More (1/5): Dispointed. - Location The room which i booked was not allotted. I inquired before checking in and they said it's a superior double room but what they allotted was a king room which i skipped booking. When I called after getting into the room to the service desk they said we don't have any category like a superior double room which was shocking. How they confirm before check in. I was disappointed. The carpet of the room allotted looked like it was not clear for years. Will not book again at the park plaza for sure.

Izbor, način pripreme i serviranja doručka mi se nikako nije svidio, nije se uklapao u ovaj hotel. hotel je divan, soba isto, a kad sam došla na doručak jako jako loše, kao da sam u drugom (punooo lošijem) hotelu.

Cela a rendu notre séjour extraordinaire. Merci à la jeune qui s’est occupé de nous. Les jeunes hommes qui nous ont aidé avec nos valises étaient très souriant et serviable. Le jour de notre départ, un monsieur en costume avait l’air contrarié que je lui demande de pouvoir récupérer nos valises. Il m’a demandé de venir les récupérer moi-même dans la salle où sont stockés les bagages.

The hotel was perfect for our weekend break, very close to theatres playing two of the best musicals in London (Hamilton and Wicked) and close to all main objectives. The area is very well connected by bus, tube or train, so it was an excellent choice. Not related to the hotel in particular but to Central London in general - there were a few homeless people in the vicinity, which made us feel a bit unsafe at times, although nothing actually happened.

Kelly (7/5): Great location - Park Plaza Victoria was only a few minutes from the theatre, so it was ideal for us. We didn't have much interaction with the staff apart from check-in and out, and they seemed nice. We booked a twin room and were given a double, but we were fine with that as the bed was so big, and honestly, it's probably the best sleep in a hotel I've had. The room was spotless, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower. Not more I could have asked for. Was really looking forward to the late checkout, but we were woken early by the window cleaners talking to each other outside.

Kathleen (8/5): Top Hotel in einer exzellenten Lage mit schönen, großen und geräumigen Zimmern. - Dieses Hotel befindet sich in einer Toplage; zur Victoria-Station keine 100 m. An diesem Bahnhof kommen sowohl Züge als auch sämtliche Tubes und Busse an. Hätte nicht besser gelegen sein können. Rings um das Hotel befinden sich Gastronomien und auch Supermärkte. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Aber beim Sprechen hätten sie etwas deutlicher sein können - wir sind keine native speaker ;) Mit Nachfragen klappte aber auch die Verständigung. Frühstück gut und ausreichend, man wird als Nicht-Brite satt ;) Betten sehr bequem, mega große Zimmer, kostenfreies Wasser sowie Tee auf dem Zimmer; Pflegeprodukte (Shampoo, Conditioner, Bodylotion) vorhanden; unser Zimmer hatte eine separate Dusche und eine Badewanne Zimmerreinigung war ok - haben wir in den 6 Tagen allerdings nur einmal in Anspruch genommen Beleuchtung wurde mit Smart Home gesteuert, Highlight war, dass die Vorhänge auf Knopfdruck geöffnet / geschlossen werden konnten Klimaanlage / Heizung ebenfalls über Smart Home Steuerung; nachts allerdings nicht ganz geräuschlos Riesengroßer Fernseher im Zimmer, leider für uns nicht nutzbar, da zwar deutsche Programme in der Senderliste gelistet waren, aber nicht aufrufbar waren; Streaming war ohne britische Tools nicht möglich; Wlan war gut - Achtung: Bettdecken 2x2 m groß - da ich mit meiner Tochter gereist bin, haben wir uns noch eine 2. Decke bringen lassen - zu wenige Haken / Ablagemöglichkeiten im riesigen Badezimmer - Badezimmer raumhoch mit dunklen Fliesen; daher recht dunkel und das Licht im Badezimmer / am Spiegel war dazu eher mäßig - kein Fön im Badezimmer ansteckbar (Steckdose nur für Rasierapparate)

INGRIDA (8/5): - The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are neat and clean. I had booked two rooms. I paid for both before arriving. On the day of arrival, the staff did not see the payment. They wanted me to pay again. After providing information that I had paid, we were accommodated. But when we left the hotel, they still deducted half of the amount already paid from the card. The hotel admitted that it was a mistake. But they did not return the money on time. After these events, I wonder if they can be trusted.

Gerard (10/5): - The staff were very helpful. We were upgraded to a queen size bed but needed 2 single beds and they accomodated immediately. We had everything we needed for a perfect time. There was nothing we didn't like.

Pollington (10/5): Sad it was only for 1 night, would liked to have gone to a theater that was close by. - Breakfast was delicious,lots to choose from. The hotel was conveniently close to the station that we wanted. I like a room that has a sofa to sit on rather than just a bed. Nothing.

Ann (8/5): Lovel stay - This is a lovely property so close to Victoria Station. It is convenient to the Underground and local restaurants. The rooms are very large in comparison to other properties. All was very nice. The property did feel a little worn but not in poor condition.

Sue (9/5): Smashing hotel and within short walk of Victoria train and tube station - The location was perfect for where we needed to be in London. Our room was very modern and comfortable, plus it was so peaceful, you couldn’t hear any street noise so we had a restful sleep. All the staff were polite and helpful. I can’t comment on the food as we ate out. I highly rate this hotel and would return. Nothing that I can complain about.

Elisa (9/5): Ambienti sofisticati e moderni - Hall e camera bellissime. Ambienti gradevoli e raffinati. Ottimo il Check out entro le ore 12. Personale molto disponibile e gentile. Ritornerò sicuramente. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo. Infissi non insonorizzati. Si sente il traffico delle auto , nonostante fossimo al 4^ piano. La luce del bagno è troppo bassa. Essendo vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni purtroppo la zona è frequentata da numerosi senzatetto non piacevoli da vedere ma non è colpa dell'hotel.
Mona-Lisa79 (10/5): - Im Hotel wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und die Koffer konnten schon 4 Stunden vor dem regulären Check-in abgegeben werden. Unerwarteter Weise erhielten wir ein Upgrade auf ein Appartement. Das Apartment war groß (2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Badewanne und ein Wohn-/Esszimmer mit Küchenecke) und in einem normalen Zustand. Ein Begrüßungsgetränk gab es ebenfalls an der Bar. Die Lage war sehr gut. Frühstück hervorragend!!! Auch am Abreisetag wurden die Koffer noch über mehrere Stunden aufbewahrt. Alles in allem sehr komfortabel. Gar nichts, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt.

The only thing was the finicky little button in the room, regardless I had an amazing experience:)
