Breakfast was good. Rooms clean and comfortable. Location walking distance from many attractions. It's on a busy street and there are no grand halls or large lobby for space efficiency. Still enjoyed lobby for sharing wine or coffee with my group and people watched in serene setting.

Room was clean and comfortable, although it took me a while to work out how to control the lights. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was very good, including the early morning breakfast box. The location was perfect for getting around the city, and the rooms were comfortable and clean too, which my mom really loved! What really stood out to us was the genuine hospitality. A special thank you to Kristel, who went out of her way to help us during our stay. She was kind, attentive, and made us feel truly cared for. It really made our stay feel extra special, and we’ll surely stay here again the next time we’re in Florence.

From the moment I arrived, they were both incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. Kristel made check-in smooth and easy, always with a warm smile and great attention to detail. John was equally helpful, going above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help truly made a difference and gave the hotel a personal touch that you don’t always find. It’s clear they genuinely care about guests and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this hotel, and I want to thank Kristel and John again for making my stay so pleasant!

The rooms were greatly decorated and very comfortable to stay in! The value was great considering all the stuff they had to offer. The cleanliness was great, even in the bathroom there was barely any mess. The noise level was quiet and we could hear each other talk! The service was very polite, nice, and quick! The breakfast was really good; there was a lot of variety! Jessica, Carla, and David provided outstanding service! The bathroom has plenty of amenities we needed! The shampoo, conditioner, and soap worked really well! Overall this stay was magnificent! If we ever come to Florence again we now know where to stay!

There is also a decent sized grocery store on the way to the hotel from the station Rooms are comfortable and cleaned everyday. Has a fridge and safe as standard. Staff are polite and very helpful with local information. I would definitely stay here again

We were even given an early check in which suited us as we could unpack before exploring the city. Our room was on the first floor. The room was very compact although very clean and everything we required. Lovely toiletries and plenty of towels in the bathroom . Large tv , safe and fridge in the room. Minibar reasonably priced and plenty of room for your own items. Breakfast was lovely with a large variety of items available including various cereals , scrambled eggs, bacon, pancakes , fresh fruit and juices etc. etc. The breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a great experience with a superb location.

The receptionists made every day good with their warm smiles especially Kristel. She has made the check-in process seamless and even put a goodie bag the night before my check-out. It's the little things that make you really happy. I can't wait to be back again!

christinakA8463WL (10/5): Lovely boutique hotel - Just had a lovely 3 nights stay. Location was perfect. Near the train station, 10 mins walk to the Duomo Florence and 5 mins walk to the Mercato Centrale. Room was clean and they have Sky TV for English speaking guests. Staff were helpful and friendly. A shoutout to Jem who never fails to greet you with a smile at the breakfast area, making sure guests have their coffee to start the day.
U8455UXjulianp (10/5): 10/10! - 10/10. Market Urban Hotel is a fantastic place to stay in Florence. Everyone was very kind, the room was very clean, and there was all the amenities you could ask for. Breakfast was also amazing and my day was made brighter by both Jem and Nika who contributed to the fantastic service. No complaints!

662hyunj (10/5): Jjang! Best hotel in Florence - A small but really good hotel in Florence. We went here because of the good reviews, and it didn't disappoint. The room is really clean and well maintained. The only thing maybe is the elevator, the loud sound startled us when we first rode on it. The receptionists are all really warm and kind, in particular the girl, Kristel. She greeted us with a big smile, and as asians, we felt welcome already. The check-in process is fast. And after all of our questions, she still remained smiley and still ready to help us. 5/5 for her. The best! A plus also for the ladies in the breakfast hall!

charlesmE9706LM (10/5): Great Place to Stay in Florence - The staff at check in and checkout were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was good and again, the breakfast staff (Jessica, Carla, and David) was friendly and helpful. The kids all loved the mini donuts and pastries. Really easy to get to and from SMN station and within 10-15 minute walk of most attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

The real highlight is definitely the cappuccino — it’s absolutely delicious and prepared with great care. I would also like to especially mention the staff members Jessica, Carla, and Nika, who were incredibly attentive, kind, and helpful at all times. They truly made the experience even more special. Without a doubt, it’s a breakfast that makes a real difference in the overall stay!

Super limpio, buen desayuno y gran relación precio / calidad. Destaco el apoyo del recepcionista Giovanni a la llegada, ubicándonos en el mapa y dándonos buenos datos. Our favourite part of the stay was being able to enjoy the savoury breakfast presented by the kind and friendly staff. Carla, Jessica and Nika, whom were apart of the breakfast team, always greeted my family with a radiant smile, world-class hospitality and delicious coffee. Joseph, Jasper, Giovanni, and David were accomodating and professional receptionist. They welcomed our family as we first entered the hotel with a warm smile and were able to satisfy any of my family’s needs. Overall, my family found our stay at The Market Urban Hotel as fun and professional and definitely a highlight to remember. We give special thanks to the staff named above as they made our stay extremely special.
