- kakiage (5/5): - ロケーションが良かった。 今回は、ドア周りの案内やドアマンとスタッフ間との連携に少しぎこちなさがあり、以前のような落ち着いた一体感が弱まっているように感じました。スタッフの入れ替わりもあり、サービスの雰囲気が変わった印象です。全体の雰囲気が、以前の高級路線とは少し違う方向に変化してきたように感じました。今後の変化にも注目しています。

- Carolyn (9/5): Relaxing and charming stay - Extremely well-appointed room and bathroom, clean facilities, kind and helpful staff, excellent location, great value, delicious breakfast, lovely ambiance. The walls are a little thin so we could hear the neighbors watching TV late at night, but once we alerted the front desk staff they quickly resolved it.

Als Gast wird man mit einer Freundlichkeit und Höflichkeit empfangen, dass man sich wie ein VIP fühlt. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist außergewöhnlich und das Personal ist großartig. Es ist eine rundum fantastische Erfahrung. Dass es keinen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen gibt, ist schade. Der Herr am Empfang schien auch nicht sehr bemüht, uns eine Fahrt zu organisieren, so dass wir es selbst erledigt haben. Überaus bedauerlich ist auch, dass zwar ein Jacuzzi im geräumigen Bad verbaut war, es aber keine Whirlpool-Funktion gab.

- Koji (9/5): 立地◎の宿 - まず、立地がとてもいいです！ 松江南京駅から一本道で徒歩5分で、近くにコンビニとスーパーがあってちょっとした買物もできます。 松江南京駅自体も色んなとこに行きやすいです。 セールで安くなってたので、デラックスファミリールームにしたのですが、部屋がとっても広くて快適でした！ 連泊で部屋の掃除を入れない場合、お菓子とビールやジュースがもらえるサービスも良かったです！ 朝食も種類も多く美味しかったです！ スタッフの方の対応も良く、日本語を話せる方もいました。 洗面所もシャワーも、水とお湯をそれぞれひねって出して、温度を調整するタイプだったので、少し使いづらかったです。

- Otal (10/5): - This hotel has the best service I have ever received anywhere, and I am a flight attendant who travels for a living. Everyone at reception especially was so kind and so thoughtful. The lobby is very welcoming with a lovely smell, the breakfast is delicious and varied, everything is spotlessly clean, and over the course of my stay I got to experience a few different rooms all of which were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is good as it is central to Taipei and very well connected. There are self service laundry facilities inside the hotel which is SO convenient too! Again, I cannot overstate how kind and thoughtful everyone was, from the cleaning staff to the breakfast employees to the reception. They remember their guests and always try to find something sweet to do for us, always try to make our stay easier and nicer. I really appreciated my stay, and will gladly come back to Taiwan just to get pampered again at this hotel!

Staff, service, the room, shower, all so glorious!! The only thing was the toilet. It was hard to flush - have to hold it down and even then, only 50% would flush down. So you’ll have to flush a couple times.

Initially, we were given a room on the 9th floor, where the blinds were almost completely closed and the view was simply a bare, unattractive wall. Later, we were moved to a suite on the 16th floor; however, the experience was still disappointing. The windows were practically unusable, as the blinds could not be adjusted, which meant we could hardly enjoy any view. Unfortunately, this is a significant drawback for the hotel, especially considering the room category. Additionally, there was no option to use a shower after check-out, which was quite inconvenient.

Thank you! - Centrally located, dated but in a familiar high quality way :) Loved the suite they put us in as the original room I booked was not suitable. Was large yet cosy and so comfortable. Really enjoyed it. Receptionist was kind of standoffish and a bit meh at first. However once I shared some feedback and they upgraded us he and his supervisor made the stay so much better. - Hye Min (9/5): 만족했던 호텔이었습니다 - 교통고 좋았고, 시설도 깨끗하게 유지하고 있어서 좋았습니다 생각보다 주변에 편의점, 까르푸도 있고 맛있는 빵집도 있었는데 진짜 맛집이었습니다 마사지샵도 조금만 걸어가면 있었습니다 아침에 조식은 신청하지 않았지만 투숙객들한테 무료 제공되는 커피도 있었습니다 (저희 일행은 아메리카노랑 라떼를 섞어 먹는게 맛있었습니다) 바로 옆건물에 호텔이 있었는데 입구를 착각해서 잘못 들어갔었던 헤프닝이… 에버그린은 입구에 사람이 없을경우 리셉션이 잘 보이지 않으니(?) 참고하세요 220V를 꽂을 수 있는 부분도 방마다 한군데씩 있었습니다 그부분이 무척 좋았어요! 3명이 투숙했던방은 침실 따로 쇼파 있는 부분 따로 되어있고 정말 큰 호텔이여서 단체로 함께 갔던 친구들도 무척 마음에 들어했습니다 아쉬웠던점은 2개호실이었는데 서로 많이 떨어지게 지정되었는데 바로 옆으로 바꿀 수가 없었네요 전체적으로 깨끗하고 조용하고 친절했던 호텔로 다음에 또 숙박하고 싶은 숙소였어요 ;-) 딱히 개선점이라기보다는 3명이 투숙했던 방에는 드라이기가 다이슨으로 변경되어 있었는데 2명이 투숙했던 방은 일반 드라이기였습니다
