- Alvina (7/5): - Отдыхали на майские праздники с дочкой. Расположение отличное, 5-7 мин до площади не спеша, отель большой. Завтраки конечно не вау, но салаты макароны и омлет можно найти, к сожалению нельзя подогреть. Если придете позже 8, будете есть все холодное. И да, посуда конечно плачет, все побитое сколы и очень старые приборы, мебель тоже советских времен в столовой, но все же сотрудники стараются и очень доброжелательны. Была в люксе, вид на город, немного даже Арарат виден, один большой минус- ужасно пахнет от душевой, в итоге запах канализации весь день стоит. Сотрудница сказала что это проблема всех люксов в данном отеле, что- то с трапами. Сейф не работал, зубных щеток, тапочек, халатов отель не выдает, только мыло и шампуни. В остальном спасибо отелю.

- Сердюкова (9/5): - Ein sehr schönes Hotel im Stadtzentrum. Die Fenster gingen sowohl zur Stadt hinaus und boten einen beeindruckenden Ausblick am Morgen und am Abend. Unten gibt es ein wunderbares Café, in dem sehr guter Kaffee serviert wird. Das Café hat eine Terrasse zur Straße hin.Gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich ein schöner, grüner Park.Das Personal ist hervorragend: Wenn Sie Hilfe benötigen, rufen sie ein Taxi und helfen Ihnen bei allen Fragen weiter.Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in nur 5–10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

- Nyilvános (10/5): - Közel van a Köztársaság térhez. Szàmos szupermarket, gyógyszertár, zöldséges, pékség található a közelben. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Standard szobánkat meglepetésünkre upgrade-elték. A 11. emeleti szobánkból, tiszta időben lélegzetelállító kilátás nyílt az Ararat-hegységre. Volt hűtő és vízforraló is a szobáan. Sampont biztosítottak, tusfürdőt nem. A törölközőket cserélték. Jól működő légkondicionáló a szobában.. A reggelihez csak első nap volt "európai" kàvé (kapszulàs). A szobàban gyenge volt a wifi.

The breakfast was diverse, there were fruits, vegetable salads, two types of cheese. We had water, juices, milk, cereals, sweets. One day the coffee was instant, there was no natural coffee. There were few TV channels and it was hard to see. The picture was full of fleas.

- Paria (1/5): Rude and unprofessional, yelling at the phone! - Nothing Extremely disappointing stay. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. Communication was aggressive and I was literally spoken to in a yelling tone over the phone, which is unacceptable for any hotel. The payment situation was also poorly handled. Guests are expected to pay in cash, which was not clearly communicated in advance and caused unnecessary stress upon arrival. I only stayed one night and immediately moved to a different hotel because the experience was so poor. The property does not meet basic hospitality standards and does not feel guest-friendly at all. I would not recommend this hotel under any circumstances. There are far better and more professional options available nearby.

I could not pay with a credit card that I used to make a reservation with. Even though the Visa sign was on the door, the front desk lady said that cannot be processed. At many other locations in the city the same day, the card was working, but not at that hotel. We also tried my American Express and another Visa card, but none of them worked. We had to go to ATM in the city, withdraw cash, which cost us additional money, to pay for the stay. It was obvious that their credit card machine was not working properly, but they didn’t apologize and didn’t tell us to wait until maybe it starts working later. We were told to pay cash, which is completely unacceptable, particularly because the reservation was made through booking

- AMIN (9/5): A wonderfull stay that can be promoted to the best. - The location was great _ breakfast was very good and I found my stay at Shirak Hotel a pleasant experience I believe that if the receptions try to speak English with standard accents near to American or even British accents, it can help us better understand. I did not understand what the reception said one time and I said I did not understand due to her accent but I felt that she took it personally and repeated the answer in a mean way.

- Jukka (8/5): A comfortable hotel in a good location. Very friendly staff! - A nice and comfortable, although a little worn-out hotel in a good location in Yerevan. Very friendly and helpful staff, reasonable breakfast, well functioning elevators. Clean room and a good bed. Good value for money. Plugholes for electricity were partly in awkward places. For instance, one of the night lamps was not really usable since you could not plug it in. Staying alone, that was not really a issue for me, though. The only place for work was a small round table near the window but it was placed in an elevated area, creating a (once materialised) risk of falling over when leaving the table.

