- Bjohnson280x (8/5): Positive’s and negative’s - Overall our stay has been really good, we have enjoyed our time at the hotel and in Milan. Positives 1. Receptionist/Bar staff very welcoming and friendly. 2.Cleanliness has been spot on throughout. Reception, bar, ground floor toilets and room. Zero complaints regarding cleanliness. 3. Good location for public transport bus stop right outside as-well as a tram stop. Metro and underground 10/15 minute walk. 4.First time ever using a laundry service, (unfortunately my partner stood up and spilt beer on his only pair of jeans on our 2nd night), service was brilliant, collected from our room at 10am and returned before we got back on the evening to get changed before going out for tea. Very reasonably priced and efficient. Negatives 1.The only negative feedback I have, is receptionist saying different information to their colleagues. We had this on 3 different occasions. 1) We unfortunately had to change rooms due to the tv being broken, was informed we could do this first thing in the morning so we could carry on with our stay, got to reception with our bags packed to be told we could only do it from 4pm. 2) Evening of the beer spillage, spoke to receptionist to ask about the laundry service, was told to ring in the morning to arrange collection. Morning came, rang and was told the service isn’t operating (because of Easter weekend, which we was fine with just frustrating with the different information, staff looked into this and sorted the situation straight away). 3) On arrival we was very surprised there was no tourist tax, only a £100 refundable deposit. Check-out arrived and we have a £80 tourist tax bill, this was never mentioned on their website or on arrival. Have been on a few city breaks anywhere that requires it has always been paid on arrival so was very surprised to receive this additional bill at the end. Despite the misinformation from hotel staff, our stay has been brilliant. Everyone has been very friendly, helpful and we’re very quick and efficient to rectify any issues. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The room was very nice and clean, the restaurant was very welcoming, prices were just right for the excellent quality of the food. Menu range should be increased.
- lisagS8109XZ (10/5): City Break - This was my 2nd stay at the Enterprise and I wasn't disappointed, the staff are pleasant and helpful ,the rooms are clean and the food was great .The location means its easy to get into the city centre or the San Siro ,we walked to both .We will definitely return
- Juleslid (10/5): Definitely recommend - My 14 year old son and I stayed at this hotel and it was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff, well equipped rooms and a good small gymnasium. We didn't eat in the hotel but had a drink one evening which was served with delicious bar snacks. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket within walking distance and near to bus stop for travelling around. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if we returned to Milan
- 0lewisb (10/5): Great staff and fantastic breakfast - The staff were amazing, from when we checked in with Martina to our evening drinks and conversations with Matteo who really took the time to speak with us when not serving and for breakfast we were welcomed and looked after by Jessica and cooked a fantastic omelette by Leon who also was keen to see how we were enjoying our stay. The breakfast here is the best I’ve had in a hotel for years!
- nikolaip870 (10/5): Incredibly comfortable and friendly experience. - My family and I stayed at Enterprise Hotel for three nights on our recent trip. The staff was efficient and friendly and treated myself and my children with deference and respect. Without asking at the excellent breakfast, the staff provided coloring pages and asked my children what they would like and made sure that they felt as welcome as us adults. Parking was easy, fairly priced, and completely secure. Room service was also excellent from the hotel restaurant and for everything else the immediate area had everything we needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. The lobby, bar, meeting area, and common areas were chic, modern and comfortable. 5/5!
- argoxb (10/5): An unforgettable experience, genuinely. - Our stay at the Enterprise Hotel was amazing from beginning to the end. The location was perfect and very convenient for exploring, shopping, and getting around. Breakfast was definitely a highlight every morning. There were always plenty of delicious options to choose from, and beautifully presented. A special mention goes to Chef Leon, he always made the effort to talk to us about our plans for the day and is clearly passionate about what he does. Our most gratitude to Leon, the chef, who has been an excellent person to wake up and speak to. He was so caring with his service, not to mention giving us such beautiful places to visit. It was genuinely a real pleasure to speak to him each day we had breakfast. Not to mention, his breakfast was impeccable, such taste in such simple delicacies, with his comedic humour on the side. Honestly what a lovely character. This goes without saying, every single member of staff was exceptional in their hospitality. We were in awe at how wonderful and helpful they were. We were extremely pleased with each staff during our stay. The room was spotless and comfortable, the atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxing, and all the staff were very welcoming and made me and my partner feel well looked after. It was everything I hoped for and more. I would highly recommend the Enterprise Hotel to anyone visiting the area. If I was to visit Milan in the future I know where I’ll be staying! P.S. The fact that the hotel had umbrellas we can use, on our first day of visit when it was pouring was one of the key highlights! Haha, but genuinely one of the best stays we have been to, both me and my partner. Thank you very much.
- Global55484742697 (10/5): Great hotel! - Lovely hotel! A little away from the centre, however the nearest metro station is about a 15 min walk and there is a tram stop nearby. All staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and had all we needed. Sleep quality was good each night and I was taking part in the Milano21 10k and the hotel even had my race number delivered there and looked after it for me. We didn’t have time for the spa and didn’t pay for breakfast so I can’t comment but would definitely stay again!

