- vasnos (10/5): Perfect time again!!!! - We have to leave this beautiful place today so thought I’d write my review. This is the second time here with my family and once again had an amazing time. Can’t say enough about all the amenities and the friendly staff here. Each and every staff member has been beyond helpful and friendly. Our Villa was perfect and accommodating. A very clean resort. Food and drinks in outdoor dining area is delicious. Hoping to come back real soon!!!

- allanm727 (10/5): well worth a stay - so we went here with family as a deal through encore and wow what a place from the initial welcome at the gate to entering reception with the friendly helpful ED, everything seemed to be too good to be true, check in was painless and reception looks over the pool which looks over the lake, what a great setting, then the drive to the villa we were over in 66 so took about 5mins but we got a chance to take in some of the scenery and we were truly impressed, the villas itself was clean, my only negatives it was starting to look a little rough around the edges and top cook for a group of 7 maybe some large cooking utensils. out view backed onto some trees and other villas so not much to report there but the front view was lovely, while on location we rented a pontoon boat, could do with a wee bit more speed for me but hey ho, the pools, island and main were in lovely surroundings and the pool was a great temperature, we tried the grill on the last night and all really enjoyed our food, the pizza base were amazing, not too sure on the chicken burger though. my only comment around here the bar area could do with some tlc looked a bit rough but drinks were drunkable ha ha while we were there also there seemed to be a few events going on at the pool area and had we not been jetlagged on the first night and so busy with parks during the stay we would have gone to them are we going to come back, in two years hell yeh, all the way from scotland

- 196christyns (10/5): Amazing second stay! 5 stars without a doubt! - This was our second stay here, and no regrets. The hotel grounds are gorgeous, the staff was ready for us when we checked in and it went smoothly. The bartenders were so friendly, there was never a line at the bar for drinks (and the drinks were amazing), I could always get a chair at the pool any time of the day, the rooms were huge, beds comfy, and everything was so clean. I just cannot say enough good things about this place. It's close to Disney and I would recommend this hotel to anyone with younger kids.
- mainelife2018 (10/5): Time to relax at the Marriott Vacation Harbour Lake - Marriott Harbour Lake In Orlando: First and foremost, the staff were professional, kind and accommodating. From the front gate entry to the front desk staff were welcoming. Efforts by the landscapers, pool staff, cleaners, and the staff running the food services - all excellent. Please be nice to them. Stayed for a week in early February 2026 in a two bedroom in building 15, 4th floor. Beds- like new, bathrooms- excellent, furniture and kitchen and supplies were terrific. The balcony in the backside faced trees, small lake and we observed unique birds - wood stork birds, etc in pond next to the building front side, wildlife was enjoyable. The grounds seem smaller than other Marriott Vacation suites in the area. Despite that it has great walking areas, outside grills are in perfect condition, cleaned often as I watched the staff doing it daily. Utensils for grilling are at the front desk- big signs advising that at the grills. Lovely sitting areas in the back by the lake side. Two pools that are geared towards family/ kids, lots of seating, they do have water aerobics. Water slide contest, etc. No adult pools but they do have a well equipped clean exercise room. They have plenty of daily activities and things to do- see the website - all convenient. Staff make it fun for the kids with contest in basketball, waterslide, corn hole, kick ball. Staff does a nice job on this. The Publix at Central Florida Parkway is great, prefer this one over the vineland one. Liquor store in same complex along with a few restaurants, dollar store nearby. Rocco's tacos is good, lots to do in the area as we all know... Not a fan of paying for parking. This is a new issue in Orlando area sadly. Due to the low weather temperatures in Jan - Feb. 2026 some vegetation was damaged, landscapers clearly had covered some to try to save it. Landscapers, experts and staff were inventorying and working on that situation. There is some road noise from our building - however, it's a major city and world tourist attraction area. Just shut the balcony door. The suites themselves are sound proof to a high level compared to others hotel options. Another lovely stay at the Marriott Vacation Club -

- deannawL9254NO (2/5): So loud - When I tell you this is the worst sleep I’ve ever got in my life and I had two newborns I’m not exaggerating. The first room we had was near the express way and I asked to be moved to a quieter room- they moved us CLOSER to the express way and then stated there was nothing else available once we already moved all of our stuff into the new room. It’s as if the highway is running through our room while we are sleeping and we have sound machines going. Also, the pirate ship they advertise was broken down and the activities are very low effort and minimal. Debating checking out one night early and finding somewhere quieter to stay because I can’t do another night of no sleep.

