Majda (10/5): - J’ai eu la chance de passer ma lune de miel dans cet hôtel et j’en suis très satisfaite. Un cadre très cozy et chaleureux. L’emplacement est top, tout est à proximité. Le personnel est très sympa et gentil, je me sentait comme chez moi. Si j’aurai l’occasion de revenir un jour je ne le changerai pas c’est sûr.

Όλο το προσωπικό είναι καταπληκτικό, ευγενικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Κάθε φορά που βρίσκομαι στην πόλη δεν μπορώ να φανταστώ να μένω κάπου αλλού. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

Abdulsattar (4/5): - Location is great, overall this place is ine of my favourite I hope booking can reach out to Richmonds top management. I reached around 5:30 am and i had already requested an early check in. When i reached the staff (hotel receptionist was sleeping), thats not a oroblem when he hears the doop open he quickly woke up. I asked dor my room he said we cant give a room we are fully booked, then after 30 min i went ro him again he said we cant give you a room untill the cleaners come and clean whatever rooms get checked out and they come after 8pm. His shift finished at 7:30 and a new hotel receptionist came, i asked him for a room he immediately helped and gave me a room. The issue i have is that he was lying to me.
valentin (8/5): - The location is great. The breakfast is good. The staff are very helpful The rooms are a bit outdated. The walls are very thin and one can hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Not only from the rooms , but washroom as well.
shahidi (10/5): - My husband and I stayed at the Richmond Hotel during our trip to Istanbul. I have been to Istanbul three times, and this was by far the best hotel I have stayed in. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always helpful — especially Harun, who also helped us with a restaurant reservation and remained smiling, friendly, and attentive throughout our entire stay. The rooms were very well equipped and spotless. The location on Istiklal Street was also perfect and very convenient for exploring the city. For my birthday, they even surprised me with a cake and a birthday card that I discovered when I returned to the room, which made our stay even more special. A huge thank you to all the staff at Richmond Hotel for their wonderful hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel!

Fereschta (10/5): Tolles Hotel & top Service - Wir waren sehr zufrieden und die Lage des Hotels ist top. Besonders Harun hat sich sehr gut um uns gekümmert und war stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Aber auch die Angestellten im Restaurant, als auch beim Room Keeping waren sehr aufmerksam. Wir würden immer wieder kommen und das Hotel weiterempfehlen! Im Restaurant musste man sich das Besteck von anderen Tischen holen.

The windows are well insulated, so you can’t hear any noise, which makes for a very peaceful stay. The breakfast was also delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—they even assisted me with my luggage, as there are stairs leading to the lobby. The location is excellent, right on Istiklal Street, within walking distance of the metro station, taxis, and Galata Tower. Galata Port is also just a 10–15 minute walk away. The area is lively and full of restaurants, cafés, and shops, making it a perfect place to stay. Nothing.

Hamid (3/5): Good location but poor service - The location was really good They give the wrong room and it wasn’t the room that I booked and when I checked out they charged me for the things that they didn’t say it was not free for example for water 3 days they asked 820 lira The room was not look like the picture of their profile

Christos (9/5): Στην καρδιά του πιο πολυσύχναστου δρόμου της Κωνσταντινούπολης - Εξαιρετικό προσωπικό! Φιλικό και πολύ πρόθυμο να μας βοηθήσει! Με την άφιξη μας στο ξενοδοχείο μας κέρασαν παραδοσιακό τουρκικό τσάι και μας δώσανε κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες σχετικά με την περιοχή! Η τοποθεσία επίσης εξαιρετική, ακριβώς πάνω στην Istiklal! Ίσως κάποια πράγματα στο δωμάτιο του ξενοδοχείου χρειάζονται λιγάκι ανακαίνιση και ανανέωση.
GIORGIO (10/5): The best in Istanbul! - An excellent and peacefull hotel in a very central location in Istanbul. I always stay there whenever I visit! The staff are friendly and always helpful.
Ruslan (9/5): На завтрак можно поставить хороший аппарат. То что сейчас у вас стоит это пить невозможно. - Локация шикарная, прям на Истикляль. По соседству с консульством РФ. Рядом станция метро. В гостинице только завтраки, за деньги покушать не сможете. Окна выходили во двор консульства, что считаю плюсом очень тихо. Даже виден Босфор. Приветливый персонал. Уборка каждый день. Если бы была цена чуть дешевле, идеальный вариант для размещения. Рядом много кебапных но цены космос. В предпоследний день прибывания наткнулись на столовую Lookanta. Вроде бы правильно название написал. Там норм еда и цены приемлемые. Находиться дальше по улице в направлении к площади Таксим. Немного не понравилась квадратура номера.
Faoubar (10/5): - الغرفه كبيره واسعه ونظيفه عامله النظافه إمرأه شاطره بعملها والموظف هارون أحسن شي بكل الفندق خدوم لأبعد درجعه ويحكي انجليزيه بطلاقه ساعدنا جدآ بحجز سيارات الاجره وكلشي احتجناه والنظافة عاليه وتنظيف الغرف يومي وكل شراشف تغير يوميا الفطور كان قليل جدا تقريبا يوميا نفس الشي بيض وشويه اجبان بلا طعم والإضاءة قليله جدا بالغرفه

ODETA (10/5): - Everything was perfect, we arrived early at the hotel and they gave us an early check-in for free. The staff was very professional, helpful and friendly.Clean, spacious rooms with modern furnishings. Delicious breakfast with lots of choices.

Yasin (10/5): Fantastisk vistelse med perfekt läge och hög komfort. - Läget, frukosten och servicen. Det är sällan jag ger topp betyg på mina hotellvistelser men denna gång av alla besök jag gjort till istanbul var fantastiskt. Trots att hotellet låg centralt var ljudisoleringen från stadens vimmel helt borta - vilket är oftast en olägenhet i städer som Istanbul. Inget anmärkningsvärt.

Olga (10/5): Во-первых, хочу выразить огромную благодарность менеджеру ресторана Казыму Чакыру — невероятно отзывчивый и заботливый ч - Все магазины на этой улице! 24:00 вы можете гулять пить кофе кушать магазины работают с одеждой до 11 вечера мне все очень понравилось
Anastasia (10/5): Υπέροχη διαμονή ! - Φοβερή τοποθεσία , πολύ όμορφα δωμάτια, καθημερινή καθαριότητα, υπέροχο πρωινό και ευγενέστατο προσωπικό !! Ο Dervis στη reception καταπληκτικός, εξυπηρετικός και χαμογελαστός !! Αν θα τον βαθμολογούσα θα έπαιρνε 20 με άριστα το 10 !!!