Unfortunately, it was extremely cold in the room at night (down to 14.5°C). We mentioned it to the staff, and it helped a little, but it was still not fun having to sleep with clothes on. A bit of a shame, because otherwise it was a really lovely stay

Although slightly dated but maybe in keeping with the hotel’s ambience our room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. I had a delightful hot chocolate drink at the hotel bar. One of the best Ive had anywhere. Our highlight was the spa. We used it at the beginning of our stay and at the end. It made our stay in Milan memorable and would definately stay again.

- jtymon85 (8/5): Nice - The hitel entrance was beautiful and clean the room i wasn't 100% on the size me and my daughter ended up sharing 1 bed luckily we were only staying 4 nights but I would have preferred to not to be sharing a bed with my 19 year old daughter so it would of been nice to veiw the room before we arrived or able to pick our own room before but it was clean and tidy and very quiet the public transport was easily accessible but the the location of the hotel was pretty poor didn't feel like we was in milan

- Voyage43209857984 (10/5): Exceptional Hotel - Stayed here with my son for Four nights last week and had an amazing time visiting the lakes and Milan. Can honestly say that we couldn’t find a single thing wrong, nothing to complain about. We travel away every year for a break in Europe together and normally you find something you wished the room had, but this Hotel has thought of everything. Wonderful helpful staff and a special thanks to Jessica who was lovely and helpful. Service with a smile always.Recommend for any age.
- Halls_on_Honeymoon (10/5): Friendly, quirky, comfortable hotel in a great location - The hotel was really quirky (it had an old fiat 500, tables with bicycle legs, elephants and lots of plants, and lots of sweets in jars for guests) and really classy design. Check in was quick and all staff were very friendly and professional. They made changes to a reservation for us and really did their best to help in anyway. Rooms were a good size, very clean. Great location as tram stop right outside and 2 blocks from the Metro. We had pre-booked a taxi to the airport which was cancelled last minute so the hotel got 2 cabs within minutes to take us instead. Their are lots of different nooks and crannies to relax, 2 garden spaces, bar, reception etc We didn't have time to use the spa and restaurant unfortunately. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the level of care and attention was exceptional. Jessica was absolutely amazing so caring, attentive, and always ensuring that our needs were met with genuine warmth. She went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and well looked after. Silver, the hotel manager, is truly an Angel. Her kindness and compassion stood out in such a special way. I wasn’t feeling well throughout my stay, and both Jessica and Silver showed incredible empathy and support, not just to me but also to my partner. Their thoughtfulness turned what could have been a difficult trip into a memorable and heartwarming experience. The hospitality at Enterprise Hotel is second to none. If you’re looking for a place in Milan where you will be treated with genuine care and kindness, I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We are deeply grateful and will definitely return!

- joshrU2624XJ (10/5): Loved it - I really loved this hotel. We stayed in a Nesting Suite which was spot on. Really big for the two of us with a lounge/kitchen style area then round the corner to a comfy bed in the middle of the room. The toilet was nice and separate from the main room but bear in mind the shower/jacuzzi bath is in the centre of the main room with a see through curtain around it so it’s not very private if you’re not in a couple. The shower is powerful and hot. There’s plenty of storage also (and a safe) with complimentary tea, coffee machine and bottled water every day. Don’t be tempted by the snacks they lay out on the table for you though, you’ll be charged as with the mini fridge. There’s a shop just round the corner for anything you want like that that is cheaper. A minor complaint about the room would be that because of all the nice mood lighting, the lighting isn’t great in the mirrors for getting ready etc. The hotel itself is really well designed and quirky. The whole place is clean and modern and the staff are really nice and friendly. The breakfast is really good with plenty of choice. It’s a shame the hotel bar and restaurant seemed dead in the evenings but I guess everyone is heading out into the city. To be fair the one drink we had in there was expensive. Make use of the free sweets on the reception desk! The hotel is a bit out the way of the centre of Milan and it felt a touch rough nearby but it’s not an issue. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the nearest underground stop which is the easiest and cheapest way into the city and everywhere else beyond. It’s 15 euro for a 3 day ticket and can get you anywhere you need and is really easy to use. It’ll take you about 25/30minutes in total to the Duomo for example. I didn’t really like that they add a 5% (might have been 10% I can’t remember now) optional charge to your final bill for the staff which I took off without issue but just always feels awkward having to ask them to do that. Add that to the 7 euro per person per night city tax it quickly adds up. Overall though really positive experience at this hotel. If I heard anyone was going to Milan I’d instantly recommend this place

