Florentina (7/5): Locatie buna - Camera curata (desi se poate insista la aspirarea mochetei), comfort standard, nimic iesit din comun. Am apreciat apa plata primita in fiecare zi in camera. Scurgerea de la dus foarte buna, fara accidente cu scurgerea apei pe toata podeaua baii. Mic dejun saracacios si repetitiv. Pentru urcare, lifturile sunt functionale doar cu cartela de la camera si doar pana la etajul unde este camera, iar la coborare se poate merge doar la parter. Astfel ca, daca esti cu prieteni care stau la etaj diferit si ai nevoie sa ajungi la camera lor, nu poti. Pe casa scarilor miroase ingrozitor a fum de tigara. Comunicarea din partea personalului de la receptie poate fi imbunatatita, mai ales in ceea ce priveste anumite reguli specifice hotelului/tarii.

Marijan (10/5): - I am very satisfied with everything except the breakfast that i mentioned bellow ⬇️⬇️⬇️ The thing that I didn’t like is that at 10:00 they are closing the breakfast like is the last day of the world,in my opinion I think that they need to have at least more like 5 minutes just in case if you want to take a coffee without running a marathon. And not to get the side eye from the staff (breakfast staff),at least to try somehow to be more polite with the guests.

They don’t help us with nothing, when we tried to tell them something they looked on the other side. They told us we were blind because the taxi was there ( the taxi was never there). When we stayed at game room they came and close lights. When we tried to speak for one night they gave us higher price…

Mit einem besseren Frühstücksservice wäre der Aufenthalt perfekt gewesen.

Supermarket across the street, and it’s easily accessible by car with convenient parking right in front. The hotel is stylish and exceptionally well-maintained. Rooms are spacious, very clean, featuring an excellent bathroom and coffe/tea heater. Breakfast is very good, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Любезный персонал особенно мистер Sefa Kapucu и мистер Samet тепло приняли хоть заезд должен был состояться после 14:00 мы после перелета были уставшие с утра прилетели угостили нас завтраком, к тому же нам дали номер лучше того, что мы выбирали (с балконом ). Ребята очень отзывчивые, улыбчивые, всегда готовы помочь. Мне понравилось все. Мы довольны. В номерах чисто. Вкусные завтраки. Довольны всем. В дальнейшем неоднократно будем выбирать этот отель. Рекомендую. Ох уж этот вид на море)) Парковка есть абсолютно бесплатная.

Izabell Cristina (8/5): A comfortable experience, but we had higher expectations - Positive aspects: -we received a free room upgrade (it was more spacious); -the beds were very comfortable; -late night check-in; -the hotel design is carefully chosen. Improvements: -the hotel didn't seem to be at its full potential, however I think they could have respected our request to have a room more isolated from the neighbors (although we received a larger room); -I didn't appreciate the attitude of the cleaning lady, who was insistent, knocked on the door if we were ready to leave and asked us again when we left the room (we checked in late and it took us longer to pack our bags, and even so we checked out at 12:00); -breakfast was poorly managed, everything consumed was no longer supplemented and I don't empathize with the idea of a lack of coffee at an internationally renowned hotel (to be clear, it was filtered coffee, but it doesn't compare to espresso coffee).

enelrazsc (2/5): Very bad experience with porter - Everthing is nice except to the guys in the reception specifically those staff in the evening. They're very rude! Rudest receptionist and porter (that staff who wears blue uniform). I just had my surgery and asked for my complimentary water for the day because I didn't receive any, then he responded rudely to call the kitchen for water. I called the kitchen and they told me to call the reception again. I called the reception again very nicely. He went to my room with 2 bottles of water very angry, telling me to pay for my "complimentary water". I told him nobody gave me water at that day so I don't need to pay for it. He's telling me to press the callbell inside my room and the cleaning lady will come to give me water and tea. I said I pressed the button but I didn't get anything, and he told me "it's because it's off,." I pressed the weong button. Okay it's off but why do you need to start arguing with me just for 2 bottles of water? I am a very nice and calm lady but this one, I cannot tolerate. Plus I am trying to recover from my surgery. He spoke to despite of my calmness in a very very rude way. Is this how you treat a sick customer in your hotel, who chose to stay with you for 5 nights out of many many hotels in your city? This is very unaacceptable.

I like hotels not too big and this is really well fitted out and was peaceful. They speak no English apart from one lovely man at front desk sefa. The others are arrogant and don’t make any real effort at all so if you are bothered by this don’t stay here. Location isn’t great either

Sorin (1/5): An unpleasant stay ruined by dishonest staff looking to scam you. - From the very beginning, an employee told me that I had paid Booking.com and that the hotel hadn’t received any money, so they wouldn’t accommodate me. But then he suddenly had a “solution”: he knew a friend with a hotel of the same standards, and I would get a refund from Booking.com. Because I didn’t fall for this trap, someone else at the reception eventually told me everything was fine and handed me the room key. The hotel itself is decent, except for the meals: overcrowded, poor quality, and with a hospital-like atmosphere. It feels like most guests are there for medical treatments—mainly hair implants (the most off-putting ones) and dental procedures. That’s literally all you hear about at the tables. Everything feels cramped and profit-driven, like they’re just squeezing money from vulnerable clients. I will never stay here again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

scousemouse (6/5): Comfortable room - My requirements for a hotel room are comfortable beds, clean, a bedside light and bathroom with a decent shower, good sized towels, powerful hairdrier and a bathmat. No problem here, premium bedding too. Water, teabags and coffee provided but why paper cups with sticks to stir? It was quite a big corner room with windows east and south although not much of a view in this commercial location. There are supermarkets, an ATM, several options for eating and a nice coffee shop within 5 minutes walk to the left. The hotel is well away from the tourist area but very conveniently located to the tram which goes to Sultanahmet and the waterfront, turn left out of the hotel, cross at the crossing and follow round to the "clock tower" behind which are steps down to the tram stop. There is nothing of interest to the right of the hotel. Hotel staff are professional but not so friendly. Breakfast is average but the music in the lounge and dining room is truly dreadful.

Aysha (3/5): Bearable. If you can find a different hotel, I would - Breakfast was good. The rooms were tidied often but not everyday. Location was not great. Quite far from the tourist areas. Staff were okay, had attitude when asked a question. Claim they have a taxi service but no taxi ever came. Area around was v v v limited

Alexandra (2/5): The rooms are not being cleaned after each guest - I was staying in Istanbul for one night on my way to Switzerland. After taking a shower before leaving for dinner I discovered a DIRTY UNDERWEAR in the bathroom, right under the stacked towels. I did not want to stay in the hotel, despite the front desk offering me to switch the rooms and I moved to Hilton after I got back from my dinner. Very disappointed
Jawwad (10/5): - Staff really nice and friendly especially property Manager (Samed). Had a really good week in this property. On my arrival there was a mix up with the booking however staff did their best to resolve the issue.
