- Katalin (6/5): 4 csillag semmmiképp! - maximum 3. - Tetszett, hogy az ágy nagy, és valóban kényelmes, minden nagyon tiszta, tágas a fürdőszoba. A személyzet is igazán kedves. Az utazás végén a shuttle bus ( Mercedes kocsi) percre pontosan érkezett, és gyorsan ki tudtunk jutni vele a reptérre. A környéke nem igazán szép, és semmiképp nem adnék 4 csillagot a szállodának, csak hármat! ( laktam már sok 4 csillagosban, EZ nem az a kategória!! ) A reggeli nem rossz, de mindennap ugyanaz, semmi változatosság. A kávé nem igazán jó, a gyümölcslé egyenesen borzalmas; agyoncukrozott, gépi lötty... A rántotta valószínűleg tojásporból van, nem tojásból. Ennyit az ételekről. A szobánk sajnos pont a gépészeti dolgok mellett volt, ott voltak a csövek, így ha kinyitottuk az ablakot, elég hangos volt. A fürdőszoba kellemes és tágas, de sajnos a szellőzés nem igazán működött benne... A kilátás sem volt szépnek mondható; egy állítólagosan 4 csillagos szállodából nem egy kőfalat és mögötte futópályát szeretne az ember látni, elég csúnya házakkal.. A recepción mindig csak egyetlen ember volt, ezért előfordult, hogy sokat kellett várnunk.

Une seule prise dans une chambre pour 4 personnes, aucune prise usb ou usbc ce qui, aujourd hui, devient indispensable en 4 étoiles. Heureusement que nous avions prévu une multiprise en rallonge dans nos bagages. Ménage succinct au niveau de la chambre.

- FREDERICK (8/5): Lovely visit. - Room size was good. Breakfast should have had cut up fruit. Eggs were not good. Prefer not to have coffee from machine. Waiter at dinner was very nice and accommodating. Bathroom floors are VERY SLIPPERY when wet due to shower water overflowing. The shower head needs to be positioned just right in order for it to now overflow onto the floor. It is actually very dangerous and easy to fall due to it being very slippery.

- Maria Elena (10/5): - Questo albergo offre la possibilità di vivere un soggiorno davvero confortevole, in cui l’ospite si sente accolto e coccolato fin dal momento del check-in. Ho apprezzato molto la comodità del parcheggio gratuito all’interno della struttura, un valore aggiunto non da poco. Le camere sono spaziose, con bagni grandi e ben organizzati; molto gradita anche la presenza del bollitore con bustine di tè e caffè a disposizione e delle pannine, sempre utili e apprezzate. La colazione è abbondante e varia, sia dolce che salata, con qualche attenzione in più come bacche di goji e semi di chia da aggiungere a yogurt e cereali. Il servizio è rapido e il personale di sala è gentile e disponibile. La struttura dispone inoltre di una piacevole sala esterna e di una terrazza con vista sul cupolone, davvero suggestiva. Anche la palestra è ben attrezzata e comoda per chi vuole allenarsi durante il soggiorno. Sono rimasta infine piacevolmente colpita dai bellissimi oggetti d’arredo e dai vasi decorativi, sia negli ambienti interni che esterni, che rendono l’atmosfera ancora più elegante e curata.

- Marta Janczyk (7/5): A good hotel away from the noise of the center - A varied breakfast, good coffee, access to billiards in the lobby. One bed was distroyed and held together with a tape. Once it suddenly folded up while someone was sitting on it. In addition, it had an old blanket to cover with at night. We had slept on better beds in a 3-star hotel a few days earlier.

Parcheggio all'aperto ma sempre disponibile. Posizione facilmente raggiungibile da fuori Roma , anche se un pochino decentrata rispetto alla zona storica della città. La colazione non ha soddisfatto le aspettative : se le pietanze salate sono state di ottimo livello, non altrettanto i dolci, alcuni buoni ma altri erano di standard industriale. Negativo il fatto di avere a disposizione bevande calde solo dai distributori automatici e non dal bar, aperto solo da pomeriggio a sera tardi, ma non per la colazione. Inoltre le bevande dispensate dai distributori non sono state nemmeno di buona qualità, anzi abbastanza scadenti... Assolutamente da rivedere la colazione.

L'unica cosa che forse va migliorata è la presenza nella prima colazione di più prodotti anche industriali (senza lattosio,vegani e gluten free) 😊

Beds were firm and surprisingly comfortable, pillows were perfect for sleeping. Staff was polite to friendly, onsite restaurant was fresh and had decent food for honest prices. My only two issues were location (not close to any attractions in Rome- which meant a long walk down the hill/mountain to reach the metro- which meant an even longer walk up the hill/mountain! And very few restaurants to experience close by. The other issue was our room had questionable plumbing in the bathroom. (That was a little awkward, but we didn’t make a big deal over it. It was what it was)

- Raul (9/5): - Property was welcoming and clean, staff was frendly, breakfast was good. Italy now charges extra tax for each person for every day you stay besides what you already pay for the hotel.

- Mickydot (8/5): Location location location - Overall a nice hotel, modern clean and friendly helpful staff. Rooms were smart and well decorated with comfortable beds. A couple of negatives- the rooms were not soundproof enough, you could hear the neighbours taking showers and talking, and anyone in the corridors also. Location- on the map not too far from the Vatican but no metro nearby, closest one 20 minutes walk away. There is a train station 2 minutes away but it’s just a train station so you have to buy a train ticket and then travel a few stops to the metro and buy a metro ticket. We were only there for 3 days but we ended up taking too many Ubers and taxis to and from the centre at €20 a time.

- Ana (9/5): - Os quartos são amplos e as camas verdadeiramente confortáveis. Os funcionários são muito prestáveis. O pequeno almoço não tem muita variedade mas tudo o que servem é bom. O serviço de jantar é muito bom.

- BarrH (10/5): - Báječná lokalita - 5 minut cesty od vlakového nádraží a na metro nebo bus to také nebylo daleko. Příjemný recepční, který nás hezky uvítal a ještě nám poradil jak se dostat ke všem památkám. Na spoustu míst jsme došli také pěšky. Snídaně byly dobré. Pokoj byl dostačující, suprová postel i pohodlí. Dveře od sprchy byly asi rozbité, takže po každé sprše jsme měli v koupelně potopu.

- Chrystel (10/5): Excellent séjour l'hôtel est vraiment superbe et le personnel au top ! Je recommande ! - La chambre très spacieuse et très propre. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment excellent. Nous avons également mangé au restaurant et on y mange très très bien, c'est très copieux et délicieux, félicitations au cuisinier ! La navette au top. Le personnel très gentil, réactif et serviable. Nous avons demandé de faire rajouter un petit matelas sur le notre car nous sentions les ressorts et cela a été fait immédiatement. Très bon emplacement au calme et proche des transports. Confort des lits on sentait les ressorts. Insonorisation des chambres, on entendait les gens de la chambre à côté lorsqu'ils tiraient la chasse, parlaient ou ronflaient. Heureusement cela ne s'est produit que 2 nuits pendant notre séjour. Le sèche cheveux fonctionnait mal.

- Anna (7/5): If you want peace and quiet this place is satisfying - It was comfortable. and it was a very quiet area of course The cleanliness of the rooms was not satisfactory. I have a problem with dust and there was a lot of dust under the beds.