Friendly,helpfull staff. Location was out of the way from city centre but tram stop outside. Used the spa as was included in room which was nice. Not many restaurants outside of hotel so went into centre. Supermarket 5mins from hotel.

Honestly, for the price I wasn't expecting much but this hotel surpassed my expectation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and a really good location. The tram is right outside the hotel and the metro a 10 minutes walk. The bathroom could du with an update but it was clean and really spacious. We were really pleased with our stay!

The service was amazing from start to finish, the hotel staff were very friendly and extremely helpful when it came to helping us with the best transport to visit lake como and to get to the airport. Our room was spotless every time we returned. There was a wide selection of foods at breakfast. We had a very minor issue with the draining of the sink in our bathroom which the maintenance man came to fix straight away which we were grateful for. The beds were very comfortable and it was a very good nights sleep with little noise and the room gets very dark. All in all we had a great stay and are happy we chose enterprise for our first time visiting Milan, we will be back next time thankyou!

- tajanaj (10/5): Short but enjoyable stay, highly recommend it! - It was a short trip to Milan for a Blackpink concert so the location of the hotel was fairly close to the concert venue which is a big plus. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated and I just love the design of the interior and the room itself. The biggest positive point for me was the comfort of the bed, it was the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever slept in when it comes to hotels👌🏼 The room was very clean and comfortable for the 2 nights stay, bathroom as well, I loved the scents of toiletries in the bathroom 😍 Breakfast is a buffet with reasonable offer, but the best part was a double espresso 🤩The staff is super nice and welcoming and ready to help with anything necessary. I booked the hotel 3 months before the trip and I definitely think it’s a good value for money and would highly recommend it.

The smell of the hotel as soon as you walked through the door was amazing !!! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality and impeccable service and an ice cream. The hotel was elegant, stylish, and immaculately maintained — a perfect blend of classic Milanese charm and modern comfort. Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was a good variety The location was ideal — a tram outside the hotel to iconic spots like the Duomo, Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, and amazing restaurants and boutiques. Exploring Milan’s art, fashion, and food scene was a joy, but having such a serene and lovely place to return to at the end of each day made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Milan — it elevated our entire trip. Can’t wait to come back!

From the outside, it looks simple, but stepping inside feels like entering a wonderland filled with stunning artwork and unique pieces. It resembles the pictures we saw before our visit. This was my first hotel experience, and they welcomed us with a delightful complimentary treat—ice cream! The interior and architecture are breathtaking. When I asked the staff about it, they mentioned that the owner is an architect, which explains the artistic touches visible in every corner. The staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. There's a tram just a minute from the hotel that takes you directly to the Duomo and city center for only 2.5 euros. Additionally, there's a Turkish restaurant conveniently located at the corner of the street. I felt very safe during my stay, and the housekeeping was excellent; they arranged the room beautifully. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

I was only there for 2 days and between places got to visit some wonderful sites and still attend the meeting. Breakfast spoiled me! I could have sat there all morning. Staff was wonderfully supportive, helpful and patient - not just with me but the clients before me in line. Bed was comfy.
- Secret_Trav (8/5): A decent hotel out of the centre of town but very accessible. - This hotel is a little out of the way from central Milan but very accessible and it gave us a good feeling of more than just the city centre. The hotel has an unusual but appealing mix of artistic styling throughout, if you want a place that's put some effort into making it unique this ticks the box. Our room was a bit tight but it worked fine. We walked down into Milan via the big arch and gardens, both of which were lovely and were able to get back easily via the tram. Breakfast was a modern European buffet, though one morning we opted to go to a local cafe instead and ate with the locals. Access to and from Milano Centrale railway station was an easy 15 min cab ride (EUR 20).

