• Susan (8/5): Just needs to updated, and think about what your customers need to use - It was in a great location, for transport, shops were nearby, for eating and shopping The room was a good size for one person, water was hot, and a good size towel, it was a quiet at night. Its the little things for me, bedside lights did not work, so ceiling lights were very bright. Body wash, hair and conditioner were offered, but had not been topped up. lack of cutlery (teaspoon, knife to cut with) window handles needed to repaired, as it was warm, I need air. The bed was ok, frame squeaky, and the mattress had needed turning. It was clean and could be a lovely room, sorry for this information, being in the hotel industry for a long time, you see the pro and cons

• Lorenzo (3/5): Mejor buscar otro sitio - Estaba cerca de una parada de metro y la calefacción funcionaba. Malas instalaciones, no había pomos en las puertas, ni funcionaba el horno ni extractor, las mantas con agujeros, el material de cocina muy sucio, las camas eran sofá cama incómodos, tuvimos que pedir más toallas porque te daban una pequeña y una grande para 3 personas, la lavadora con ropa mojada de los anteriores… la foto que añado es un buen resumen.

• Georgios (10/5): Perfect stay! - 1min walk to the Leyton Underground station. Few steps away from bus stops and next to a mini market. Across the street you can find TK Max and other big retailers. There was no forks and knives in the kitchenware

The toiletries smelt amazing. Towels and bedding were soft. Host was great too, very responsive. Not too much space but we knew that before booking.

• Elena (7/5): Viaje con amigas - A 2 minutos de la parada del metro LEYTON. Tienes muchos supermercados al lado. Ubicación ideal para coger los autobuses/trenes desde Stratford al aeropuerto. Agua caliente y calefacción funcionan bien. La única pega que ya sabes cuando lo reservas es que estás un pelín lejos del centro de londres. A 40/50 minutos, depende a donde vayas. Pero con el metro no hay problema.

Very good value for one night. Comfortable and clean, good shower. Some very small points - no bedside lamps, fan not working in bathroom & window blind was not good size for window and could not be adjusted.

La pulizia tutto pulito Il bagno pulito e spazioso per gli standard londinesi La disponibilità del proprietario. I prodotti da bagno e phon. La camera piccola ma accogliente e pulita e con un grande letto. Non ci sono riscaldamenti ma la stufetta scalda la stanza tranquillamente. La struttura si trova in una strada principale, ma la notte non si sentono rumori importanti...quindi si può lo stesso dormire bene.

Éramos 3 y estaba preparado para dos personas. Pocos cubiertos , un solo cuchillo que no cortaba, tuvimos que comprar unos cuchillos. Solo 2 taburetes. El frigorífico y congelador estaban abiertos cuando llegamos con un montón de hielo dentro. La cama individual era un sillón-cama incómodo y luego descubrimos que tenía una pata rota que según el propietario no sabia nada. La cama grande justita de 135 cm

• Rachael (1/5): Bad - Nothing because the owner cancelled and did not provide a refund Operating a scam. I booked and the owner immediately messaged me outside of booking.com, by text, to say the apartment is not available. Several attempts to contact and no refund issued. Having to go through PayPal claims and booking.com to get a refund which is time consuming and difficult, because the owner does not show the booking as cancelled in booking.com, so it appears to the booking and PayPal bots that the service was delivered. I will of course get the money back as I have all records of conversations of them cancelling, but the owner seems to be relying on people not bothering. Indeed, do not bother giving your money to these thieves and book elsewhere.

• Fernando (10/5): Excellent apartment near Stratford station. - The host is really nice! Answers fast all the questions and is always available. The location is absurdly good, less than 250 meters away from the underground and there is a convenient supermarket also really close. The kitchen is perfect so you can cook at home to save some extra money. The underground line is the central line so Stratford is 1 station away meaning easy access to trains, airports and the center. Overall the apartment is perfect for 2 to 3 persons. 4 would be ok with an additional bed. The apartment was in great condition and clean. If I return to London I will pick them again. Not a complain but the bathroom door is difficult to close and probably could be a little issue only when travelling with someone you don't feel comfortable with (which is kinda unlikely). We didn't care at all.

• Christine (10/5): Excellent location, basic self-catering accommodation - Excellent location, situated on the main road, extremely close to Leyton Underground Station, which is 1 stop away from London Stadium. Basic self-catering accommodation with everything you need: comfortable bed, toilet, shower, wash basin, kitchen sink, fridge/freezer, TV, kettle, microwave, iron, hairdryer, fan (very glad we had this during the heatwave), teabags, soap, shower gel, towels, washing up liquid, crockery, cutlery, etc. Very good communication and instructions about accessing the property. The accommodation was clean. I would describe as basic, not luxury, accommodation, probably more to do with the fixtures and fittings of the place, but was perfect for our overnight stay, with location being our key priority. Plenty of shops and takeaways on the same road, making it easy to buy provisions/meals. A bustling area, as you would expect being in London, but felt safe enough. Just a couple of minor maintenance jobs required, eg, wardrobe handle wobbly, just needs screws tightening up and ill-fitting door on the sink base unit cupboard. Neither of which were a problem for us during our stay.

Would happily book again. - Excellent communication as the host was very quick to respond when we had a problem with the shower. He came out and sorted it very quickly. Location for shops and public transport was excellent and the room had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Not much that could be done but parking was a problem.

• Siobhan (1/5): Do not stay here unless you expect a small smelly bedsit - We didn’t end up staying as we walked in the room and don’t have 2 beds as describes and it didn’t have a bedroom and a kitchen and a bathroom it was an all in one bedsit. The room smelt of cooking which would have been awful to sleep in. Complained finally for a one night refund which I still have complained about as we paid for 3 nights and ended up staying somewhere else. Still have received nothing more and really not happy

• Nica (2/5): No thank you - Close to the tube Cold, stiff bed, strong perfumed towels, rusty bathroom, says it has a luggage hold - owner was confused when I asked for it. Key collection was from a corner shop who spoke to us like idiots.
