- Evgeniya (8/5): Хороший отель рядом с метро - Отель рядом с метро и большим ТЦ. Просторный номер, красивый вид из окна, вежливый персонал, регулярная уборка, балкон. Привлекательная цена, а с соотношением цена/качество/расположение - замечательно. В номере есть чайник, вода добавляется ежедневно, ванная. Любезно разрешили оставить на несколько часов продукты в холодильнике и багаж до вечера после выезда. Завтраки - шведский стол- разнообразные, присутствуют универсальные: яичница, круассаны, тосты, есть и местные специалитеты. Когда закончился шампунь в дозаторе в номере предложили подождать до завтра. Пришлось выразить недовольство, принесли гель для душа. На следующий день шампунь так и не добавили. На просьбу льда сослались, что после 17 ресторан и бар закрыт

- Tatiana (8/5): - Отель находится в очень приятном районе. Номера чистые, завтрак просто отличный! Несмотря на минусы, мы хорошо провели свой отпуск. Номера староватые. Самым неприятным моментом был запах ковра, который мы сразу заметили при заселении. Но по просьбе нам предоставили ключ от балкона и после проветривания стало лучше.

Самый ужасный завтрак в моей жизни. Я ела только фрукты и тост с яичницей. Больше ничего мне не понравилось. Еда часто холодная, кофе тоже так себе. Видно, что отель пожил жизнь, в номере кое-какая мебель потертая и скрипучая. В ванной плитка с плесенью, не очень приятно. Странная система душевой системы, не сразу поняли как ею пользоваться. Очень шумный кондиционер. Окно не открывалось.

The hotel staff immediately said they couldn’t check us in. We had to insist and check with a senior manager—it turned out registration was possible. While we were arguing, the hotel staff member called us "laowai," which I find very disrespectful toward foreigners.

The rom provided to us was old and need to be refurnished.
- Steffen Frey (8/5): Rundum prima! - Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Mit Taxi, Bus oder U-Bahn hat man beste Anbindung. Geschäfte und eine Mall liegen quasi um die Ecke. Das Hotel ist gut gepflegt, die Teppichböden neu und die Betten sind groß und sehr bequem. Das Frühstück könnte für Europäer reichhaltiger sein. Da z.Zt. wieder mehr Menschen aus dem Westen kommen, wird sich das aber sicher wieder verbessern.

- Takenouchi Tao (9/5): お得に泊れて便利 - ・ロケーションが上海の外灘などの中心地に近いため、タクシーで15分以内で主要な場所に行けます。 ・値段がとにかく安かったです。1人あたり5000円くらいで泊まれました。 ・ベッド2つの部屋でも有料でベッドを1つ追加すれば、3人で泊まることができました。 ・建物や設備が少々古いと感じることが多かったです。ただ、ロケーションと値段を考えると妥当でしょう。 ・英語が話せる従業員が限られているので、中国語ができない方は翻訳アプリなどを使って対応する必要があります。 ・問い合わせのメールに対する返信が遅かった。

Сначала заселили в номер, где пахло сильно сигаретами, попросили поменять, поменяли . Не было воды на завтраке, приходилось просить. На столах разные напитки, кроме воды . Самое главное что испортило впечатление!!! В последний день подошли на ресепшен показали билет на поезд и спросили с какого вокзала нам уезжать . Девушка все проверила , посмотрела в компьютере номер поезда и сказала нам не верный вокзал!!!! В итоге мы потеряли деньги за билеты, время и изрядно понервничали, когда приехали не на тот вокзал . Не понимаю как так можно было не правильно посмотреть?

- Eng Hoo (7/5): Less touristy part of Shanghai - Check in and out process was fast. Breakfast spread decent. Easy access to train station across the street and near to malls with ample food options. Hotel is quite aged. Both lifts were down and only one could be operational when we were there on both days. Long queue to access room due to the limited capacity. Coffee machines are the breakfast spread need to be replaced - slow and most often found not working.

- Mendkhuu (10/5): Stop taking a deposit from visitors. Hotel customers should only pay for their stay. It will be fair. - The room was clean. The staff cleaned it every day. There was an iron in the room, which is very important for me. The room is cozy. When I booked a room in this hotel, there was no warning that in addition to the main payment, there would be a deposit. When I arrived at the hotel to get my room, unexpectedly for me, the staff withdrew from my bank twice the amount of money indicated on the reservation. When I left this hotel, the staff first allegedly canceled the initial amount withdrawn from my bank card. Then again withdrew from my card the amount of money indicated on my reservation. I do not know when the money - the deposit - will be transferred to my card. I did not like this system.
- Evonne (4/5): Not a place I will reconsider for accommodation as the room facilities was not well maintained - Location was good and it was convenient to access to shopping mall and train station. the shower head was faulty and the tv quality was bad. To add on, there were 2 days, I have to reach out to the front desk to request for my room to be cleaned.

- Jean (10/5): Very convenient location - Very convenient location. The hotel is very close to the metro station. There are many attractions within close distance via the metro. Around the hotel, there are a few malls which is very important to our family with young kids. There are so many shops and interesting food places to choose from and our kids were just so excited.

The breakfast buffet was great and right next to the lobby! The rooms were clean and the stay was great! Our toilet’s flush system wasn’t too strong but it didn’t impact our stay.

Очень вежливый персонал и контактный. В номере высокий уровень влажности, из-за того что в номере душ фактически встроен в комнату без изолирующей двери и вся влага после приема душа идет в комнату. В номере очень темно, в вечернее время невозможно побриться, так как в зеркале не видно своего лица.

- Caroline (9/5): - Das Hotel punktet mit einer perfekten Lage – nur wenige Schritte von einer U-Bahn-Station entfernt, die gleich drei Linien bedient. Dadurch ist man super schnell überall in der Stadt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend: vielfältig, frisch und lecker – ein toller Start in den Tag! Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, was wir als besonders angenehm empfunden haben. Allerdings ist das Mobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Ich würde sofort wieder das Hotel buchen! Mobiliar und Teppiche.

- Guangliang (6/5): - The hotel is in a convenient location, very close to a subway station. The staff were easy to communicate. The furniture in the rooms we reserved was quite outdated. The breakfast had a lot of options but quality was not good. Some bowls put out there for soups were not thoroughly washed.
- Idris (10/5): It was a wonderful stay and if I come back to Shanghai TGIS is the place Isould want to stay once again. - Fantastic central location of Shanghai very close to Century Avenue Metro Line 2 Doesn’t have international TV Channels. Most channels only in Chinese.

- Naseef (8/5): - The property itself is nice but the amenities and facilities within the room were quite limited, while the price for this was relatively high. A pretty nice view from the 9th floor though.
- Hojeong (4/5): - 2호선 라인 도보권 - 나름 메리어트 계열이라서 믿고 예약했는데 기대 이하였음 - 룸 컨디션 너무 별로(일단 복도에서부터 오래된 연식 + 환기가 안된듯한 냄새가 나는데 이게 방에서도 나서 너무 찝찝함) - 조식 (가짓수는 많아보이는데 막상 먹을게 없음 ㅠ)