The lounge area is inviting, and they had cold water set up near the door, which was wonderful after walking in the horrendous heat wave! The hotel is well located next to Tram 1 and 19, which go downtown passing Sforza Castle, La Scala and Duomo. Just use credit or debit card after you board a tram, so easy! It is 25 minutes to Duomo by tram. Since it is not in a touristy area, it is quiet and the neighborhood restaurants are not filled with tourists. We stayed in a room with a queen bed, and it was well sized for 2 people. Ample closet space for clothes. A/c worked well which was crucial since days hit highs in 90s. Lots of storage room in bathroom for toiletries. -Very nice staff at the front desk answering questions such as where the tram stop is, good restaurants nearby and can you wear shorts to the Duomo? (Yes, if they cover the knees) The breakfast i would give 4 stars.Fresh eggs, yogurt, fruit juices, meats and baked goods.

They could see my booking, but apparently that doesn’t translate to an actual room. Services were great with a good range of food for breakfast. Beds were comfortable and bathroom is spacious with modern facilities. Wardrobe space is great and has a tv stand with mini fridge and drawers too. Our room was at the back of the hotel, so no noise during the night. It was a perfect distance away from the main tourist spot to avoid noise and the tramline stop was directly outside if you didn’t fancy walking. It was only a 2 mile walk from the San Siro stadium (which was the main reason we went as we had tickets to the game). Definitely recommend staying here.

Came here for my 30th birthday and when I got back to the room after a day out, they had left a box of chocolate on the bed which was a really nice touch. It is out of the way of the centre of Milan but this can be accessed using the tram which is right near the hotel, and metro which is about 10 minutes walk away. Definitely recommend the 3 day travel pass if you’re coming here. Was easy to get to Milan central as well. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend here if you’re looking for something special and for some luxury.

- HayleyLMcHugh (10/5): Brilliant 4 night stay - Just got back from 4 nights at The Enterprise Hotel, and loved it. We travelled as a family of 3 (myself, my husband and 7 year old son). It is a lovely hotel. It was spotlessly clean and smelled great as soon as we walked in..they actually sell their own home fragrance! The staff were all very friendly snd helpful throughout. We didn't eat in the hotel, but had a few drinks which were lovely. It is a bit outside the city centre, but tram 19 takes you straight to the Duomo in around 20 mins. There are also a few nice restaurants in the nearby streets. Would definitely recommend.
- sofiawe (8/5): Boutique hotel at it best. - We went here in the end of December. Arrived Sunday the 29th and we came a bit early so we had to wait for our room to be ready. But we went for a walk when waiting. This is a hotel a bit outside the central But you could either walk to the centre or take the tram. I reallinjen loves this hotel. It was neat and clean and they had this essence smelling everywhere and it smelled so good but after a while you feel it’s a little it to much. The staff were super friendly and very good in English as well. We got a superior room at 5th floor and The room were nice and clean but on the window in the toilet it was a bit of black mold and in the shower area. I know it’s hard to take all away because you need to open the window often because the room gets very warm otherwise and it’s quite moist outside. But I really liked the room and I really liked the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and for my husband that loves big breakfasts, he was in heaven. Very fresh. If you want to go to Milan and dont want to be In the centre you should definitely try this boutique hotel. We are not disappointed at all. But a minus was that it was hard to get coffe when we wanted after a walk. Maybe you should have a Machine In the lobby so you customers can buy it whenever they like 🤩

We were able to check in early so I believe they accommodated us to this area that had availability. As a result, a lady just walked into our room with a key card. Its convenient for the exhibition area, but not so much for other parts of Milan - we ended up using taxis a lot which add up, though the metro stop is 10 mins walk from the hotel. The styling is Asian and there are decorative elephants in the lobby. Breakfast selection is excellent. The beds are really comfortable, My only criticism is you can hear corridor noise outside the door as the floors are stone and the doors/ceilings are not well sound-proofed. But overall, an excellent place to stay.
- Linda Jean (10/5): - Love the design and layout of this stunning hotel. Very clean and staff very friendly, helpful and approachable. This was a convenient location to San Siro stadium to watch the soccer game. Our room was clean and comfortable. After travelling a fair bit I appreciated the design, amenities and layout. Unfortunately our stay was far too short and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy all facilities like the spa, steam room and gym. I would have taken advantage of spa services too. I will definitely chose to stay here again.

Hotel also provides essentials such as shaving kits and powerbank hire which was extremely helpful. Only issue was that its little far from centrale - around 10 min walk to metro station and 15 mins on metro with one change.
