und spartanisch eingerichtet aber das Zimmer und Bad sind immer picobello sauber! Auch das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der nächtliche Lärm, den die im Hostel wohnenden Jugend, macht. Aber naja, wir waren auch mal jung und haben nicht nachgedacht.

• Gisell Mariana (3/5): Mal - Es un lugar para estar de paso si te gusta la experiencia de hostal, por qué realmente más de una noche no se aguanta allí, salimos antes del hostal por qué tenía mal olor, el baño siempre estaba terrible, las habitaciones no tienen ventilación y siempre está haciendo demasiado calor desde que ingresar al lugar, tener en cuenta que no te dan toalla, tienes que pagarlas, si quieres usar la cocina debes dejar un depósito de 20 euros, el ascensor no llega al último piso, está sucio, realmente no es un lugar chévere para quedarse.

• Lia (4/5): Gran incomodidad en Berlin - La amabilidad de todo el personal El estado deplorable del inmueble porque se presentó una emergencia de tuberías de aguas negras en nuestro baño, afectando no solo el confort esperado durante la noche, sino en alto grado nuestra salubridad y gran incomodidad por la imposibilidad de utilizar el sanitario y la ducha, al dia siguiente tampoco pudimos ducharnos puesto que solo fuimos trasladadas a otra habitación después de las 3:00 pm En esta nueva habitación no nos entregaron toallas, ni ropa de cama para el camarote la ducha no tenía jabón en ninguna de las dos habitaciones

• Sabine (4/5): - Das Personal war freundlich und das Frühstück war gut. Es war alles reichlich vorhanden was man braucht. 2Zimmer sind mit einem Flur verbunden über den man gehen muss wenn man ins Bad geht. Das Treppenhaus und die Flure waren sehr schmutzig.
• Sabine (5/5): Laut, schmutzig, abgewohnt, unfreundlich - Die Lage war gut Es ist kein Hotel sondern mehr eine Jugendherberge. Die Zimmer sind schmutzig. Um ins Bad zu kommen geht man durch ein gemeinsames Zwischenzimmer mit dem Nachbarzimmer. Frühstück sehr überschaubar.

• Ema (3/5): - It seemed to me like they stuffed 4 beds into a room for two and call it a hostel. There were no lockers and nowhere to put my stuff in the room. Also had to make my own bed, as i got the bedding at the reception, which is funny for the relatively high price of the place.

• Christian (5/5): - Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war stark die in Jahre gekommen, den Türgriff hatte man fast in der Hand und die Dusche ist halb auseinander gefallen. Außerdem war sie verschimmelt. Der Boden war nicht richtig gereinigt, in den Ecken sogar stark verdreckt. Wirklich nur zum Übernachten geeignet, man sollte nicht zu viel erwarten.

• Augustas (7/5): Great stay with little shenanigans. - Beds are comfy, the location, despite it being further away from public connection spots, is great. Plug outlets next to bed. First night, my room was completely full. Coming back after night out, I saw all the beds were occupied, which should not have been the case. Thankfully, reception did handle the matter just fine, as it turns out, one person did not have the booking in the room. Hopefully such scenarios will not happen again.