I LOVED the Jacuzzi area.... was outstanding!!!! had your own little pod to enjoy personal conversations. Never saw something like this.... Definitely promote that picture of your facility!!! Was beautiful seeing it from my room!! We didn't spend any time or use of the facilities such as food and drink or games was because it was cold during our stay so was a bummer that we had to eat or drink or do the games outside ... we could not take our food or drink to our room. so during summer that is great but during January not good as weather is not guaranteed to be warm. If during winter months if you could so some simple enclosure and heaters to keep us more comfortable that would be great.

We wish there was inside dining for dinner. Besides that there was nothing that we didn’t like. Everything was perfect and met our needs.

- legalgal80 (10/5): Excellent option for families! - We stayed in a two bedroom during Christmas week and were very happy with this hotel. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need and we loved how there is a washer and dryer. The hotel is a walkable distance to a CVS too (half a mile). We loved all the activities at the resort and collecting all the participation coins (Sand Dollars) to redeem for prizes. I loved the Key West vibe/ambience and the pools, water slides, hot tubs, and grounds. Thank you for an incredible stay. We will come back again.

Hot tubs were hot and pool was warm. Everything was clean. The splash pad was out of commission while we were there. The bathrooms had old hardware and toilet seats that were off kilter. The sales pitch to join Marriott Vacation Club started fine but then moved to a hard sell and we ended up spending almost three hours between the pitch, transportation, and waiting around.
- carlio218 (10/5): INCREDIBLE stay!!!! - We just had the greatest family vacation! We own timeshare (Interval)- we typically stay in Aruba (Divi), but this year we decided to trade to Orlando. We chose Marriott Harbour Lake… and WOW. what a great experience we all had! We stayed for one week- 6 of us. We got a 2 bedroom (1 with a king, the other with 2 doubles- also had a sofa bed in living room- we didn’t need to open!). All of the amenities! We loved having a W/D in unit, and a garbage disposal in double sink. nice closet space, big refrigerator/freezer. (Every store you need close by- Walmart, Aldi, Publix- we food shopped for the week). Nice grills outside. The pools were FAB! Multiple hot tubs… slides and waterfalls (an entire splash pad/water park area), a lake you can go fishing, and LOTS of fun stuff for the kids. A fun 18 hole mini golf.. pool tables, ping pong tables, pickleball, foosball, cornhole, gaga court, basketball, kickball.. you name it! And ACTIVITIES ALL day long! Bingo and Trivia… the kids absolutely LOVED it!! Customer service was TOP NOTCH. anything you need, service with a SMILE.. And they even call after to make sure you got what you need! We loved that they recycle! And also are extremely ADA compliant! AMAZING! They even put in this new fun cotton candy machine in the lobby, and gave our kids some free cotton candy the first day (while installing it!). Everyone is given these “sand dollars” for rewards.. and the kids can go turn them in for treats/prizes when redeemed! I give this stay an A+!!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!

- Ciccia2019 (4/5): New daily parking charges and bad internet service. - Marriot Harbour Lake is now charging $25 per day for parking. We were never advices of this change when we booked with them. The internet service at the resort is terrible. So I wouldn’t say they have free internet included because they do not. Staff at the front desk is also not very friendly or welcoming. After 10 years of yearly visits for two weeks each time, we have sadly decided not to come back again at least not next year.

- Maxine (7/5): Lovely room and location - Welcome at the gate each time. It felt safe. For family groups it is perfect - activities non-stop and child friendly slides etc. It was nice to stroll around the complex that was packed with things to do Inc table tennis and mini golf. We only got cleaned once in 3 days and they left no coffee. When we rang to ask for it, we felt like we were asking for a huge favour from the reaction and expectation if a tip for bringing it. They changed $75 for car parking which I think is excessive and it was an unexpected and unwelcome surprise.

- Fred (8/5): Was good but manager of rooms was rude, they should pay attention to this matter. - Property is wonderful, you can stay with your family and have an incredible experience, pools are wonderful as views to lake. My family loved it. We asked for a late checkout but I couldn’t open the door when we went back to the room after 10:00 am. They sent some kind of manager and his treatment was rude. Literally he wanted to kick us off property and even though we explained him that we asked for a late checkout.

