• KatkaG. (9/5): Celkovo - spokojnosť - V hoteli sme zostali 2 noci ... personál bol veľmi milý a ochotný, izby čisté a raňajky chutné. Ja veľmi oceňujem polohu, v tichšej štvrti s dobrým prístupom kdekoľvek v Prahe. Parkovanie - vzhľadom na cenu hotela by mohlo byť parkovanie v cene a nie za extra platbu. Zariadenie v izbe by už potrebovalo obnoviť, je vidieť, že hotel už nejaký ten rok funguje.

• Peter (8/5): Za tu cenu sa urcite oplati. - Dobra lokalita, peso do mesta ca 15-20 minut. Tiche pekne okolie, trochu dalej od metra (tiez ca 15 min peso) ale dostupne elektrickami. Pekna zona aj na prechadzky. V izbe vsetko co bolo treba, ranajky ok, personal prijemny. Sprcha dostupna iba vo vani (tazsie sa tam dostat). Zariadenie dobrej kvality ale uz trochu starsie. Ranajky jednoduche, v inych 4* hoteloch som zvycajne mal sirsy vyber.
• Olga (7/5): - The location is very convenient, tram station is just nearby and kiosk to buy passes, also just across the street there is a quite good big supermarket. The breakfast is also good. I needed slippers and I have been provided it on the reception, which was nice. The noise from air conditioning in a corridor, it’s not permanent, but still quite disturbing. Also in the morning I woke up earlier because of the heating system getting too hot in the room. It’s be nice to have a welcoming bottle of water. Also there was no possibility to provide a robe.
• Michael (8/5): Preis Leistung und mit der Lage zufrieden. Nettes Personal. - Frühstück war ausreichend , alles da was man braucht. Lage ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel schnell und bequem in die Altstadt Leider ist unter dem Bett sehr viel Dreck gelegen was uns aber grundsätzlich nicht gestört hat da das restliche Zimmer sehr sauber war.

Podkrovne izby boli malé, preto sme vymenili za vacsiu izbu na prizemi, ktora ale bola velmi hlucna, lebo pred oknom je rusna doprava pocas celeho dna aj noci /auta, elektricky, autobusy.../. Inac hotel bol cisty, personal ochotny, ranajky vyborne.

• yulper (6/5): Gute Lage und freundlicher Service, aber insgesamt nicht mehr auf 4-Sterne-Niveau - Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich gut. Auch das Personal war durchweg freundlich. Positiv ist außerdem, dass ein Check-in jederzeit möglich war, was sehr flexibel und angenehm ist. Leider kann das Hotel insgesamt nicht ganz überzeugen. Die Ausstattung ist zwar grundsätzlich in Ordnung, wirkt aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und renovierungsbedürftig. Auf den Fotos macht das Hotel einen wesentlich besseren Eindruck als in der Realität, was etwas enttäuschend ist. Besonders das Frühstück war sehr schlicht und mit wenig Auswahl – insgesamt eher auf einfachem Niveau.
• Tereza (5/5): - Dobrá lokalita kousek od Hlavního nádraží, dobré snídaně, velký pokoj. Okna! Vůbec netěsní, takže od nich hodně táhla zima a hlavně bylo velmi nahlas slyšet každé auto a tramavaj, které projely. Skoro jsme se nevyspali.

• Sarah (8/5): - Location was out of the centre but just 3 stops on the nearby tram. Room was clean and made up daily. Reception staff were all friendly and cheery and helpful. Breakfast was over a 3 hour period so never too full at any one time and a fair choice of food which changed slightly each day. Just the beds were fairly hard but that's down to personal preference.

• Keiko (7/5): 街から近いお手軽なホテル - 部屋が広くて清潔感がある。他の部屋の音や廊下の音が殆ど聞こえなかった。 トラムでの移動で街にすぐ近い。大きいスーパーもすぐ隣。 トラムが通る道に面している部屋だったので、その騒音はよく聞こえた。

• Ioana (6/5): Overall, was an acceptable experience, but the price quality rate was not met - The hotel was near to a supermarket and tram station, city center easy accessible and big room with separate bad for the child The hotel is old and I can understand the rooms are not very fancy, but the cleaning it is not an option for a 4 stars hotel. The bathroom and the ground overall were very dirty. Also, we had to ask for slippers as these weren’t included.