В отеле Shirak, мы были очень разочарованы порсоналом на рецепшене, очень грубые и высокомерные женщины. Мои просьбы даже элементарное вызвать такси нам отказывали ещё и хамили , якобы они этим не занимаются ( что встречается мне впервые). Услуга стирка белья тоже мне была не понятна ( она как бы есть но не предоставляется). Зона завтрака вообще отдельная история , персонал очень высокомерный , достаточно грубый что делает нахождение там очень не приятным . Из положительного только местоположение и чистота номеров . В целом я бы поставила этому отелю 3/10 ( только за чистоту в номерах)

Era bun un prosop de picioare în baie și un dispenser pt săpun. Un singur canal TV. Nu, că trebuia să mă duc în excursie ca să urmăresc emisiuni tv, dar seara mai arunci un ochi!

Данное проживание забронировала в том числе из-за информации о наличии балкона с видом на Арарат. Ни балкона ни вида. Окно смотрит фактически в стены. На завтраке нет фруктов (даже лимона к чаю) и выпечки совсем. Кофе растворимый, чай одного вида в пакетиках. Постельное бельё и штора в ванной требуют замены. В целом отель хороший, но эти минусы понижают его рейтинг. Дорого для такого сервиса.

A few minutes walk to Hrabarak and Prospect street. Many good restaurants around the area. Besides the great location, the overall experience was below expectations and not good value for money. On the first night, a staff member opened the room door unexpectedly, it was likely a mistake, but still concerning. Breakfast options were quite limited. While the bread and coffee were good, overall hygiene could be improved, we noticed hair in the food. Despite prepaying for breakfast, we only attended a couple times due to the experience and unwelcoming staff interactions. Room cleaning was also minimal, with bed sheets not being changed during the stay.

- Marco (4/5): Nice position but very dirty - Susanna and her colleagues at the reception were very polite and professional Unfortunately the room was dirty and dusty since the first day: the floor was so dirty it made our socks black; the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly so I had to clean it myself before I could use it and even though we asked to the staff to have the room cleaned, nothing changed a part for the bathroom towels. The breakfast as well wasn’t very good, it had no fresh fruit at all and basically no pastries a part from some sirup fruit
- chiara (5/5): buono per soggiorno breve e per chi torna in hotel solo per dormire - Hotel 4 stelle forse negli anni 80, ma per il prezzo e la posizione è ok, la colazione ha molto più salato che dolce ma il vero problema è che non esistono targhette per sapere gli ingredienti, i letti sono comodi Wi-Fi inesistente se non nella hall, ogni tanto in sala colazione, se lo fai notare all reception ti dicono che il problema è il tuo telefono e nessuno prima di te si è mai lamentato ma la hall è sempre invasa da persone al pc o in videochiamata…la pulizia è veramente minima, il termosifone ha strati di polvere, il loro transfer per l’aeroporto è caro usatelo solo se incluso nella tariffa, in caso di pioggia non hanno ombrelli a disposizione, il mini frigo ha solo acqua all’interno ed è a pagamento. NON prendete il caffè al loro bar, è caro esagerato e nemmeno così buono, molto meglio alle macchinette ovunque in città!

Номер достаточно большой, с французским балконом и безумным видом на горы. В номере было чисто. Кровати удобные. Обратила внимание на использование в интерьере отеля репродукций картин. Персонал отеля доброжелательный. Завтрак достаточный. Странный телевизор с двумя каналами.

- Igor (9/5): - Отличное расположение, недалеко от туристического центра, просторный номер, рядом парк, удобная транспортная доступность, нормальный завтрак В номерах грязновато, ремонт в номерах устаревший. Но по отношению цена-качество - приемлемо.

- Anton (9/5): - Прежде всего, хочу отметить персонал отеля. Прекрасны все — от сотрудников ресепшена и портье Георгия, до горничных и работников ресторана, где накрывают завтрак. Отличное расположение отеля — до всего, что нужно увидеть в Ереване можно дойти пешком, рядом рестораны, кафе и магазины. До площади Республики буквально 7 минут прогулочным шагом. В номере были чайник и чашки. Достаточно удобная постель. Не минусы, а просто констатация. Отель не претендует на люксовость и фешенебельность, это, в принципе видно из описания и фото. Цена соответствует качеству, а с учётом расположения всё вообще идеально.