- I3387XDwendya (10/5): BEST all around fun and economical Hotel to stay in Orlando for families - We had a wonderful stay at Marriott’s Harbour Lake with our family of five. The location is perfect—close to the theme parks, but with so many amenities on-site that you don’t even need to leave to have fun. Our kids (ages 8, 13, and 15) all had a great time. There are two swim areas: one with a pirate ship that’s geared toward younger kids (but our older ones loved it too), and another with a waterslide that kept them entertained for hours. The resort also has plenty of games and activities, including miniature golf right on the grounds, karaoke nights, and more. It felt super safe and comfortable letting our teenagers explore some activities on their own. The full kitchen in our villa made it easy to save on meals, but we also enjoyed grabbing drinks and ice cream at the hotel. This was easily one of the most economical stays we’ve had for everything it offers. Between the friendly staff, fun activities, and all the amenities, it’s a perfect spot for families. We can’t wait to come back!

The mattress was unbelievably comfortable though! The kids’ swim area while fun is in serious need of renovation. We only stayed 1 night.
- Analeigha (10/5): I had a really nice and relaxing stay! - There were plenty of things to do and not enough time to do it all! The staff were very friendly and suggested really great things to do in the area. It was close to the disney parks and even closer to sea world! It was quite far from anything, so if you don’t have a rental car it was quite a ways so had to plan for more Uber’s than expected.

- Jamie (8/5): Enjoyed our stay here! - Really enjoyed our family stay here. We had a suite with plenty of room & a nice big kitchen with everything we needed including washer/dryer which was super useful! Also nice big balcony. Areas of the room are a little old & tired but not a deterrent overall. And looked like it has had a refurb in recent years to modernise. 2 pools were great for our 5 year old. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Staff in the Key House need to smile more and show more enthusiasm when greeting customers. We stayed in 4 hotels during our trip in Florida and only here, the reception staff seemed miserable and not happy in their roles.

- AUTUMN (9/5): LOVE!!! Bring your kids, stay for days, have the best vacation. - Love love LOVE the pools, atmosphere, and activities here. Great place for families with kids of all ages. There’s two large pools, two spas, a splash pad, a water park area, and even a completely sunshade covered kiddie pool area. The amenities alone will be what brings us back The location of our room was not great. We were at the complete end of the building, the room in front of a stairwell. The noise from the stairs and people going up and down kept me up a lot at night.. I’m talking like 11pm-3am 🥲 Another issue was the mini fridge in our room didn’t work well. Next time I will be sure to ask for a better room location away from stairs since I am a light sleeper.

They were amazing i felt like you could bring a family here and not go anywhere else, even though putt put was a fee, as well as towels. Almost everything was a fee. But it doesnt neglect the pools, drinks and service. We did a beer tasting at the resort and ALEXYS was amazing. The staff at the resort was top notch was this girl deserves a raise!!! She was on top of everything, easy to talk to and gave such good recommendations, I'd come back just for her guest services.

- Sara (6/5): They left a bag of garbage on counter! - We had LOVED this place for years and recommended it to everyone. With young kids, the pools/splash pad/slides, the mini golf/other sports and hourly activities make it a great place for family fun. The 2 bedroom villa is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen where we cooked all of our meals. Everything was great again this trip until our third afternoon when housekeeping came. I wasn't expecting them to come (since it's a timeshare property), but we didn't mind them bringing clean towels and making beds, of course. HOWEVER, I look on the bathroom counter and plopped right on top of my toileties is the bag of garbage from the bathroom garbage can! I was horrified. There is no reason to ever put a bag full of garbage on the counter and if they hadn't forgotten it, I wouldn't have even known. I suffer from anxiety/OCD so this traumatized me. I went to the front desk and a manager said things like "This isn't up to our standard" and "It's an opportunity to retrain" and that they would address it with the 3rd party cleaners. They sent a cleaning person with a bottle of all purpose cleaner and some microfiber cloths, saying that they were told "the counters weren't clean" obviously having no clue what the actual problem was. I don't like to complain and didn't push the issue, but felt that I had to leave a review so that future guests could make an informed decision. If you stay, I'd suggest doing the cleaning yourself and putting the Do Not Disturb sign up.

The location is perfect—just a short drive to major attractions like Universal Studios and SeaWorld, which made it super convenient for our family. The resort itself is very spacious and ideal for families. There was a full itinerary of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the kids especially loved the two pools and splash pads. It was nice having options for both relaxation and fun right on the property. Overall, it's a great spot for a family vacation. We’d definitely come back! During my recent stay at this resort, I was disappointed by the lack of attention to basic guest needs, particularly regarding room preparation. We were using the sofa bed, but there were no extra linens available. I called the front desk to request sheets, a blanket, and a pillow. While they did bring a blanket and pillow, the pillow came without a pillowcase, and no sheets were provided. For a resort that markets itself on comfort and quality, proper sanitation and preparation should be a priority—especially when it comes to sleeping arrangements. Every guest bed, including sofa beds, should be fully outfitted with clean and complete linens.
