• rodallen (9/5): Sanctuary at Salles - Breakfast, location for old town, roof top bar. Very limited access to roof top pool. Only 10 loungers and always full or towelled!
• Paul (8/5): - The roof top pool and bar . The food was good as well. The shower/bath . No hand rails anywhere. Bath was also very slippery when in the shower , need a mat . Bath also took 25 minutes plus to fill if you wanted a bath . The shower screen also leaked badly.
• Jutta (9/5): Sehr nettes Stadthotel mit gutem Frühstück - Sehr leckeres Frühstück, bei dem immer wieder alles aufgefüllt wurde bis fast zum Ende der Frühstückszeit. In die Altstadt ist man in wenigen Minuten, ca. 5 Minuten gelaufen. Können das Hotel empfehlen und werden bei der nächsten Reise nach Málaga wieder kommen. Das Doppelzimmer hätte hätte bei dem Preis etwas größer sein können. Aber da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren hat das nicht gestört

• valentina (9/5): - Non abbiamo usufruito dei servizi colazione/palestra/piscina, ma possiamo dire che la posizione è ottimale, da la possibilità di rientrare in albelgo se necessario per la pochissima distanza dal centro. Raggiungibile dall'aeroporto sia con autobus che con treno entrambi molto comodi e veloci. La camera che abbiamo scelto è stata spaziosa, pulita, dotata di ogni comfort.

Notre chambre, pas très grande, était située au 6eme étage juste à coté du bar terrasse et de la piscine . plutôt sympa !! Nous avons pris une fois le petit déjeuner à l'hôtel, salle en sous sol, plutôt de bons produits et très variés . ascenseur très petit tout juste pour 2 valises et 2 personnes ! Escalier pour prendre l'ascenseur donc obligé de porter les valises ( pas simple si personne handicapée ou très âgée

• Anastasiya (9/5): Giusto per la qualità prezzo - La posizione con la terrazza che ha una vista pazzesca In camera mancava il sapone sia nella doccia che accanto alla vasca e, nonostante la stanza fosse stata rifatta, la mancanza non è stata notata. Inoltre, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un asciugamano usato nel cassetto sotto il lavandino, rimasto lì per tutta la durata del soggiorno.
• Viktoria (8/5): Nice hotel with great location, and a fabolous view. - Location and the friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent. Cleaning could be improved. The floor was not clean next to the walls even when entered to the room the first time. During our stay we asked cleaning every day but seemed like to floor was never cleaned well:( There could be some umbrellas placed on the terrace next to the swimming pool.

Ac not working, set on 19’ but got v hot and could not reduce temperature. Overall had a very disappointing and disturbed sleep even though bed comfortable

• 814nf (6/5): Lovely hotel - It’s a lovely hotel. Bed was comfy and appreciated the selection of pillows. Showers - 2 in room, best shower I’ve had! So powerful and hot. Room lovely decor and spacious enough. Great location next to old town and numerous eateries/bars. Drawbacks. Air con wasn’t strong, was very complicated instructions but very weak air con. We had a lot of noise outside in early hours, 3.30am people shouting, singing, one night aggressively shouting in Spanish! Paid for hotel with pool but so small u fortunately never got chance to sit round it. The rooftop bar was lovely. Staff were helpful. Would recommend but would ask for room not over road. Can’t understand the noise from people at that time every night not near club etc.

Parcheggio a pagamento di fronte al hotel. Le dotazioni di cortesia nella stanza - mancavano: acqua di cortesia, cuffia per la doccia, crema corpo, dischetti pulizia viso e bastoncini per la pulizia delle orecchie. La confezione dei fazzoletti era piccola (solo 5) e una volta finita non è più stata rifornita.

• AndoverAmh (4/5): Far better hotels in Malaga - Booked two deluxe rooms for a short trip to Malaga. Didn’t not find any staff particularly friendly or helpful at this hotel. Rooms were not particularly deluxe in my opinion. Clean and spacious but have had many similar rooms at same quality, not described as deluxe. Booked early taxi this am at 3am through hotel for airport transfer reception and pre paid. We discovered when taxi did not arrive that the Taxi was not booked by hotel! Money I had paid was simply tipped out of envelope on counter and given back to me and I was told you will just have to pay for a taxi. (The hotel did then book when they realised they had not booked one and luckily it came quickly). No apology. Taxi we then took cost more than we had prepaid. All a hassle you don’t need and expect when you book through the hotel, especially at 3am. Would not recommend, would not return. There are far better stays in Malaga. Positives - rooms were well cleaned by housekeeping and very comfortable beds.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and blissfully quiet - exactly what you need after a full day of exploring. But the moment that made this stay truly unforgettable? Walking into our room to find a thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for us - a small but deeply personal touch that no hotel had ever made in 25 years of birthday travels. It was a gesture that made the celebration feel genuinely special. We will absolutely be back. Highly recommended! nothing I can think of

• Carmen (9/5): Good Hotel. I recommend this hotel. - Location, clean, professional service. Problem with the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. Despite the front desk staff changed the room, the air conditioning wasn’t working appropriately also.
• Chunga's Revengep (10/5): Good hotel generally. - Very well serviced rooms. Well appointed rooms. Friendly helpful staff. Great location to access Malaga Central. It is located on a busy street and despite being on 5th Floor the noise was intrusive and woke me up on several nights. This of course is not the fault of the hotel. They cannot control the noise but worth considering when you book. Also unused VIP terrace area on roof... 59 Euros with a bottle of plonk thrown in. But it was never used by anyone and this meant that there was pressure to access suloungers around pool which were limited in number for a hotel of this size and number of guests. The VIP area needs to go to allow more access for sun loungers. As I say, it was unused. You are after all paying a premium already for these facilities but if they aren't available why are they part of the offer if you can't access the regular facilities due to this poor guest to sun lounger ratio.

Very small uncomfortable bed in our room 506.

• Lawrence (3/5): Seems like the whole hotel is an excercise in trying the tick the boxes to be a four star hotel with as little effort or - The location was convenient, and the rooftop bar was nice and the staff there better than on reception. Facilities, rooms and service on reception were just barely 4-star. Reception staff were cold and disinterested. Probably the most mediocre 4-star hotel I’ve stayed in and not worth the cost. Nothing was specifically terrible, but most things were just bland

• Hilde (9/5): Nice hotel near old center - Hotel is very near old center. The rooms are newly renovated and the beds are very comfortable Unfortunately, water wets the bathroom floor after using the shower. However, there is a second shower in the bathroom. It would be nice to have some complimentary water in the room. Entrance has two steps, which does not give you easy excess to hotel, especially if luggage is heavy. Reception could do with a make over as well as it looks a bit worn.
